This massage envy location is outstanding! The staff is always helpful and does their best to fit me in. PLUS the therapists are amazing. I have worked with several of them, but I have really enjoyed Lisa. Her background in massage is extensive. She has strong hands and provides a solid firm massage.Keep up the great work!

I was ready to cancel my membership—until I met Lisa! From the very start, she stood out by asking thoughtful and detailed questions that no other therapist had ever asked. She truly customized the massage based on what I needed.I even booked a session with her a week later on my birthday, and honestly, it was the highlight of my day. I hesitate to write this review because I know it’ll make her schedule even busier, but her work is just too incredible not to share.Lisa is amazing on her own, so while they offer enhancements when booking, I find them unnecessary. If you book with her, go for the 90-minute session—trust me, 60 minutes won’t be enough!

We are visiting Pompano Beach for vacation and decided to get massages while here. I was lucky enough to choose Maxine D. for my massage therapist. Let me tell you - she gave THE BEST massage I’ve had from anyone at any Massage Envy! We reside in Northern Indiana, which is where we get most of our massages but have also had them out in Arizona and she, by far, was the best! We chatted throughout the massage which was very nice, and she definitely found areas that were needing worked on. I walked out feeling 100% better than when I went in. We’re in Florida for two weeks. I tried to book another massage with her before we head home but she wasn’t available. I tried to persuade her to move up North so I could see her regularly but I don’t think I was able to get her convinced. Please do anything you can to let her know what a great therapist she is, and how much this client truly appreciated her skill and personality! 🥰

I made an appt last minute the day after Christmas for a same day massage and it was incredible. The front desk was very helpful in consultation and Marg gave me the best massage I have ever had. will definitely be coming back while visiting my in-laws during the holidays!

I have seen a few massage therapist at ME in Pompano but today I got my massage from Maxine! Hands down the best massage ever!!! She was super informative and gave me lots of helpful tips for when I am at home. Very friendly, respectful and professional. I already have my next appointment with her booked! I have been coming to this location for several years now and with the rare exception have had great massages. Next time i am going to get the name for my favorite front desk staff as she always gives her honest opinion as to who gives the best massages based on your specific needs, which in my case is deep tissue. That is how I came to Ryan. He is the best, very respectful, professional, and gives an amazing massage. I was hesitant to leave a review only because he’s hard enough to get an appointment with so wanted to keep him my secret.

My husband and got a couples massage and both therapist were really amazing. My therapist name was Tracy but I can not recall his therapist name. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sheets were not clean when got into the room. The therapist had to change them

I was going to cancel my membership because Ive been paying for 6 months now and only used it twice so far, but I had a rough day today and decided to come in to this location. I am so happy I made that choice because Lisa is a gem and because of her I will no longer be cancelling! She kept me informed throughout the process and had extensive knowledge. I went in expressing I usually only get my back done because I have a desk job and my back always troubles me, and she let me know she will do whatever I am comfortable with but then informed me that massaging my arms and legs can be very helpful as sitting down a lot and typing/writing takes a toll on these areas too.I do experience a tingling sensation in my arms and hand pain from both work and school but I never thought much of it. I agreed and as soon as we started I felt immediate relief and the connection to my shoulder blades !! She showed me some hand stretches I can perform on my own to help my hand pain, and advised me to get a back support pillow for work to help with my back pain. I also was experiencing discomfort as I started walking more to stay fit, and she explained stretching is very important. When I went to walk my dog after my appointment, my calf pain was gone! As soon as my schedule opens up I will definitely be booking Lisa again. My rough day turned into a positive experience, and im so thankful.

Jaime is a pleasure and Ive enjoyed getting my facials with her. Its a shame shes leaving. The desk staff is kind and helpful. The owner needs to care more for the upkeep of the restrooms. One bathroom was shut off from the clients and the one that was available had no toilet paper on the 2 available dispensers and no paper towels to dry your hands. One bathroom, one toilet, trash overflowing and paper products not refilled. The owner(s) are letting down their staff and their customers by not ensuring the best sanitary and spa like facilities. It would only take a little effort...

Beverly will leave your skin glowing!! Since having my second child a couple years ago my skin has been very sensitive and reactive. Beverly’s facial was gentle yet effective. After an hour session, I literally felt like a brand new woman. my skin was hydrated and lifted. My toddler was with me the entire time and she was very patient and caring through the process. Claudia did an amazing job with loosening up extremely tight muscles Ive been experiencing lately that were even radiating pain down my sciatica and shoulders to elbows. She listened and asked often if pressure was ok especially in my lumbar regions where I have herniated disc injuries. As a mom myself it was so very inspiring to hear shes in school on her way to becoming a doctor at this same chapter in her life so I wish her the best and you really are in great knowledgeable hands when it comes to understanding the body and pain and how to give a therapeutic massage. I walked out pain free and relaxed... great experience!

I would give them a 5 because Maxine the therapist is amazing . I had my membership and cancelled in July because there were mistakes made that were never adjusted in my account and I lost a couple of credits . The turnover is crazy there and no one knew how to correct my issue so I cancelled . I just turned 60 and was given a $200 gift card to massage envy so I’m back . The experience with front staff once again not great because they are all new and don’t know much . One girl was helping a client fill out the medical form in the quiet room asking loudly the questions . No privacy and not quiet . Manager seems very busy and overwhelmed .I went yesterday for a 90 min massage . I added the hot stones . I was informed the morning off to please come half hour later so that therapist can have a break since she was overbooked ? Therapist Claudia is amazing , front desk continues to be an issue . Manager never available . I am trying to cancel my membership and no one seems to be able to help except manager . I’ve left messages and she or he doesn’t call back . They make it impossible to close an account . Therapists are great the problem with this office is the front staff and management .

My massage experience at ME was exceptional due to my therapist Maxine. She is top notch, very professional and courteous. She introduced herself with me and communicated with me throughout the entire time while using a lowered tone of voice to not disturb me or anyone else. The $20 tip that I gave was the most I could give at the time but if I had $100 of disposable money on me, I would surely give that to her. Maxine was excellent and I can tell that she enjoys what she does.

I work a job that is very strenuous on the body and she works out all the knots so that I can move. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. This is my second time being with the new therapist named Michael. He really is amazing. Before my prior visit I was thinking about leaving the location but Micheal has completely turned my experience around. Micheal gets a five star.Im doing a four star only because I had to be in a room one for my massage. Room is right behind the front desk and the managers office. So in room one you get all the noise from the check-in, checkout process and the office. Other than that everything was great.

I went to the Massage Envy on South Federal highway in Pompano last night when my appointment was canceled in Hillsboro because the person who gives me massages there had to go home sick. I arrived in time and met Margaret who led me into the massage room in Pompano. She gave me a wonderful massage for an hour. She was a lot stronger than I thought she would be and I like a deep tissue type of massage which is more than capable of doing. I gave her a nice tip and the people at the front desk were very courteous and polite and friendly. Ive only been there this once but for this particular experience, I would give them five stars!

Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Youre greeted with a smile. My therapist on this visit was Hiro and he was excellent! I got the 20-min assisted stretch pkg, followed with a 60-min massage. Never tried the stretch option before, but will definitely book it again. Hiro was very patient and made sure the stretching portion was at appropriate levels. The massage was great and Hiro periodically checked to make sure he wasnt pressing too hard. Highly recommend.

Only thing I would change is the add on...deep tissue biofreeze treatment was not for me. I felt cold until Kelly turned on the bed to warm me. That was so nice!
