    Although I don’t get my nails done regularly, the past 2 times I have visited Natural Nails I have had the pleasure of having Helen as my manicurist. She is absolutely AMAZING!     I had an amazing experience with Helen! She did an incredible job on my manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Helen is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Her attention to detail and skill is unmatched. I left feeling pampered and relaxed, and my nails and eyebrows have never looked better.     The shop is clean. It’s cute inside too. All of the staff are very nice. The ladies who did mine and my mother in laws nails were super nice and appeared to genuinely want to give us a spa experience. I will be back.

    First time going in today. Kim greeted me immediately as did all employees. Kim was not just am amazing nail tech but also kind. It might be best service I have ever had. I was not rushed or pushed in and out. Kim literally made me feel like Id known her for years. Trish was also kind and the environment was laid back. I will go back and refer people. *Update my nom12/23/23. She always told me that every woman should do something nice for themselves weekly or monthly. As a single mom, Ive always struggled to spend on me. My birthday in January and I was sad and missing her. I hadnt had my nails done properly in 28 years. I googled salons near me and here I was. I was a walk in and owner Teesha greeted me and sat me with Annalise. I got full set and eyebrows waxed. The price was extremely affordable. During that appointment I felt so comfortable that I opened up to Annalise. She listened and it felt like Ive known her forever. Ive been steady customer ever since. Teesha always takes care of me. I am still treated like family. I will never switch Salons. I would refer any and all that ask, Natural Nails 100

    Terrific service, warm and friendly with experienced professionals. Always clean, smells nice, comfortable and relaxing. I go to Annalise as often as I can but everyone does a wonderful job. I take my out of town guests here and they also love it.

    This was my 2nd time. I was disappointed in how my nails were polished. Bubbles and streaks not as smooth as I would have liked. This place cost more than another in town I was using but the staff is friendly and easy to talk to.

    I have been here twice. Heres the reason why Im not giving a 5 star rating.The first time I only had a Pedicure with Cayden, she did a great job, I had gel from OPI done and it lasted more than a month, but this is expected with Pedicures.I went back recently and requested Cayden again, this time I did a mani and pedi, she did a great job but she is so fast with curing the nails that my mani only lasted a week.When she was done, she did have to drill some at the nail bed, maybe cause she saw the coating was very thick.They all started lifting at the nail bed.The mani was beautiful, and as always shes very detailed, my only suggestion is, DONT RUSH take your time and cure the gel, (the customer knows this takes time, I was in no rush) because honestly I payed $96 and I just want my nails to last at least 2 weeks.If you do this your customer will keep coming back to you, this is one of the things that keeps away from doing my nails and I do take care of my nails, I dont do dishes with them and I put cuticle oil.Its a shame because I really want to go back but I hate spending so much money and only getting a week out of my nails. Its really frustrating, in general, this nothing personal, again I think Cayden is great, shes very nice and detailed oriented, everyone is very nice and professional. Im sure Ill be back in the future but I hope they read the reviews and put in practice the customers suggestions.

    This place was phenomenal! Inside is beautiful everything is new and improved. My nail technician was Si and was super dope! Very energetic, good energy and very good at his job. He did a very nice, elegant design on my ring finger. All in all it was a great first experience and I will definitely be back in again!!

    Let’s update this! My “go to” since before…..I’ve been having my mani’s & pedi’s done by Kim (amazing!) today (11/3) I worked with Helen (desperate need on Kim’s day off)….I’m partial to Kim but I’ll definitely recommend Helen too!Was in dire need to get somewhere on a Sunday afternoon. A colleague mentioned this salon and did not disappoint. The salon was clean, bright, prices were reasonable, Teesha was conversational and nice. I have a location; however, I will definitely be back to your salon.

This was my first visit as my tech, Trish recently left a previous place she was working and came to this place and I did not want to lose her as she is one of the best Ive ever had, taking excellent care of my hands. So when I heard she came to Natural Nails, obviously, I went. I was welcomed with all the staff. The salon was impressive, clean beyond measure, neat and tidy. They have an amazing and beautiful selection of polishes and dips. And their pedicure chairs are fantastic!! All of the staff are fantastic at what they do and will accommodate you in any way possible. I do recommended making an appointment as they do get busy. They are conveniently located in Palm Harbor off Tampa Road, so if youre looking to pamper yourself, whether youre a man or a woman. Go treat yourself there. They are fantastic!!! Thanks Trish.     I came to this place today for the first time since I am new to the area and all the staff is super friendly, Nick helped me super friendly and always asking me how I wanted my design, he did my hands and feet and I was completely fascinated with the result, exactly how I wanted my nails, they made the perfect shape and my experience was very pleasant, they ask you if you want a drink or snack and they made me feel super comfortable 100% recommended

    Used to go to another salon on the regular but they are so busy they always rush my nails. At Avenue, the tech I had took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere and was asked about my day and the whole vibe was very relaxing and friendly. Will become a new regular here! Prices were very reasonable and didnt have to wait. (However they dont have a lot of staff so you might have to wait but it will be worth it!)

    Just happened to be in the area and popped in on a whim today…a Sunday!!!! I had no appointment and was accommodated with very little wait. Heather did the best gel polish I think I’ve ever had.     As an out-of-towner I’m usually skeptical about venturing outside my comfort zone for nails, but this place eased my concerns. The salon is beautiful, clean, and very inviting.     I love the service and the prices here, my nails never fall off after fills nor lift or chip. No pressure to get gel polishes. Wait times (if you dont have an appointment) are reasonable. Pedi service is great and includes hot rock rub! My only wish is they were open later on Sundays. In the almost two decades Ive lived in the Tampa Bay Area this is the one salon where they get it right every time! (I cant comment on polish selection, it seems great but Im uber picky and always bring my own!!). I also do not get nail art... ever. So no opinion there. And, its not a spa; come on - there is no such thing as a strip center spa - its a nail salon - go there to get your nails polished and shaped... If what you want is a spa - well in my opinion there isnt a real one in Tampa Bay. There are a few that are relaxing massage environments; but I feel - for a real spa experience - you should stay a week or more - go to LA, the wine country, NY, PA, Palm Desert or Vegas - do the full experience food and all - there they have amazing spas.
