I love this nail spa! its my 1st time here. the service is excellent, the staff is wonderful and the salon is very clean. my nail technician Coco is the best nail tech Ive ever had. I love my nails. my nails are shaped and done exactly how I want them. my husband also had their volcano pedi, and he loved it. I will never go to another nail salon. they also offer free refreshments of your choice while you wait. the massage chairs are so good! its very spacious as well. go check them out, youll like them too.

Excellent servixe!! Today was my first time here but not my last. They just gained a loyal customer. Sophia at front desk was amazing and Catherine did my nails Im very happy with the service and the hospitality! I just wanted something very simple and super natural. Catherine suggested hard gel overlay and I couldnt ask for something more natural than that, will continue coming here from now on.

I’m just leaving L’Acqua Nail Spa. This is my 2nd time here and I have had two different nail techs. First was Christine, who did an absolute phenomenal job! And I’m sorry I did not post but I should have. Today was Nancy and she also did an amazing job. The place is clean. They both were careful but quick and efficient. I have pictures of Nancy’s phenomenal work. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to both ladies.

I called around on a random Sunday because I wanted to get acrylics for the first time. Everywhere else was completely booked, and nobody was taking walk-ins... Until I called this place, which was a little far from me yet worth the distance entirely.Not only did they accept me at the last minute (an hour before they closed, I miscalculated my time), but they welcomed me in and treated me with kindness while I stared in awe at the guy who went to work on my manicure.The place was clean. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The work that my guy did was flawless, he looked at my reference picture and delivered without hesitation. And here I am writing a review four days later, and they are still holding as if I got them done yesterday.My only regret is that I wish I left a bigger tip.

Anni gave me the best mani-pedi with hot stone massage Ive ever had, and Coco and Anni were able to not only replicate the picture of the design I wanted, they recommended a way to improve on it. I couldnt be happier and will definitely be returning.

Ken did such an amazing job. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. I have minor complaints everywhere else I go and this time I am amazed how great they came out. Because I use my hands a lot for work I’m constantly looking at them and this time I have no complaints. I got an acrylic fill with regular polish and I had to have 3 nails replaced and it was only $45 this is the cheapest price I have found and the quality is amazing.

I love the salon. I’ve been here pretty often for the past few years. Solid work every single time I got my nails done last time by Linda she did a gel x set with chrome on me beautifully and gel pedicure. She also help me pick the right colors that would work for me based on what I described.

The staff is professional and pleasant, but my favorites are Cici and Lou.Cici is very sweet and kind and just a joy to talk with, but also very talented. I’d recommend her, especially if you want some type of design.

Aaron was great, I got the pearl pedicure. It smelled amazing and the multiple steps to made it feel even more luxurious. My feet were so soft after. The polish was great as well as the massage. I felt very refreshed and my feet/toes looked amazing.

I started coming here for several months now and I ALWAYS just get a gel polish change since Im not into cutting my cuticles. The gel polish last long since they are still on by the time I redo them (I redo it once a month). Vicky has taken care of me every time except once, but even the other tech I went to was great. Staff is super nice and never had any issues. Its my natural nails in the pics and the pink/black nails is what I just got done the other day.

Ive been to other salons in Pompano Beach and to be honest I was very disappointed. When I first came to L’acqua nail spa I was received well. I went to master Ken, he gave me an excellent manicure. I was very pleased and now I go to this salon every month for 6 months! For me, this salon deserves the highest rating! Nice price, cleanliness, quality materials and kind staff. I only do manicures and pedicures. Manicure lasts 4 weeks! I recommend master Ken, but I am sure that the other masters also do an excellent job! ❤️❤️❤️

