    I usually have a great experience here, but this time I waited well over an over. I will say, they sent an email to change my appointment time by 30 mins, only they sent it 15 mins before my original appointment and since I live over 30 mins away, this did me no good. Then, when I got there( about 10 mins before my original appoitment) they took people according to their appointment times (my 2nd time). So, I was already waiting 30 mins before I even got put in the mix. I was not happy, seeing all these people coming and going after me. If they had just acknowledged my original appointment time, I would not be complaining. Once seen, I was in the office no more than 5 minutes and I was done. BTW, Im 80 years old. Thats a long time for me to just sit with no cell phone to look at (I dont have one), no magazines to read, no real t.v. to watch, just sit.I have updated my review since it has been months later, and they seem to have worked things out. The staff has always been and continues to be fantastic, which is why I will always come back.

    I had an 8:45 appoint for acne. The office was clean and the staff members were so kind! I only waited 10 min for my appointment on a Friday morning. Isabella (the PA) was awesome, kind, informative and helped me with my acne. I also had some questions about Botox and she was super helpful and I ended up getting a Botox treatment as well. Painless, quick, and effective! I had such a great experience with her and the staff. Definitely will be looking forward to my next appointment!

    The Doctor and nurse that was in the room with us were so nice. Doc zapped the blood vessel on my face, and we will see in a few weeks if it worked, and received cream for my childs wart.. hopefully it works. Fingers crossed

    I went to Advanced Dermatology on November 3rd 2022 and had a perfect first time experience! The two women at the front desk that day were amazing. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and guide me. I felt very comfortable talking with them and I feel like I was treated exactly how they would like to be treated. I look forward to seeing them again! My appointment was also great! Dr.Abbey and her assistant talked me through every step, asked if I had any questions, and also made me feel like I had all of their attention and care. I would advise patients to take advantage of the Patient Portal on their website. You can access all of your information, tests, results, schedule/change appointments, video calls, ask questions and more. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology in Port Orange and I thank them all for taking such good care of me!

    The office is nice and clean, I only waited 10 minutes to be seen. The staff were pleasant. The PA who attended me was very careful and did a thorough examination. She removed some spots by freezing, and the result has been very good, its almost all gone after just a week. Im scheduled for another examin 6 months as I have a lot of sun damage. But I liked this place and felt comfortable being there. I can highly recommend.

    Love these gals - even tho they poke holes in me once in awhile, LOL! Dr Isabella is WONDERFUL, very gentle and explains everything beforehand. GREAT Bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable. Ive had many surgeries with them to remove basil and even pre-cancer ones, some more major than others but would go here first before Moas Surgery again (although, now that I know what thats about - guess Id be ok-but thats another story). Dr Isabella Turner is the one for ME! The gals in the office are great too!

    Dr Isabella Turner is just awesome! She has been taking care of me for many years now and is always very pleasant with a huge smile on her face when she comes through the door! Her staff treat folks great as well. I have referred quite a few people to their practice and everyone feels the same way. My wife also goes and sees Dr. Turner and she agrees with my summation! It is always a pleasure to go there and be treated so well, even if it is going to a doctor, and In this case, Im probably going to get a biopsy or two, but it is what it is.... I appreciate Dr. Turner and her staff for always treating me like family!

    What a phenomenal team! This was my first dermatologist appointment in over a decade and I am floored by the professionalism, compassion, and swift responsiveness! I came in for an exam and ended up getting a biopsy. I was given lidocaine for the area being biopsied and at some point experienced severe light headedness, nausea, sweating, and weakness. It was a frightening experience and Im so glad the team was there to provide care and reassurance! I only wish they could be my general medicine team!     Had my first appointment recently. The front office staff was helpful, kind and effective. I had a concern about a suspicious looking spot and my appointment was set up for the very next morning.     Wonderful Nurse Practioner, I think her name is Liz. Very attentive and not trying to sell cosmetic products like so many other offices. Only reason for 4 stars is the waiting room was very crowded and I left to wait outside in my car. Other than that...great office staff.

    Dr Turner is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, discussed my options for treatment thouroughly. However, I waited an hour before seeing the doctor. People came in after me, and went in before me, and their wait time was much shorter than mine. And I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time, and still had to wait an hour.🤨

    I chose this office because they were able to see me immediately, SAME DAY, and Mia, the PA, was able to help create a care plan for an ongoing issue I had been struggling with. I am a week out from my initial visit, and my face is already clearing up. Its been almost a year since I can honestly say that. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology. I was previously going to a different office locally, and I definitely feel happy about making the switch!

    Best experience at a dermatologist. Mia, the P.A., was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had a mole removed and didnt feel a thing, I had several pre-cancer spots frozen and this too was not painful. I was taken back for my appointment at the scheduled time.     I am totally shocked at the negative reviews on here. First off Isabella has been nothing but delightful to me. I was literally run over by a van 4 years ago and have a problem with one of my eyes drooping. She has always been understanding, patient and is very good at what she does. She also took care of my husbands skin review to look for skin cancer. If you are not happy with your visit SPEAK UP WHEN YOU ARE THERE. Thank you Isabella !!

    Nancy Russ is the most knowledgeable aesthetician I have ever met. She continually reads journals, takes classes and attends seminars to stay up to date on the latest information on skin care. Every facial and procedure is carefully tailored to the individuals particular skin issues and the desired outcome. I wouldnt even consider going to anyone else.
