I contacted Monica for my first waxing ever. She was very nice and personable over the phone and explained the process before hand and what I should do to prepare and what I should expect afterwards. She was very thorough in answering questions about the process and made me feel overwhelmingly comfortable with her knowledge. Her office is very clean and professional and I was impressed with how well it all went. I am of Dutch/German heritage and have very thick, coarse, and voluminous hair on every inch of my body. I went in for a Brozilian, chest, and belly wax. It was painful but nowhere near as painful as I had expected. She was great to talk to throughout the treatment and I learned she was just starting off on her own. I called for an appointment one day prior and she made it work. She exceeded my expectations in all areas and I will be returning for treatments monthly. Thank you again Monica!
