    My friend recommended Phoenix nails salon because I had wanted to get my nails done for my 18th birthday and I’d definitely say Paula did an absolutely AMAZING job on my birthday/halloween nails. First time at Phoenix, and with the service I got and the professionalism from Paula- I will definitely be coming back. She did a design for the first ever time that I had wanted, and it turned out almost identical to what I had envisioned. I am BEYOND impressed by her skill and technique. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back. I had wanted a “batty” French tip, and a straight down acrylic. Beyond perfect outcome !!

    After spending 3 years at a nail salon simply for convenience that continuously dissatisfied me, I decided to step out and find a new nail tech. I called Phoenix Nails and spoke to Tom who was extremely nice. I needed SNS Dip and he graciously scheduled me for the same day. I arrived at my appointment as scheduled and met with Paula. Paula was very helpful and friendly. Of course I was apprehensive at first but I tried to relax and trust the process. I showed Paula a picture of the design I wanted and she replied “okay, I can do that”. Paula took her time and asked for my approval throughout the process. If any adjustments were needed, she respectfully obliged. I got the SNS Dip on my nails and a polish change for my toes. Once completed, I was overcome with happiness as she exceeded my expectations. She filed and shaped my nails to perfection. Paula does incredible work and I am happy to call her my new nail tech. Thanks so much Paula. I will see you in 3 weeks. 🥰

    Like a lot of people, I have tried so many nail salons in port orange to find the ONE nail tech. However, it was really hard for me to find a nail technician who does what u ask without making you feel guilty for asking while paying ridiculous prices. Then I decided to give this place a chance while expecting not much experience than what I have been getting somewhere else. I was very wrong. Ryan did my nails so beautiful. I showed him what i wanted in google Image, and he delivered. He put so much care in every little detail. He was very gentle and asked me every time if that was the length and shape I wanted. I promise, the picture and lighting dont give it justice how beautiful my nail looks.Kim did my pedicure, and she was very nice as well. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

    Paula & Ryan are both amazing! Gentle with the hands, very sweet & their work is to perfection!!! Both my daughter & I got our nails done here & she is Very Picky!! She walked out super happy with the results! These are our favorite set of nails we’ve gotten in years of me trying to find a spot we actually like & for a great price too! Phoenix Spa Will now be mine and my daughter’s new nail spa to go to! Highly recommend!

    Finally found my nail place & nail tech! Ryan is absolutely the BEST! Very precise and such attention to detail. I enjoy getting my nails done and I’m happy when I walk out the door. Added plus the nail salon is very clean! You will not be disappointed! Thanks Ryan for putting a smile on my face and making my nails look GREAT. I couldn’t be happier!

    You will enjoy the quality work if you get full set mani like I do every month. I literally went over 30 days for a fill since it held up so strongly! Lily did an amazing job! They WILL be BUSY! As long as youre patient, youll not regret the time and the outcome ☺️

    My daughter and I went in for a pedicure along with getting my nails dipped. This was our first time there (hubby got me a gift certificate for Valentines Day). We left very happy with the service we received. Julie did an amazing job on my nails. I didnt catch the name of the lady who did my daughters pedicure, but she was awesome as well. I already made another appointment for a fill in two weeks. So happy we found this place!

    I LOVE my natural Ombre NexGen nail color! Bbe is FANTASTIC! She does a terrific job EVERY TIME on my nails, my moms, my aunts, my neighbors and my nieces. Sonny and Vincent are also excellent. They are a busy salon, but do their very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of providing quality services. So if you have to wait, wait...it is worth it. Or avoid the wait, and make an appointment. (Yes, those are my real nails).

    Ryan and Paula are very good at doing nails, Ryan did my nails and they came out perfectly and Paula did my moms and they came out exactly how she wanted them. The workers here are super sweet and gentle on your hands i recommend coming here 100%.

    This nail salon is amazing! I just moved here about a month or so ago and have been looking for a nice place to go because I am very picky about my nails. This place definitely lived up to my expectations. Bbe was my nail tech and she did an absolutely amazing job. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. The prices are reasonable as well. They were friendly from the time I walked in until I left. I also treated my mother to a pedicure and she was beyond happy with the service. This is definitely going to be my nail place .Hands down beyond happy with the whole experience.

    Tonight was my first time visiting here. Tammy did my pedicure. She was phenomenal and personable. Kim did my nails. She did an awesome job and was really fast too. This is now my nail shop of choice. I will be scheduling appointments with Tammy and Kim from here on out!!!

    I absolutely love love love this place! I used to go down the street as my regular salon but they let two people go in front of me when I was waiting and I was very angry. So I went to this salon and it was the best nail job I have ever had! I get them done every two to three weeks, Somny did an absolute amazing job and I will be asking for him always! Thanks for a wonderful job!

    This is MY number 1 for manicures I have never had a bad experience here, every technition I have had the pleasure of sitting with has always made sure from start to finish they were doing exactly what I wanted NOT what they THINK I WANTED. They take a lot of pride in their work and want to make their patrons HAPPY so they will return. I have been a client for almost a year now!

    When I saw my daughters nails, I decided to check out Phoenix Nails for myself. Since my first visit, I have been hooked. Anna Lee does an amazing job on my S&S dip manicure. I am always 💯% pleased with the care and precision given at this establishment.

    I was referred to Anna for eyelash extensions ! She was beyond amazing. I got super nervous at first, the mask, then I couldnt open my eyes .... she talked me through it and I was fine ! I think i even fell asleep! It is definitely an experience thats worth it ! I love them and they look amazing ! I made my 2 week appointment before I left ! I highly recommend

    I happened to do a drop-in here on my way to Port Canaveral and LOVED this salon. I rang them ahead of time and they said no problemo in fitting me in. When I entered- the first thing I noticed is how incredibly clean it is and well maintained. The staff were all so incredibly nice too. I chatted it up with a regular who happened to be sitting next to me gettin her nails did too and she said she couldnt be happier with the service she received there. They have a plethora of colors to choose from so you could spend an hour deciding nail color alone. I happened to get a gel manicure and it was wonderful. My manicurist - Precise and clean - I admire that he truly cared about his work and it mattered to him that I was happy with his service. I wouldnt hesitate to make this place a permanent pit stop if I lived there. Think about this - beautiful mani/pedi and way cheaper than on a cruise ship. Check this place out! 5stars easy

    Very friendly and professional and clean! Lily took great care of me and my manicure/pedicure came out perfect!! I had SNS dip for my manicure and my nails never looked better! I won’t go anywhere else now!

    I go to Ann, she does a lovely job every time. Many times in the past, I’ve asked to skip the massage portion, but she has great pressure, and they have a hot stone option which I also recommend. My feet always look pretty :)

    A nice place but they were too busy for the amount of appointments they had and all the walk-ins. Nails are ok but not exactly what I showed them. Had they told me they couldnt do what I wanted I would have went with something simpler. Staff was friendly though.

    When I find a place I like I stay. Phoenix will be my new salon. My previous salon sold. At Phoenix, they are professional and personable. The quality of their work is fantastic. Unless they sell, I wont be changing. If youre looking for a new salon, look no more.

    My nail tech of over 15 years moved out of state last year, and since then, I tried more than 10 area salons. Phoenix is the one! The work is excellent and for someone like me, who is picky, picky, picky when it comes to my nails, it was a relief to finally find a salon that meets my expectations.

    I love this place for pedicures I have always gotten good service they arent rough with you which is what I prefer for my legs. I have left other places with my legs feeling bruised because they were so rough. I will continue to go to Phoenix Nails & Spa
