    Jaclyn Wooley and her assistant (sorry I don’t remember name), are very knowledgable regarding dermatology and the extras that go along with skin. I went for a full body skin check; Jackie was very thorough while examining me all over and the asking of questions regarding my skin, my regular appointments, and the use of preventative measures.These two are a great team. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and having such great bedside manner! See you next year!

    Dr. Jacklyn Wooley is amazing! I had difficulty with the virtual visit but she was very patient and kind and kept reaching out to me until I was able to chat with her on a virtual visit. She was very helpful and my 7 yr old son thought she was super nice!

    The staff and Doctor are cheerful, attentive, and helpful. What I personally was really impressed with was how they handle the subtleties. My 93 year old Mom and me went for our first visit. They anticipated her mobility needs by placing her is the closest office to the entrance. They went through her chart carefully, making her feel comfortable during her biopsy and even handed her some tissues when they noticed how emotional and sensitive she got during the visit. Compassion and connection with patients is something that can’t be taught but when you find it, is priceless!

    I called this morning for an appt. for an issue I’ve been having for a long time. They were so kind over the phone and got me right in today as a new patient. When I arrived I was informed they are booked out months in advance for new patients and I was fortunate enough to call at the right time. From the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out of the door every single person was very kind, genuinely smiling and you could tell everyone there loved working there. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen at all and I was in and out pretty quickly and called in medicine to shrink the painful nodule on my leg. Btw I don’t give reviews very often unless I’m overly impressed or very disappointed lol 😆 I worked in the medical field for a very long time and it really makes a huge difference when the owners are good to their employees. Because the employees will take care of the patients and I truly feel this is the case at this office.

    I have been seeing Mr. Hopson for about 6 months now for a handful of issues I have. He is amazing. Very polite, wonderful bed side manners, extensive knowledge, gentle and has a wonderful personality. I was very nervous going to my very first appointment but the experience I’ve had, I have absolutely nothing I am nervous about now and I’ve had cysts on my scalp removed, spots on my skin frozen off and cauterized off, he’s given me the perfect medication and remedy to clear up my pores on my face and the list goes on. He is great. I recommend him to literally everyone.

    After going to Advanced Dermatology on the other side of town this place is a pleasure. The doctors great he took care of all my issues we got a couple of laughs in between this is nothing at all like the other office. This place gets five stars along with the workers and doctors.

    Huge shoutouts to the staff here ! Everyone was so kind and gentle through my whole experience from check in, to check out. My procedure was carefully explained as it was happening and I quickly went from feeling anxious to calm and confident. The doctor was such a doll. She was actually making me laugh as I received a somewhat uncomfortable numbing shot. The staff also went above and beyond to help get my insurance to work in my favor, when it was going to be difficult to do so otherwise. You guys all rock!

    Jaclyn Wolley and the entire office staff are amazing; they are friendly, caring, and supportive. Ive been treated by Jaclyn for over 10 years, and she has done at least 6 of my surgeries. Im very pleased with my Dr. and staff, specially Rachel, one of the nurses, that has gone above and beyond in the attempt to work with my insurance to cover costs for my medication.     The staff and doctor are pleasant, and do a thorough job. Id like to see a 9 oclock appointment be at 9 oclock. Paper work could be done in a small room and then get ready to see doctor in an examining room. I wasnt seen by the doctor until 9:30 am. Hopefully, next year I wont have to do any laptop work again.

    The staff and team of Dr’s at Advanced Dermatology are among the best. They address every concern and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They removed cancer from my face, precancerous spot from my stomach, and some suspicious looking characters on my chest and back. I thought my face would be disfigured forever, but to my surprise, the plastic surgeon really knew what he was doing and I’m ok with the small scar that’s left. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Dermatology

    Dr. Jaclyn Wooley is The Best dermatologist I have encountered. Having a family history of melanoma, I am very particular when being examined for skin cancer. Dr. Wooley gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had and answered all of my questions. She is very professional and has a great office staff. I highly recommend her!
