    I had the best experience with my stylist, Ally. She was knowledgeable on our service and walked me through all the steps to ensure I knew what was going to happen as this was my first lash lift. I had a bunch of questions which she answered the dis and donts thoroughly and was gentle her approach. I will be booking again in the future!

    I have been going to Allyson for some time now. This is an update to a previous review which I thought I had taken down. Allyson’s artistry, attention to detail, and pleasant demeanor, make her a shining star.When I had to switch to a different stylist because she wasn’t available, I encountered some difficulties with discrepancies in pricing. However, the owner was responsive. She clarified the pricing and apologized.I highly recommend Allyson. Sophia, one of the people that works at the front desk is particularly helpful.

    I called on a whim and spoke with a very helpful and pleasant receptionist. She was able to set up a same day appointment. I arrived on time and waited only a couple moments. Emily (the lash tech) was very pleasant and patient. She answered my questions professionally and without rushing. My lashes look great and are exactly what I was looking for. I was able to relax and even nap a little while she was working. There was very little pulling and Emily was very gentle. Definitely one of the better techs that I’ve seen over the many fill-Ins and full sets that I’ve had done. Their prices are very fair and competitive. They have lots of availability for appointments (which many techs & salons do not). Overall a great experience!*** Several days later while checking my bank statements, I realized that I was double charged. I called in and a refund was issued for the $129 that I was overcharged. However, that’s a lot of money I needed that I still won’t be able to access for several more days. I am thankful that I found the error and very disappointed that there was an error that large at all.The lash tech was great-5 stars, the clerical error was unacceptable- 2 stars (since they corrected at least).**Update - I’ve been going every two weeks for almost 2 years now and I’ve been very happy with my experience. Sarah is a great technician and does a wonderful job every time. Sarah did the brow micro-blading in March of 2022 and they turned out wonderful! I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants amazing lashes!! I’ve also not had any more issues with billing.

    Danielle was an absolute pleasure to have as my lash stylist! I was going somewhere else for a while but, after moving, the drive was so far and I had been nervous to find somewhere new. I was so happy with the way my lashes came out and would highly, highly recommend Danielle to anyone. She was so sweet and friendly, and my lashes have held up extremely well. I’m so glad I found the Lash Lounge, but can’t wait to have Danielle as my regular lash tech ❤️

    I have been going to the Lash Lounge Ponte Vedra for about a year and I absolutely love it. I was on the fence for a long time about getting lash extensions but I’m so glad I did! MARYNA is a true professional and takes so much pride in her work and getting it just right. She is truly talented and goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. She tailors the experience to her client’s needs and always makes sure the end result is perfect. My ‘getting ready’ time has been cut in half. I love waking up with perfect lashes and being able to hop on those pesky last minute zoom calls for work without any mascara or eye lash curler drama. As a working Mom, I also look forward to relaxing at the Lash Lounge for my refills - where I know I can just chill for an hour and catch my breath - self care at its finest. Thank you Lash Lounge!!!

    I have nvr done my lashes, ever! I stepped outside my comfort zone and jumped to try it! I couldn’t be more pleased and happy w the service and treatment I got! I had Jamie as my stylist and she is literally so gentle, kind, and she just knows what u want n need even when u don’t! Trust her as I did u won’t be disappointed! Again, I’ve nvr done my lashes n was nervous but she literally has a calming nature n calmed me n when I was done I was like omg I love them!! They’re perfect n I def will be going back to her and the lash lounge!

    I love this place! I’ve tried a couple different places and this one is the best by far. The front desk is always friendly and helpful and all the technicians are artists! I love Samantha as my technician, but when she is not available all the girls there are great. They also give great discounts if you use someone who is training and they still do an excellent job, like I had Gaby today and my lashes look and feel great. They are all friendly and professional and always do what you want and prefer. If you haven’t tried them yet you should!

    Best lash artist!! I usually live in dallas but had to get a refill while I was here for break. The girl was so funny and sweet and really knew what she was doing. My lashes look amazinggg and natural and I will most definitely be coming back

    Lauren was amazing and did an amazing job on my lashes!! I don’t want you to think “she’s a stylist in training so she may not be as amazing as everyone else” because when I tell you how gentle, kind, and AMAZING she was, I mean it!!! Usually when I open my eyes after the extensions are put in they are always burning. This time, it didn’t feel anything other than beautiful!! I definitely recommend seeing lauren to get your lash extensions done!!!

