Alex is amazing she takes her time and makes sure the services are perfect every time. I was sad when Nadia left, But I started going to Alex and she’s been absolutely great. Getting waxed is uncomfortable already but Alex makes it as comfortable as possible! I always leave happy with my services.The manager Candace is lovely, relatable and does an amazing job with customer service. Couldn’t ask for a better team.

I want to give a special shoutout to Melanie at the front desk and Alexandra, who took care of my waxing. They were both incredibly courteous, patient, and made me feel welcomed, even though I was the last client of the day.What truly stood out to me was their trustworthiness. I was unaware that I had misplaced my wallet, which had fallen due to having two separate wallets. The team found it and went above and beyond to contact me. The manager, Candice, even called multiple times to ensure I received the message, which is something not many places do.I believe its important to share positive experiences like this instead of only focusing on the negatives. Heidi, Candace and the team at European Wax Center in the Promenade Shops are the best in so many ways.I have been going to Heidi for quite some time now. I’m the type of person that likes to stick to one person for all things (hair, nails, waxes). She is quick and confident in what she is doing and always makes sure I’m comfortable. And God bless her because she listens to all my stories. It’s like a therapy session for me.Candace is great and greets you by name when you walk in the door. Making the appointment on the phone with the front desk was amazing she listened to my concerns of sensitive skin and scheduled me with the appropriate personal. The personal that wax me was Nadia.
