    We are in from out of town and wanted to pass some time on a rainy day. Called on a Sunday to see if they take walk ins. I was told yes and to come on in! Tony was ready and took care of me right away. He’s not only personable but did an excellent job in a timely manner. I will definitely be back the next time we’re in PCB!

    Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with and has a wonderful calming and kind spirit. His attention to detail is outstanding and I will definitely be back.Cindy did my leg waxing and it was far gentler than I’ve ever had so she will be my gal from now on.I can’t say how happy I am that I tried Graceful Nail and Spa out today.

    Cindy was absolutely amazing. I have been working to grow out my natural nails and she made them look absolutely spectacular. I bite the skin around my nails as an habit and she also helped me clean that area up which is super helpful for me. Every time I go in here it feels like I’m with my best friends. Highly highly recommend and will always be going! 💅🏼

    We were visiting town this week and needed a quick place to get some dip nails and a pedicure. After looking online and deciding where to go, we are very happy we chose Graceful Nails and Spa. Our experience was wonderful, and the dip nails looked beautiful! We also got the Best Graceful Pedicure with the gel color to match my dip nails. Everything felt and smelled amazing. The staff is so friendly and were a breath of fresh air compared to experiences Ive had in the past trying new places while visiting Panama City Beach from out of town. If you need a new place for your nail care, check them out. If youre visiting from out of town, they will make you feel at home.

    My daughter loves her nails she got done for Christmas. The lady that did her nails was Cindy and she did a great job. She was very gentle and did the perfect design. My daughter is so happy with them. We will 100% be coming back here again.

    Go see Chris at Graceful Nails, he is very talented and good at art. I give him carte blanche with my nails and he never disappoints. If I take a picture of what I want he can always emulate it. He did a fantastic job on my holiday nails!

    I didnt have time to get my nails done before my trip so I took advantage of the rainy day. I didnt have an appointment, I called on my way.I was apprehensive at first because he wanted to do my nails differently than my home salon but I was impressed. They turned out much thinner than at home. Highly recommend.

    I had the pleasure of checking out this amazing nail salon in Panama City Beach. They are very professional and super friendly and use high quality products. Excellent customer service!     Definitely have my business. My first visit here an they took the time in educating me what would do best with the shape my nails were in due to prior nail salons damaging them! The shop was quite an relaxing. Customer service was phenomenal. Upon leaving they give me a 8ozbottle of spa lotion for christmas. Go check these guys out! They are great!

    My experience has been incredible! Tony and his staff are outstanding. Im in Florida for 6 months every winter. I tried 2 other Nail Salons until I found Graceful Nails. The name says it all! They will take my appointments right away on short notice. Please do Not go anywhere else, because you will be very disappointed. You will be taken care of every step of the way

    They do such a good job! I’m very very picky about my nails(literally) and I have not had an issue at all! All I can say is they fit my acrylics on perfectly and when I got a fill it was even BETTER! I won’t go to another nail salon….I’m obsessed! Fair prices too for a high maintenance salon ♥️

    They were accommodating and friendly and used clean/sterile equipment. Tony is a friendly guy and funny but very knowledgeable. My tech for the pedicure was also super nice and accommodating if I asked for any adjustments I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking her to modify anything because she was kind.     What a wonderful experience at Graceful Nails, and what grace the owner and his bro carried. My mom came in after years of toenail neglect and the owner was so kind and acknowledged the condition of her nails. He was go gentle and took care of her and genuinely cared about the health of her toenails. The pedicures were awesome and the polish was pristine. Well definitely be back.     Walked in for a fill and fix and got helped right away!     The people here are very nice. They move quickly and normally I am very scared to get nails clipped and all the other things they do at nail places and that’s because to me it hurts. At Graceful Nails and Spa it felt rather good and relaxing. They are very careful not to hurt you and don’t grip your hands or feet hard at all. I only got a mani-pedi but it was like a whole spa treatment. When you walk in, the pedicure chairs are very low as of your laying on a bed but when you sit down they check how your sitting and adjust the back of the chair to how you are sitting. They have chairs for shorter people and for taller people. If they can see your tall they show you to a chair that would be better for taller or better for shorter. The lotion they put on your legs smell so good! It’s like a rose smell. They have TONS of different colors to choose from. The associates talk to you but not too much. They ask questions that they need to know to give you the right kind of service. And they ask “How are you?”. They let the hot towels sit on your legs and it feels amazing! I’m only a ten year old and I can write all of these amazing things and more! You should 100% try out Graceful Nails and Spa!

Ive had the same man Tim twice now and his work is amazing ✨ took the time to make my nails look as natural as possible and is just such an upbeat guy. Brought my nieces with me this time and theyre so great with the kids. Will be coming here from now on. I suggest the cat eye design because I get sooo many compliments. Also to add I work in construction and my nails have held up amazing.

    I love this place. I’ve been here many times to get their premium pedicure after stepping away from my previous salon after two not so great outcomes. Cost for the premium is currently $40 and includes hot stone massage. They are extremely meticulous and it has been the most relaxing of all the nail salons I’ve visited. My mom has ingrown toenail and they did an exceptional job removing it. Chair massages are great but they also do great foot and leg massages. Very relaxing. Great people. Won’t go anywhere else!

    I’ve visited this salon twice, and both times I was just as impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, and the lady that I believe runs the place is phenomenal! The first time I went in, I had a horrible ingrown toenail. She took a reasonable amount of time on my feet, and made everything perfect! The last time I visited, I had my nails ruined by another local salon in PCB; Graceful Nails fixed my hands perfectly and charged me next to nothing. This will be my home salon when I’m visiting PCB!

    My boyfriend and I visited this salon today and were excited to walk in and be served right away. Due to a skin condition that affects his nails he is incredibly anxious about pedicures but needs the extra love to maintain the health of his feet. The experience was going well until every single available employee came to watch the technician perform the pedicure and ask questions. With a quality pedicure costing $50 you would think employees would be kind enough to discourage this type of behavior. We left satisfied with overall pedicure but somewhat embarrassed by being treated as a circus show. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this type of behavior it is commonplace among most nail salons. I would like to encourage business owners in this industry to train employees on appropriate etiquette with every customer. If this was a teaching location it might make sense to have everyone view for learning purposes but I saw multiple certifications on the wall. I’m frustrated by this response and we will continue to search for a salon that treats everyone with decency.