    Absolutely fabulous!! I came for a lash lift and tint. I can’t do lash extensions but wanted to add some love to mine. Gaby talked through the options. I LOVE the results! They look so much bolder without any mascara. I love the curl! Gaby was very knowledgeable and made me so comfortable! I would recommend seeing her for natural or extensions!

    I got my first set of lashes done with Kladia and am super pleased with how they turned out. She was very knowledgeable about the different types, lengths and curls of each lash. She took the time to look at photos of what I liked and she was spot on with the finished look. The process itself for volume 3 lashes took 2 hours, but it went by fast and was super relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and the salon is very clean. Super happy I found Lash Lounge. I’ll be going back soon!

    I am officially OBSESSED with lashes. I could never do falsies because Im just not talented enough, they would always curl up or fall off. So I decided to just go ahead and do a set of hybrid lashes and see how I feel about them. And man, I am in LOVE. My stylist Jaimy did such an amazing job. She was so sweet, friendly, and meticulous when it came to placing each of these little lashes on. I could never do what she does. All these ladies that do this have talent for sure, but I cant wait to go back and see Jaimy again. Thanks girl for making me look so amazing. My confidence has skyrocketed!

    I have been going to this Lash Lounge since I moved to Florida and I have never been so in love with a business and the staff! Everyone you meet will make your day! Sam is by far the best manager Ive ever seen interact with clients of all types! She is always happy to see you, remembers everyone, and goes way above and beyond for every client! Bella, Tori, and Hollace are super at helping clients check in and out plus they all have the biggest smiles that instantly puts you in a great mood! Now, the Lash Magicians (they are truly magical at these lashes ladies!) are amazing! I get compliments almost everyday from people who cant believe they are extensions! Sarah and Allison are my angels! You will love your lashes, they will be gorgeous and never like caterpillars! They have the greatest attention to details and really listen to their clients. Sarah is a multi-talented queen from lashes to brows and gives the best advice on products and life! Do yourself a favor and go get pampered! I honestly look forward to every appointment, its my therapy! The best place in Florida by far!!

    My stylist was Alyssa and she did an amazing job with my lashes! I had come In with some lashes from my previous set that caused some issues and was also on a last minute time crunch. She managed to work with the old lashes and also have me out in under two hours with full, beautiful set 😍 all of the staff were super friendly and helpful and I was able to book last minute! Highly recommend!

    I’m so in love with my lashes! Audrey was amazing! I’m new to lash extensions and she made sure I understood the process and helped me decide what would look best with my eye shape. I wanted something more natural but with some length so Audrey recommended the classic set with cat eye shape. I am so grateful for her expertise because my lashes came out exactly how I wanted them to.Audrey was very kind and made sure I understood the aftercare routine! It’s been 24 hours and no fall out which is great since I have heard horror stories of people experiencing a lot of fallout within the first day. I will definitely be sticking with Audrey from now on will be coming to her for my fill-ins!

    Went to a previous lash place and got super bad irritation to the glue. Klaida removed my lashes and did a couple test lashes to make sure I wouldnt have a reaction to the glue they use. I came back a week later and got a beautiful full set from AJ. They both cared a lot about the health of my eyes and lashes rather than just making money. They made me feel very comfortable and the customer service from everyone I interacted with there was amazing!

    I visited The Lash Lounge at Nocatee this week and found the experience to be relaxing and upscale. I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and Sarah did a beautiful job tinting my lashes. I had initially intended to get a lash lift as well, but Sarah advised me to wait since my last lift (at a different salon that I wasnt impressed with, which is why I tried TLL) had been over processed and she wanted to make sure the damage was fully grown out. Sarah had the health of my lashes as her top priority, and I appreciate her integrity. Im looking forward to going back in January for the complete service.

    Shout out to The Lash Lounge Ponte Vedra and to my lash artist Hannah in particular! I recently went to The Lash Lounge to get lash extensions for the first time ever. I had been thinking about getting lash extensions for at least a year and had done a lot of research and talked to a number of people I met who had them done. I finally decided to try it out because at the age of 45 my lashes are not what they used to be. I was excited but also very nervous because I had read on the web about some bad lash experiences people had at other places. I was set up with Hannah who immediately put me at ease with her calm demeanor and voice. She had a lot of knowledge which she shared and she answered all of my questions. Hannah takes particular care to make sure your lashes are even and beautifully separated and distinct. Since then I have been back once so far for a refill and my lashes look amazing and have really improved how I feel about my appearance. The salon is very clean and lovely and Erin at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hannah and The Lash Lounge Ponte Vedra to anyone interested in trying out extensions.

