    Excellent experience! Courtney helped get me started with a zoom call to assess my needs and answer questions. She booked my appointment during that call. The whole process was easy and seamless.Jessica was my ARNP administering treatment. She was conscientious and took the time to explain benefits and risks and was really mindful of my concerns and goals. Thank you, Courtney, Jessica and the nice lady working in reception, for a very positive experience!

    Iā€™m doing laser hair removal with Liz. She is so knowledgeable, kind and thorough! She takes her time with me and answers every question with care and compassion. I would recommend this office to anyone who might be nervous to try laser hair removal. Iā€™ve had only one treatment so far but my results speak for themselves!     Ideal image at Palm Harbor is a gorgeous facility. But the real superpower is the team. Because of their cheerfulness, kindness and professionalism, Iā€™m always excited when I get there.     Iā€™ve gone for two appointments so far for laser hair removal. The location is clean with lots of light on the lobby. The staff are friendly and professional. The pricing seems fair especially considering the economy and drastically increased pricing on what seems to be everything. The pricing isnā€™t much different from the first time I did laser hair removal on a different area (which was approx. 10 years ago). I would recommend checking it out if you are interested in laser hair removal. They also offer other beauty treatments/products. And donā€™t think this is just for women! I had a zoom consultation with a representative. They take the time to answer questions you may have. And being able to see an actual person is reassuring.

    Iā€™m more than half way through my lazer hair removal treatment and everyone at Ideal has been awesome to work with. I use to shave in the morning and by end of the day I would have .25 inch growth on my legs in dark brown hair color so itā€™s always bothered me. Now ai donā€™t shave almost ever and no growth and I still have 3 more treatments.

    I came in for my laser appt on 6/29 and Tara took the best care of me. She is so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable during my appt. I booked her for my next appt because of the impression she left on me.     Its been 8 month and I can see a difference on my upper lip. I have less hair and my confidence is higher. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I always look foward to get my laser hair removal with Sam, she is kind, professional and she always answers all my questions. She just makes the process fun. I think she is the best at what she is doing but the rest are also great. This place is definitely worth it.

    Had my first visit at Ideal Image a week ago today and had a great experience! I went in with the intention of trying either Xeomin or Botox injections for the very first time, was a little nervous, but immediately felt relaxed upon arrival from the warm greeting at the reception and with my technician Liz , who was amazing! Liz took the time to walk me through both options helping me decide what felt right for me, was very thorough, super friendly and professional. The entire process took about 30 to 40 minutes and I am already loving the results Iā€™ve seen so far. I went with Xeomin and the results feel natural and the sings of wrinkles are fading daily since my treatment a week ago. No one tried to sell me anything that I was not interested in so I was able to concentrate just on the problem areas I wanted addressed. I look forward to going back for future treatments on a regular basis and highly recommend this Ideal Image location!

She was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone for my visit. Liz, who performed my laser procedure, was equally fantastic. She was not only comforting but also thorough, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I couldnt have asked for a better team to take care of me. Highly recommend! This was my first ever laser appointment and I was very scared and nervous, it helps to have good people like them taking care of you.

    They do a great job and everyone is really friendly, but they are severely under staffed so getting an appointment is so difficult! They canceled on me twice for unforeseen situations, but they couldnā€™t accommodate me for weeks so I had to go to a different location much further away to stay even somewhat on schedule. I understand things come up but then efforts should be made to be more accommodating especially when spending thousands of dollars!

    Great first experience! Angie was so welcoming when I walked in the doors which made me feel much more comfortable (I was very nervous to laser my legs, bikini area and underarms for the first time). Lisa was very informative and patient and talked me through the whole first half! She even gave me something to squeeze during the procedure since I was so nervous. Jessica did my legs and was so kind and easy to talk to! They even helped cater to my sensitive skin. Everyone at this office made the experience a breeze!Update: this office has been fabulous from the start. I am now at visit 6 for my laser. Liz was absolutely amazing, very patient and thorough and kind.

    I have had about 6 sessions or so. Virgins is always so lovely to deal with! She makes the time go by quickly because the bikini area is not the most fun part and hurts. She always makes sure I have ice packs and aloe! Angie at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming. I have referred a friend and the consultation process was better for her than it was for my phone consult at the call center. 10/10 would recommend!

    I love the Palm Harbor location. The staff is so sweetā€¦ and patient. Virginia is AMAZING! She takes the time to walk you through each step and is so encouraging. I did wax appointments for far too long- which also wasnā€™t that long. If youā€™re considering laser hair removal I canā€™t recommend it enough. I noticed a difference after the first treatment but after only having my third treatment today I am amazed at the difference.

    Iā€™ve had photo-facials with Broadband Light (BBL) four times now. Two of those sessions were with Sam and she is AMAZING. Iā€™ll definitely go back to her for any sessions in the future. Sam walks me through the process, checks at each level to be sure I can handle the ā€œspicyā€ ones, asks questions about the results Iā€™m looking to achieve. I just felt really included in the whole process. Afterwards she gently cleans off the gel, wraps my face in warm washcloths and lightly massages the areas with sunscreen. Iā€™ve had great results with each season Iā€™ve had but the ones with Sam are by far the best. She just takes things up a notch by making the hour Iā€™m there feel like a day at the spa.     Virginia assisted me today with my treatment and for the first time in a while I had an amazing experience. I was going to new Tampa for a while but I was very dissatisfied with their service and treatments. Here in palm harbor they make you feel at home and weā€™ll taken care of they ask if they missed anything and listen to your issues and if you have problems areas they come up with ways to help or come up with different treatment. They also take their time here in palm harbor to give great service and conversation to keep you busy and distracted while going through treatments. In new Tampa they rush you and miss a thousand parts that have the thickest hair and sometimes they barley talk to you. Donā€™t go to new Tampa go here to ideal image in palm harbor they are so much more worth it.amazing job mrs.Virginia see you in 6weeks

    The nurse who performed my actual treatment was amazing. She coached me through the entire procedure. I probably wouldā€™ve walked out I was in so much pain if it wasnā€™t for her. I drove to palm harbor for my first session (living close to downtown Tampa) and went back out of my way to the same clinic because I needed her to do the second treatment. 10/10. Canā€™t wait for my results!

    I did laser from a place on Groupon and saw literally no change after 5 sessions. I came to ideal image and was a bit scared of the price for full Brazilian treatment but it has been the best decision of my life! Definitely worth it.
