    10000/10, everyone at PRIM are the sweetest and most talented people you’ll meet!! Brittany is AMAZING!! My hair was just breathtaking and they made the whole process fun & easy! I live out of state so they were so accommodating for me for my bridal trial and cannot thank them enough. Don’t let the pics fool you, I had extensions and Brittany matched/blended them perfectly! Also did my hair for my engagement shoot so had to include that too ;)

    I loved my experience at Prim today! The salon is stunning, I loved the atmosphere, and everyone who is a part of the team was so nice and welcoming! Brittany did my hair today and did an amazing job. Nessa was also amazing and I loved my shampoo and head massage 😍 I’m very happy with my experience and will continue coming here ❤️

    I have to start this off by saying the people at this salon went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wedding day and I will be forever grateful! I booked these ladies with a gut feeling they would be great and they definitely lived up to those expectations! The story starts off when I had my hair and makeup trial there which went very smooth and the ladies were extremely nice! Fast forward and I have a hair appointment with my usual hair dresser at a completely different salon and it went bad, so bad I was bawling for days. My wedding coordinators reached out to Prim salon to just check on all the final details and we received word that the person I did my trial with no longer worked there. The owner, Brittany, told me she would gladly do a free bridal preview just to make sure I would be okay with a different artist. I ended up taking that opportunity to reach out to them about my horrible experience at a different salon and when I tell you they messaged me right away to help fix all of this, it was a miracle! The staff worked around my schedule, and the fact it was less than a week before my wedding, and they made magic happen! Taryn and Brittany fixed my hair completely and it was the best my hair has EVER looked! I can never thank them enough for everything they did so I could feel beautiful on my wedding day. Come wedding day my makeup and hair held all night, my bridesmaids and mothers all looked STUNNING. This place is TOP TIER! Thank you so much for everything! Y’all earned a lifelong client! I will forever drive the 2 hours for my hair appointments to have these ladies work on my hair!

    PRIM salon is the best! I literally travel across country to see Brittany for cut and color. She is a master at balayage and always makes my fine hair look more voluminous and dimensional with her color technique. Her assistants are always lovely and so sweet. I always feel taken extra special care of at PRIM.

    Brittany is a hair GODDESS!!! Brittany truly listens to the vision you have for your hair and executes so precisely. I have always been someone who is so particular when it comes to how my hair looks, especially in photos and Brittany assuaged all concerns saying she would ensure that I would LOVE my hair on wedding day and exceeded all expectations. She matched me for extensions to give my hair volume, but made sure it would still look natural. I wanted my hair to be down and have full, bouncy curls that looked “fallen”, but fixed, voluminous, but not too teased, and that stayed all night and that’s exactly what she did! We did 2 separate trials to perfect the look- one for my engagement shoot and another the month prior to the wedding. I was sooooo at ease knowing Brittany was part of my glam squad. Since our bridal party was large, Jennifer also came to do half the girls hair- everyone looked STUNNING!!! Wynter also helped in curling everyone’s hair while waiting for Brittany and Jennifer to style them. These 3 were a dream team and I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you Prim Salon, Brittany, Jennifer and Wynter for making our hair dreams come true!!!

    The best my hair has ever looked! Brittany literally brought my hair back to life. She blended so well and made sure it was not brassy at all and did exactly what I asked for. If you need a good balayage or anything done to your hair go here! Not only does she do a flawless job, the salon is so cute and she makes the whole experience fun and exciting! If I could give 10 stars I would! Love this place!!

    Brittany and Studio Bride saved the day when my original stylist canceled 5 weeks before my wedding. She showed up early, really listened to what I wanted, and executed it perfectly. She also made my mom look beautiful and did exactly what she wanted as well, even though we didn’t even have time for a trial! On top of it all she was a friendly and fun addition to our bridal suite. Highly recommend Brittany!

    Britney M is always a rockstar. She has cut my hair several times this year and blown me away every time. She has taught me so much about how to care for my hair and improved the quality of my hair overall, she is also just an absolute sweetheart who I so enjoy talking to.     I learned a very hard lesson. I thought I could trust someone new, I asked for a 1 inch trim with curtain bangs… she ruined my beautiful long hair.But, instead go to PRIM Salon in Ponte Vedra! Brittany SAVED MY LIFE! I can not thank Prim Salon enough! I had to add extensions to my hair due to such a bad hair cut! I will lose all the feeling in my butt to sit in Brittany’s chair!     We used Prim Salon for my wedding day and bridal party this November. We had Laney on makeup and Britney on hair. They absolutely killed it by putting a lot of attention and detail into my bridal look. They were sweet about working with what I feel is my complicated skin and hair. My bridesmaids were also super happy with how their looks turned out. They showed up promptly on time and stuck to their timeline for each girl. They had good energy and made each girl feel important. As someone who never wears makeup or styles my hair well, I felt like both stylists made me look natural, classy, and feel flawless for the pictures. I was shook that my makeup and hair lasted from 2pm-11pm throughout all the wedding festivities. Would definitely recommend for your big day for just you or you and your whole party!