    I am so glad I found this place! I recently moved to Nocatee and was hoping to find a place nearby to get my eyebrows threaded and this popped up! I was able to make a next day appointment online, super quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. KatyAnn did a fantastic job with my eyebrow threading; I love how they look! It was quick and painless. I love that they offer microblading as well so I am hoping to schedule a consultation soon. 10/10 recommend. 😊🙌🏼

    Aj was super sweet and patient with me! I moved around ALOT which I felt was super rude of me, but she was nothing but sweet, she’s very soft spoken which is very relaxing and comforting!     I went to get lash fillers for the first time. Alyson was very methodical, professional and gentle. I was very pleased. My only wish was that I brought a blanket because I was SO relaxed and would have loved to snuggle under a warm blanket🤣😂. The salon is clean, bright and inviting. Their lash tables for their clients are very comfortable. This is coming from a person with chronic back pain! I left feeling like I made a good decision and was prepared to take good care of my lashes until my next visit. I will be back!

    I visited The Lash Lounge yesterday to have my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I made an appointment with Alyssa since her bio mentioned that she is an experienced threader. I was nervous, but she set me at ease and took the time to explain what she was doing. It was a little painful, but Alyssa worked quickly and the discomfort was never unbearable. Im really happy with the results, and I plan on going back for maintenance appointments with Alyssa.

    I got my lashes lifted and tinted for the first time ever by Alyssa. She helped me feel super comfortable because I was a little nervous for it being my first time. I’m also extremely light sensitive and Alyssa accommodated me by dimming the lights. My lashes look so good and I am so happy with the results!

    Taylor has been making my lashes beautiful for a few months. Shes very light handed and gentle and always achieves beautiful results with my lash extensions. She makes them long, full and wispy just like I like them. I highly recommend Taylor to all of my friends! The Lash Lounge is a nice and relaxing bi-weekly treat that keeps me looking great.     Well i was here visiting from Las Vegas, product had leaked in my travel back and got on my las wand without me noticing and i brushed my lashes .. therefore cause premature lash shedding.. So i made and appt and got in same day will here visiting in Florida. Upon arrival Tori welcomed me and proceeded to give me the best customer service i have experienced in YEARS! Tori was so sweet, well versed in lashes and the process, and was extremely helpful! My appt was with AJ …Bring a lash artist myself for 14 years I’m always a bit nervous about getting my lashes done.AJ did an amazing job! She was very precise to get a fan on only one of my natural lashes - which is extremely important in the lash world as to not cause any damage! She moved quickly to fill in and spots that had shed and had a very gentle touch.The lash studio itself was adorable and super clean. The tables were comfy and disinfected between use (i watched) . Over all excellent experience- As a lash artist myself in Vegas - I’d highly recommend! Kudos ladies 💕

    This was my third visit with Taylor. She is very sweet and professional.She does a great job with my lash extentions. She takes her time to make sure they are done well. I have not really had any issues up to this point. I constantly get compliments on how well and natural my lashes look. I have also used the soap and makeup pads that are sold there. They are gentle on your lash extentions and they work great. The environment is very clean and professional. All the girls that work there are friendly. I recommend coming here.

I love getting lash extensions and had a terrible experience and promised myself I would never do it again, but those fears were easily pushed away once I found out about Lash Lounge! It is super professional and the staff is so knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable and are very sweet!     Klaidia is the absolute best!!! I was in Jacksonville and drove to Ponte Vedra TWICE while visiting for the month - Khaidia is the absolute best .....I’m from NH I got home needed a fill no LASH LOUNGE in NH so I drove an hour away to Somerville Mass thinking it was lash lounge that I loved well I got a hybrid fill told the lady in mass my curl and length my lashes looks AWFUL I could of done better myself !!!!!! If anyone ever is in Ponte verda and goes to Lash lounge KLAIDIA is the woman you want !!! They last they look absolutely amazing and she explains all the lash options she’s ruined me for anyone else !!!!! She is TOP NOTCH