They are so friendly and accommodating and they do a great job! My new favorite nail technician is Van- she’s wonderful, very gentle and does a beautiful job. The lady ended up using regular polish instead of the gel so we had to completely start over (I actually didnt like the color anyway so I was able to pick one I like better!) Update 10/10/2020Still the place to go and ultra safe since COVID. Dragged my husband for a jelly pedicure and techs wouldn’t allow him to sit next to me out of precaution. Best place around.Plexiglass surrounds the manicure area and they are very well organized.Update 2/2019Kept going back. Service has definitely improved and so have all the technicians.Gel dips at L’acqua are much more durable than others I have had. They never crack, even with long nails, and stay very shiny.——Pedicure is always good. Had a less than desirable acrylic fill. Shape was ok, but the technician did not take the acrylic or the polish to the cuticle. It looks like 5 days of growth. Front desk asked me three times if I had paid the right amount, but never asked me if I was satisfied with the service. I prefer the Plantation location, even I have to wait longer.

Edit**My original review was in anger due to being a new mother who breast feeds, I only have so much dedicated time to myself- so when I wasn’t able to have me time I was upset. However I have been here multiple times and staff have always been accommodating and very nice. I’ve never received bad services from them. My one bad experience doesn’t testify to the business as a whole. Lu never misses on my pedicure and I walk out with perfect toes each time! Customer service is great!They tell you they have appointments available when they don’t. Waste your time coming here and you will still be turned away or asked to come back despite calling in advance to book. Unprofessional!

The staff were pleasant enough but the pedicure itself was just ok. The woman who gave me my pedicure didn’t massage my legs/feet very long and once she finished painting my toes, she walked away without saying anything. Overall the quality is good but not very friendly.

I usually get the exfoliating pedicure. Their massage chairs are some of the best. They never force up charges. Definitely coming back; its the best nail salon in this area!

This is a clean, esthetically pleasant salon. A new package of instruments is opened for each customer as well as a new plastic piece is put into the basin. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they are open on Sunday. I will be returning to this salon for my pedicures. Nancy is excellent with ingrown toenails. I am pain free for the first time in years. She is meticulous.

Such a clean and friendly place! The manager Elle was very informative about my gel mani, educating me about how my cuticles and using a moisturizer. She did a great job on my hands. The shop was modern and sheek. Holly did my pedicure and kept me laughing. Very nice place to get away and get pampered! You will not be disappointed!

This salon is 5 star. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. My exclusive go to nail tech is Fanny. She is meticulous when doing a pedi. The prices are somewhat high but worth it for the excellent service. Treat yourself and make an appointment.

I had an emergency one of my acrylic nails broke and my finger was in extreme pain. I called this salon and Elle answered and was willing to help me as long as I arrived thirty minutes before they close. I got there and I was taken care of right away. Elle was a great example of customer service! I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me, which included her staying after hours.Not to mention the salon is beautiful!

Sandy did my eyebrows (waxed) she also an expert at microbladding so if you’re worried about what your eyebrows will look like, you’re in the best of hands. Hands down, best nail salon ever. I moved to Pompano Beach a few months ago and have been searching for a new nail salon....you cant imagine how many salons try to put one of those gel lights on Nexgen (a huge no-no cuz it weakens the product), and I think I just found the new salon! Jennifer did the best job I have ever had! My nails look fabulous! Also, the hours of operation work for my schedule (some salons close so early). If only I could sip a glass of wine while I enjoy my spa time....thats a suggestion!So, its been a few months. I lost Jennifer....but now I have Vinny! Hes saved my feet. I used to be in so much pain all the time...until he told me I had ingrown toenails!!! Now when I start to have pain I go see Vinny! He cleans me up and makes me beautiful again! He also does an amazing job on my fingers. I cant rave enough about him! And I have to tell you that this beautiful, immaculate place took my suggestion!

My nail tech Cindy was so patient with my indecisiveness choosing a color (I have to have natural looking nails to work for Guerlain) She has 15 years of experience and did a perfect job on my gel nails and pedicure! The salon is beautiful and modern looking and all the staff is super friendly!! I finally decided on piña colada by DND ! It’s an opaque light creamy pink and comes in gel and matching regular polish for my toes💅🏽If you’re in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area I highly recommend to check out L’acqua Nail spa! 5 stars in my book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
