    I am staying in Cape San Blas, FL, for the month of January. I knew I would need a fill for my eyelash extensions while here. I did my research before I came and with all of Drift spa’s great reviews my decision was made. The hour drive to see Sheena was well worth it. My lashes look amazing. Thank you Sheena!

    I was searching for a business that could offer a next-day appointment, and on a Sunday, and I was lucky to find Drift Spa. Dayjuana did my brows, and they turned out amazing! This was my first time visiting, and if I were local, this would definitely become my go-to spot. I’ve had experiences where my brows ended up lopsided, asymmetrical, or too thin, but here, she worked with my natural brows and kept them close to their natural shape—absolutely love it!The building itself was beautifully decorated, with lighting that wasn’t too harsh. Plus, the prices are very reasonable compared to what I’m used to. Highly recommend!

    I have been going here for a few months & have been really happy with Sheena (lashes). She is reasonably priced & extremely personable. I drive 30 minutes here for the people & quality of service 😊 Although I only go to see Sheena, all of the girls are really welcoming. Highly recommend!

    This woman was a lifesaver! I had to get an emergency extension removal due to severe allergy and I booked an appointment with her on a Sunday morning at 8:30! she was there waiting for me and was the sweetest most kindest woman and she went above and beyond by cleaning my eyes and being extremely gentle and even gave me a care kit to take to the hotel with me! I wish I was local here because I would 100% become a regular client! Thank you so much Dayjuana for saving my vacation!

    Had my first time Peel facial , and it did not disappoint. The results were amazing and immediately shows the difference. Can’t wait for my next section.     Drift spa was so relaxing! From the moment you walk in its whole vibe is beautifully Overwhelming. What was the icing on the cake was Dayjuana, she is such a calming individual, patient, sweet, and not only did her facial feel like heaven on my skin she also took the time to give your skin a massage while your soaking. So relaxing, and so fresh, she also helps you with your skin routine in what you should seek at home to help you continue to have flawless skin! She is truly a GEM and we will come see her every single time!!! Lashes, brows, facials, you name it she can do it! Ladies do not pass up an opportunity to treat yourself! Fellas you too!!!     Where do I start ? First Let’s just start with saying how AMAZING Dayjuana is. She has THE sweetest soul. I just had my second chemical peel from her and my skin is doing great things, she evaluates my skin and gives her recommendations and I follow them because I trust her whole heartedly. After my peel she sent me home with after care instructions and she will even text you the following day to check on you . Her room is very calming and has welcoming vibe . Dayjuana has earned a lifetime client . You can’t go wrong booking with Dayjuana.

    I had a Brazilian wax with Randi today and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable!I am 23 weeks pregnant and was told it would hurt worse but it wasn’t near as bad as I was expecting.I would definitely recommend going to see her for your waxing needs! She did my eyebrows too 🤩🙌🏼

    I booked my appointment with Randy. Today was my second time getting a wax at Drift Spa and I must say it was so quick and easy. I would 100% recommend going here if you are looking for a comfy cozy environment to get your wax. The wax was over before I even knew it! Overall great experience!

    Update six months later: still 5-stars, the BEST place for waxes and lashes in Panama City! Randi is an absolute GEM of a human. I have been going every 2-3 weeks for lash refills for over 6 months now and constantly get compliments. Plus, I just love our conversations. Everyone at Drift is so welcoming, friendly, and passionate about what they do. I trust no one else to my lashes & Brazilian waxing!Original review: Clean, cute space, amazing owners and employees. Randi gave me the best wax I’ve received not only in Panama City but in a LONG time. No hair left behind on my Brazilian! Randi also did my lashes, and they were beautifully done and actually lasted. Shes so personable and I love going just even to get to chat with her. I get compliments on my lashes all the time. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been getting my lashes don’t for years. I just moved to the area and was fearful to try a new lash artist. I went to Randi, all I can say is Wow!!! I’m in love with my lashes, best set I’ve ever had. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to which is nice when you’re there for an hour. I had to bring my son with me, she gave him blankets to lay on and be comfortable. I’m so happy to say I found my new lash artist. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

    I was hesitant, as I needed a fill-in for classic lash extensions. You never know how well they will blend by two different aestheticians. The newer lashes by SHEENA feel softer and better quality than what I have been paying for (at the EXACT same price $65)...more *mink-like, like my real lashes. Id forgotten how light my extensions used to feel from my original Lash Lady (Vianey) at Beauty Lounge in Texas. I found a HOME salon for when Im in Panama City. Sheena has the lightest touch and works on both eyes simultaneously. Shes a real artist.

    I came to Monica and The Drift Spa from a friend’s recommendation. I always worry about starting a new place. Boy, am I glad I did and now I can’t wait until my next appointment. She also provided context to my original experience which made be remember to always extend people grace because you never know what they’re going through. Let’s take a journey with my experience, shall we.I used the ol’ Google machine and put in “waxing near me”. Drove 25 mins from base because their website seemed right up my alley. Let’s fast forward. I arrive, walk-in, sit at the front for ~10 mins. Ambiance is very nice, by the way. Young lady walks out goes to the back and then goes back to the room in which she was in originally. *TRIGGERED* I proceed to say “hello” not once, not twice, but three times before she or anyone comes out. Conversation below:Her: “Who are you here to see?”Me: *internal dialogue says oh no ma’am* “Hello, how are you?”Her: “Hello, who are you here to see? What service are you getting.”Me: *deep breath, followed by a pause* “Well, I’m new here and was hoping to find a location for my waxing needs. Is this by appointment only?”Her: “Oh! Okay, well these are our services and you can book online.”Me: “Thank you.”Young lady may have not been having the best day or just was going through the motions for her clear lack of acknowledgment of me. Whatever the case may be, each customer should be receiving world class customer service whether you know them or not. Employees represent not only themselves, but the brand that people are paying for a reliable service. To that young lady, I pray your day gets better.

    Great Experience! Spa setting, extremely clean and organized, calm, peaceful. My first time with any sort of lash enhancement. Monica listened to my desire of having them look “natural” as if I had mascara on. It’s sailing ⛵️ season and don’t want to mess with cosmetics.Monica thoroughly explained how to wash my face and eyes “aftercare” and gave me a clean mascara brush to use to separate my silk lash enhancement. Almost a week in and no one has noticed. However, I have received more compliments on my eyes.Thank you Monica