    After recently moving back to the beaches I needed to find a new stylist. I’m so picky with my stylists and was apprehensive to find someone new, however I came across Katie McKinley at Prim and she did amazing!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, natural balayage with a cut that wasn’t too short. We had great convos the whole time and bonded over our travels. Highly recommend her!! She’s fab.

    Prim saved my wedding!!!I had booked and paid a very high amount to another highly recommend vendor at the Beach… Big Mistake. That vendor had terrific reviews, but as I soon found out why. They force you to sign a contract after you have booked and paid for a trial with them. In this long contract buried in the weeds, it states you can NOT write a bad review about them. RED FLAG!Now enter Prim. It was only a few weeks out from my wedding, and after my last experience, I was feeling depressed and horrible. As soon as I contacted Prim, Kyle listened to what had happened to me and immediately went to work figuring out how to help me. He was so comforting.Brittany, the owner, personally took me on as her client. I was so lucky!! Brittany did my hair and the rest of my party as well. Delaney was our makeup artist. These women are amazing artists, kind, professional, fun, and talented. They met every challenge my wedding presented: rained out, washed out road, and a time change!!! They professionally handled each hurdle. I never felt uneasy or scared; they took control of their part and made us look fabulous. Im now a client for life!     I cannot say enough good things about Brittany and Cameron at Prim Salon! They did the hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day, and made us all feel our 100% best. Even leading up to my wedding Brittany was so responsive and helpful with all my question. I had a last minute hair change I wanted and Brittany was super accommodating. My hair and makeup lasted ALL DAY at my beach wedding in late March, which is a lot for someone with naturally thin hair and more oily skin. All my bridesmaids were obsessed with their looks too!     LOVE this place! The salon is beautiful and the stylists use high quality products. Britney is amazing and so easy to talk to, so it’s a fun self-care afternoon.     I get my hair done my Sophie and I couldn’t recommend her more!! She takes the time to listen to what you want and walks you through the process so you know what to expect. Her attention to detail is so apparent and I leave satisfied every single time. Even the grow out looks great/natural. I will continue to come back!! The salon is also beautiful and all of the girls are so sweet!

    This was my first time at PRIM Salon and I absolutely loved it!!! After being a client at a different salon for the last 7 years, I was super nervous to try a new salon and a new stylist. But I had the most lovely experience. I am super picky when it comes to my hair and Katie M made sure I was in love with the final product. She is such a talented and sweet girl.     Sophia is amazing! I discovered PRIM after moving to Jax and having a not so great experience at another salon. Sophia not only understood what I wanted, but corrected the previous cut that someone else did. She listened to what I was looking for and did a fabulous cut and new color/highlights! She’s simply delightful and incredibly skilled at what she does! I am beyond ecstatic with my new hair!! I would recommend Sophia and PRIM salon to anyone in the Jax area!

    I was looking for a bridal salon and fell in love with this place as a routine/regular salon. The owner is so sweet and professional. The new location is gorgeous and equipped with everything. My stylist, Kelsey, was amazing and made me feel like a princess. Dont let her young age fool you--she knows how to give you exactly what you ask for and has serious expertise! They actually have great prices for such a luxury place. 10/10 would recommend.

    I haven’t gotten a haircut after a terrible experience 3 years ago. Going to salons is always so scary for me.     I originally had only scheduled my hair to be done with Brittany on my wedding day and then the person scheduled to do my makeup wasn’t able to come day of we got the news. Brittany stepped in and did my make up and oh my goodness I’ve never felt so beautiful and have never had as many compliments. Brittany was my life savior on my wedding day and I was so grateful for her and her services. I only showed her 2 inspirational pics 30 minutes before she was scheduled to do we never even did a test for my makeup since it was so last minute but she did an amazing job. If you ever need hair or makeup call her she know her stuff!! I promise you won’t be disappointed

    I cannot believe the amazing results I’ve achieved with my stylist, Brittany. She has given me the hair goals of my dreams!! I’ve been highlighting my hair for 18 years and she is the best of the best. Not only that but prices are very reasonable for such expert services, and she goes above and beyond to make me feel special. From the get-go I was given realistic timelines for financial mapping of the goals I wanted to achieve. The Salon itself is always SO clean and it is so beautifully and comfortably designed.     I went to Brittney mussel white and she did my hair and I went from light brown hair to a beautiful honey blonde and it looks amazing!!!
