I couldn’t thank Mayrelis more… not only did she change my look 100% but she also helped me fix my extremely damaged hair. I had never set foot in a hair salon before because I was scared but someone recommended me her & here I am today again feeling like a woman again! 🥰 she takes her time & explain what works best for you hair, remember not everyone has the same hair texture! She’s an angel! I feel so good, confidence is up the sky!🩷 thank you so much! Anyone second guessing this place, DONT! This place is 100/100❤️ it’s worth every penny! I promise💁🏻‍♀️🥰

I got serviced at this salon by July, my stylist as a recommendation from friend for the first time. I’ve been to previous Dominican salons which used excessive heating on my 4c hair. The care for my hair type at this salon was exceptional. I love the cleanliness of the salon, the price is exceptional and they take Zelle transactions. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you July!

Absolutely incredible!! She is super sweet, the space is clean and she does a spectacular job every time. I’m very particular about who does my hair and even more so about who cuts it especially due to the texture of my hair and she does it perfect every single time. I get so many compliments and always walk out feeling like a million dollars. Bien perfecto como siempre

I’ve moved from New York where a Dominican Salon is in every block and borough. And to have finally found a place where I can get my weekly blowouts for a decent price and that lasts a full week! Julie and Marilis do amazing and make me look and feel brand new every week! They leave my hair feeling nice and also healthy without the usage of an ironer! Would recommend to absolutely everyone

She amazing been seeing her for 7 years though the prices have gone up in some of the services and she knows. I love the energy of the place I love being there I’ve known her forever. I knew the original owner. I know her it’s a very very family to place but if you’re going to be in a hurry, no. However, it makes me go back to the days of New York City and being with my Belkis, Maria, CARMEN, etc. etc. anyway, good place we will get Wash and from New;York.

Wow! It’s so difficult to find a good hairdresser — I am so happy I found one!! This salon is awesome! Always on time - MAYRELIS is the best hairdresser — she knows her stuff ! She does hair care which means you get a consultation based on your hair texture and condition- my hair has transformed !!! If you are looking for an AUTHENTIC DOMINICAN salon!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!

This is the most amazing experience I’ve had. I have been in this country for 20+ years, and I could never find someone to handle my hair without ripping it. I am from Haiti. I have coarse Afro hair that is not easy to comb, and they get hard and fall off. I lost a lot of hair from the other beauty salon, and I wanted to give up and just cut all my hair. Then, I googled for the last time Dominican hair salon. And I decided to give it a last chance cause I was going on a date with my husband. I’ll tell you this, my husband was so happy 😀 when he saw how my hair was flawless. I love it. Mayrelis washes my hair and comb it while washing it. My hair did not fall off. I just wrap it for this weekend coming up again to look as beautiful as I was last weekend. I love my hair.The staff is very friend. The place is very clean like a five star salon. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much because even though I didn’t have an appointment, you took care of me. I wanted to stay longer just to laugh❤️🥰❤️

I called them today on short notice for a cut/blow dry and they said just come on in. I did not have to wait a long time to be helped and out in no time! I was blown away by how great my hair looked, no pun intended. All of the ladies at the salon were so friendly and professional. My hair looks absolutely fabulous! I immediately booked myself for two more weeks and also for Christmas. Definitely will book for New Year’s as well! Been looking for a great hair salon here in this area (originally from Miami) and found it! Great music playing in the background was also a vibe!

I’m new to Florida and was in need of a haircut and was told by African Americans, Latinas and Caribbean’s to find a Dominican place. My first visit was nice and so I returned, I go every few months for a trim.The only reason is a 4 start is because I believe I was overly charged for my 1st time highlights (for two small corner sections, you see on the picture) I have continued to return because I really do like their work and price is fair.Now, if you are wanting something special braids, sew-ins, etc you may want to find a different person for that type of style, color, blow out etc, definitely a good place.Don’t be discouraged by the comments, each person is their own. Do your research make a midweek appointment and discuss ahead of time or walk in on a Saturday and watch see if you like what you see.

I have been doing my hair with Mayrelis for about 3 years. I am originally from Jersey and moved to Florida 3 years ago, I didnt think I would be able to find anyone to do my hair as good as my hairdresser back home (I went to many salons with no success). When Mayrelis did my hair for the first time, I was head over heels. Wont go anywhere else. They treat you like family.
