    I was recommended to go to Elizabeth for CoolSculpting, and honestly, I couldn’t have made it through two sessions without her! Elizabeth’s patience and ability to make me feel completely at ease were incredible. She was professional every step of the way, but also created such a comfortable atmosphere that I felt like I was talking to a friend. The results have been absolutely transformative—I feel so much more confident in my body now, and I’m amazed at how effective CoolSculpting has been for me. Highly recommend!

    Had a cool sculpting treatment done by Elisabeth a couple weeks ago and the whole experience was great. She made me as comfortable as she could and set realistic expectations. I’m already starting to see results and I couldn’t be happier! This is a great option for those who can’t take time off to have lipo done and want to be able to carry on with their daily lives right away. If you’re interested definitely go see her!

    Ive been to many chiropractors over the years, but I will never go anywhere else but PPM again. The entire staff are the most professional and caring Ive ever met and I highly recommend them. My husband and I drive an hour for our treatments and are glad to do it.My massage therapist Chierstie is a true healer as well with her expertise in her Myofascial release methods and techniques.Everyone here is a blessing and Im so appreciative for all they do.Go here.

    Fantastic chiropractor! Took X-rays and listened to all my issues to help build the best treatment plan possible; my body feels better than it ever has! Liz is an exceptional esthetician that always answers my skincare questions and breaks down the answer so I understood and was able to implement the advice into my own personal routine. Such a friendly staff, always welcoming patients with a smile. Highly recommend coming here!

    Dr Smith is the best! Was having chronic headaches , hip and back pain and with getting adjustments it has helped so much and the massage chairs are great too. If you need a good Chiropractor, Dr Smith is your guy!

    We love this office. So many great things to say.Dr. Smith actually takes the time to listen, exam, and make a plan for healing. Unlike some other places. Even my kids love going there.The office staff is amazing too, which makes a huge difference. They are attentive, actually smile when you walk in, check on you and my boys think it’s royal treatment when they offer a beverage. Like flying first class! :)

    Chierstie gives THE most therapeutic massage I have ever had. She uses a technique called Myofascial release. I never heard of it before and was a little skeptical but it is so surprisingly effective for such little effort she puts into the massage! You can literally feel the tissues changing its crazy! I went to see her when my back was locked up pretty bad and she released it with very little effort. I felt AMAZING after, like I could run a marathon. If you need to see someone about your back pain, I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

    Do you have back pain, neck pain, or needing fertility preparation!?! I do, and if you have never had a myofascial release massage, run to this place! Chierstie Braas is an absolute miracle worker. I have had many many massages in my life, and I always thought I loved firm pressure massage. It almost feels as if shes not even barely touching you. As she does different parts of your body, it will literally shift and fall into place. I could feel the tension in my neck being pulled away as she was working on my lower back. For me, it will take a couple of sessions, which I am more than happy about! I like to look at firm pressure massage as a band aid It does temporarily help the problem. If youre chronic sometimes you need a surgeon to help your body get back to how it should be. You wont be disappointed!

    Seriously some of the kindest people in the industry work here. Dr. Smith has helped me get my spine and shoulder back in alignment with skillful adjustments. His partner Liz is a wizard with aesthetic facials. And Lisa helped me to lose weight so that I could finally become pregnant. They go above and beyond to help you. I am so grateful for their quality care with multiple issues.

    Ms. Lisa, Elisabeth, and Peter are the best!!! Heaven sent!!! From the moment I walked in crippled after pulling something, Mr Smith got me back moving again and while I was there I was so intrigued by the additional services they offer. I then found myself meeting Ms Lisa for weight loss and then it didn’t take long and I was up to doing trying their other services. 10/10 recommended to everyone! 😌😊

    If Google would allow 10 Stars I would give it to this place.. Made a call the evening before to just get some basic information about TRT, they were able to see me on the next day, receptionist was very professional not only on the phone but in person, then I met Lisa, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She set me up on a plan to help me get, and maintain the quality of life that I need to be an active part in my families everyday life...

