    I have had excellent results so far working with Dr Snyder who listens and incorporates my suggestions in my treatment plan. I would definitely tell my colleagues to go to him if they have any issues he can help with. The office is very pleasant to work with as well. I was also recommended to him by my surgeon and a colleague.

    Iā€™m a new patient. New patient intake was efficient - from the central office to the Doctorā€™s office. I appreciate that I didnā€™t have to manually fill out forms multiple times. Most importantly, all staff were friendly and professional. Canā€™t take this for granted as other office staff are not as professional and ruins patient experience.Dr. Wong and Laura were equally pleasant to interact with. They were efficient, inspired confidence, patient in answering questions.Iā€™m cautiously optimistic that this Riverchase can sustain this quality of care and patient service experience.

    I have been going to Riverchase Dermatology in Pembroke Pines for years. I highly recommend Dr Snyder for all skincare needs. He has performed skin cancer surgeries as well as cosmetic treatments for me. Not only is Dr Snyder well experienced his staff is the best! Everyone is so welcoming and informative especially Suzie at the front desk. She is always greeting you with a warm smile and answers any questions you may have .

    I had a very good impression of the Riverchase practice and Dr. Gutierrez. The wait was minimal with a very pleasant welcoming.Dr. Gutierrez made a prompt assessment of my sclerotherapy treatment and I was impressed enough to go for it.I look forward to having the treatment in a couple of weeks time that will help improve my overall looksā˜ŗļø

    I arrived and was taken care of immediately by the reception staff. After only a few waiting a few minutes I was seem.Staff was courteous and friendly. The doctor was professional and thorough. Even though it has been around 15 years since first seeing Dr. Q. Le, the same level of care and professionalism is extended.

    Doctors and medical personnel are first rate. The front desk person does not understand they are director of first impressions and are not kind to patients, many of whom must wait in the waiting room for extended periods of time. Doctors must aggressively book in order to meet target income the equity fund that buys out the groups, etc. requires. When the aggressive booking of patients occurs it is especially important to remember the patient is the groups source of income and should be treated kindly and with patience.

    This was my second visit. I had to have a little procedure. Dr Snyder and his nurse put me at ease and walked me right through it. As a side note, the whole experience was on time and quick! Nice!

    Well run busy office. Was super cordial and pleasant to deal with. They were very efficient and I didnā€™t have to wait very long.     My annual review went well!! I have several concerns so Dr. Snyder took time to examine me closely. I noticed a spot on my upper chest area - when he reviewed it he decided to take a biopsy just to rule out anything. I also have a previous skin cancer on my finger that looked suspicious, so another biopsy!!! Painless - precaution!!!ā™„ļø

    Another good meeting with Dr. Snyder, Dermatologist, whom I have been using for over 22 years. Thorough, quick and efficient with recommendations to keep from getting or letting anything get too advanced. With my fair coloring and skin type, it is imperative to visit your Dermatologist At Least twice a year. The precautions are well worth it!

    I love Riverchase Dermatology! Every person I have encountered here is friendly, helpful and kind. I have had two surgeries now to remove basal cell cancer from my face. Dr. Wong found the initial suspect spot. It was so tiny! But she did a biopsy and she was right. Dr. Chen did my surgery. Since she was concerned about scarring she arranged for a plastic surgeon to close the wound. When a second spot was found she performed my second surgery as well. Four months after the second surgery, you canā€™t even tell! You can only see the scars if you get very close to my face and know where to look. They are amazing!!

    Back in April, I received a freezing treatment on a growth. This growth was still there and I am moving to a city about 2 hours away next week. So, I called Riverchase on Monday to explain and asked for any time this week or next. To my surprise, and delight, I was given an appointment for the very next day and everything was taken care of.     I was overdue for my dermatology check-up up. I called RiverChase Dermatology and made am appointment with Dr. Robert Snyde, who Iā€™ve seen previously. He did a full body check and found a mole on my upper thigh, and Dr. Snyder removed it with no pain whatsoever I went back 7/16/24 to have my stitches removed. He is by far one of the best dermatologist Iā€™ve been to. Thank you Dr. Snyder and staff. His office is located in the medical center at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, I live in Ft.     If this review was solely in reference to Dr. Quang Le, I would give it 10 stars! Dr. Quang Le was recommended to me nearly 25 years ago by a dear friend who is a nurse. Dr. Le is an incredibly talented dermatologist who specializes in rosacea, which I have. He has also been very conservative about my skin because I have melanoma in my family. I feel such confidence in him that I would recommend him to anyone! Because of this, he has treated many of my family members!!The four starts is about the office. The wait is typically one hour past your appointment time unless you are the first or second patient of the day. Cumulatively I have waited HOURS to see Dr. Le, but his exceptional care and knowledge keeps me coming back.

    Ive had two visits so far to this practice and they were pleasant! Ive seen two different dermatologists, Dr. Le and Dr. Tivoli, and both have been very personable, compassionate, and professional. The medical assistants have also been very personable and professional. The front staff are not exceptionally friendly, but no complaints, so would not consider removing a star. I also REALLY like the aesthetics of design of the front office personnel area. I know office design is probably not considered in most ratings, but I cant help every time I come to this office admiring how beautifully its designed compared to any other medical office Ive visited. Appointments have been extremely punctual and Im in and out quickly. I noticed the way they utilize their technology for signatures/searching patient profile history must help to expedite their processes, which contributes to the timeliness. Definitely come early if youre not familiar with Memorial West because their parking garage is more crowded and harder to navigate than the airport.
