    My hair stylist Van not only takes shorter time to give me amazing experience with her hair cut. She is one of the best hair stylist I met across different locations of great clips. I travel Sarasota to Parrish to get hair cut from her at this location. She is always good at her job for hair styling and welcoming customers. I am writing this review after multiple times I got my hair styled by her. She is best and amazing 😊

    Fantastic deal for what I got. My hair was pretty rough after cutting it myself & having family members cut it for so long, but it came out looking really shapely and nice. I would definitely recommend this place for routine haircuts.

    I just moved here and I thought they did a great job. Well managed. It’s nice to see a shop with enough help to minimize the wait, and they even had a good old fashioned receptionist.

    My husband tried the great clips in Ellenton. He was very pleased with the stylist and hair cut. We been using great clips services for a couple years. Funny thing this salon was 2.00 less for a senior hair cut than all previous appointments at our their other salons. So even better.

    My stylist is excellent....but they pressure customers to sign in online, and their feedback tells you how long is the wait. The problem is ALWAYS that when you get to the shop, I find out there are 4 other people waiting for my stylist!!! IF YOU CANNOT SIGN IN WITH THE STYLIST YOU PREFER THEN GIVING ME A WAIT TIME IS STUPID....Im looking for another shop....

    I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Great Clips today. My stylist was Tammy and she is always amazing! She knows me and my whole family by name, and we are always happy with her work. She’s especially attentive to my son who was apprehensive to get his hair cut at first, and now he looks forward to seeing and assisting Ms. Tammy.

    Jessi was my stylist. She was amazing. She totally listened and understood my hair challenges and put that to work providing me with an amazing cut and style I can work with. At 64 with thinning hair....she had her work cut out for her(no pun intended...lol) but she prevailed! Not to mention just is just a kind soul. Ask for Jessi!!!!!!

    Lesley greeted us as soon as we walked in and got started right away. She gave my daughter the exact haircut she asked for as well as some styling tips, she is very happy! She hasnt stopped checking it in the mirror.

    I dont think Ive ever been impressed by a trip to get a hair cut, but I must commend the team here. It was busy but I was in and out quickly, they were very kind and courteous, the manager was buzzing around helping everyone else, and my stylist was very nice (and it was her first day)! You can tell there is GREAT management here. Way to go!

    Went in, open minded looking to go from long to short. I have crazy thick frizzy hair. Spoke with Craig, showed him some pictures of what I had in mind and he did EXACTLY what I requested. Checking every step of the way to ensure I got what I was looking for, since it was a dramatic change. He did a stellar job, very personable and I would highly recommend him!!! And you can’t beat the price!

    I have been to a couple different great clips for my children (ages 3 year old boy and 6 year old girl). Never had any issues. Everyone is friendly and makes my children feel comfortable! I check in online and never have to wait.

    Marion gave me a great cut! I showed her a photo reference and she knew exactly what to do and when I asked what would be best for me to use to maintain the look I wanted at home she immediately had an answer. She was also pleasant to talk to and was very good natured.

    My first time at Parkwood Square Great Clips in Ellenton, and as picky as I am, I was 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Although it was a very busy Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend, I was greeted and taken in a timely manner. Then, Tammy gave me the best shampoo and haircut Id had in years! Also... Its a bargain!

    Another 5 star review for Tammy it seems!I just want to take a minute to compliment you on one of your employees in your Parrish FL store, Tammy. My son is 6 and autistic and mostly non-verbal and HATES getting his hair cut! We came in another time before our last visit and it was the usual, a woman was doing her best to give him a haircut but it ultimately ended up with me having to hold his head still while he was scared and crying and you just try to cut as many hairs as you can till you decide thats good enough (Ive had the same experience trying to give him a haircut myself so Im not faulting them), then Tammy came over and helped the lady cutting his hair by distracting him and speaking to him in a calming manner and she understood things like sensory issues and how the clippers affected that. The next time we came in I asked for her specifically and she was amazing. She sat down with him in the lobby and talked to him for a while and earned his trust, she engaged in him and he did the same with her. The care that she showed to my son warmed my heart and he left a happy boy with TWO lollipops and the usually shy, reserved boy gave her a big wave and said Bye, Miss Tammy. With staff like this youll have a family of customers for life.

    The fact that this place is often busy should tell you something. Ive gotten several haircuts here and never had any problems. They dont take American Express which is a little annoying, but from having several stylists cut my hair, they typically do a great job and quickly.