    My lower back was hurting for years and I started coming here and I have had no more pain. Staff is wonderful. I can do things without pain again. I did not want surgery and Mr. Smith made my pain go away without surgery

    Lacie is absolutely amazing! She took care of my lashes and always made sure I felt so beautiful and got what I wanted. She was the first person I saw when I was brand new to the area and I was nervous but she made me feel so welcome. She is easy to talk to and fun and all of my appointments had me crying laughing. She adjusted to my pregnancy and she always gives good advice and was looking out for ME and not just trying to get me to pay for something I might not need. Love her to death and absolutely recommend

    Awesome place! Awesome people. Everyone on staff is so professional and knowledgeable. They really care and are super helpful. I come here for weight loss and cool sculpting.     Dr. Smith and staff provide exceptional services to myself, my mother, my aunt, my two sisters, and autistic nephew. The Staff always try to provide accommodations around my schedule to make sure I am able to come in and receive needed care. My family and I are treated with compassion and care every visit. Being in the medical field myself, Pensacola Physical Medicine has one of the best staff I have encountered with excellent bedside manner, which is what makes my familys experience here a positive one.

    Lacie is seriously the best! She is both warm and professional. Prior to my facial, she made sure to gain an understanding of my daily skin routine and provided pros and cons of various ingredients in my products. She tailored my facial to address the specific concerns/problem areas I was experiencing. After my facial, my skin felt well hydrated, looked less red, and was free from congested pores. I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for quality care!

    I have been coming to the chiro and PA, Doc Smith and Ms. Lisa as long as I can remember. The ladies greet you with a big smile and everyone is so friendly and supportive of your journey, your goals and expectations. from skin care, chiropractic care and weight loss. Lisa has helped me drop over 20lbs in the first month of her program. She is supportive and offers realistic options for working single parents like me.     Truthfully there are not enough words to describe this establishment and each one of the kind-hearted individuals working here. As long term patient I have grown very fond of everyone.I went in with a hopeful heart after attempting to self treat a reoccurring back issue that I never learned much about from my previous chiropractor and physical therapist. Little did I know that not only would I begin to improve, but I would learn more about what causes the issues as well as how to potentially prevent and even recover more quickly in the event of reoccurrence.Dr. Smith is by far the most kind and genuinely concerned provider Ive worked with. Since beginning treatment with him, he has seen me through some great days and helped me through some not so great days where I wasnt always sure I was even improving. But even when struggling I always get a sense of comfort from the sheer positivity that permeates from a team who very clearly enjoys working together and loves what they do.From the moment youre greeted by Ms. Liz in the front and every moment after, you never feel like just a number. Each visit is a new visit with the same genuine concern as when you start.Good chiropractic care is phenomenal and has opened my eyes to my own self alignment.     Fleeing Hurricane Irma and coming from SoFlo, we got into a car accident arriving to Pensacola. We looked for a chiropractor and got in touch with this office who could not be nicer! The place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the doctor is great! They took care of us immediately and gave us the best therapy in the short time we were there.     I was experiencing the worst neck and shoulder pain I had ever endured in my life. I promptly came to see Dr Smith. After assessing my situation he recommended I get an MRI. Upon that he knew I needed surgery. He immediately referred me to Dr Mark Giovinini and they both worked together to get me back to my normal life. Up until my surgery Dr Smith was there helping me every step of the way. Doing the best he could to keep my pain at a minimum until I got into surgery. I have been going to Pensacola Physical Medicine for adjustments for over 3 years and I am always treated like family and taken care of. Thank you Dr Smith for always taking care of my wife and I.P.S. always sit in the massage chair closest to the window!!!

    I have been to Pensacola physical medicine for cool sculpting session twice now, The results are incredible Lacie did an amazing job with explaining exactly what Coolsculpting does and the results I will see. I was thoroughly impressed by not only the results but with the bedside manner Lacie had also the staff at Pensacola physical medicine is one of the best I’ve ever been to. With me being on reality TV Coolsculpting is away for me to keep unwanted belly fat away when I am too busy to go to the gym. I am 100% impressed with my results and I HIGHLY recommend Pensacola physical medicine.

    Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and the prices are affordable. I went in for a round of B12 shots and after speaking with the NP there, was able to determine the reason for why my body was reacting and feeling the way it was. What I though was just being tired and getting older, turned out to be a serious condition. Now i am on the proper meds and honestly feel like this saved my life.
