    The appointment was for my mom , who was a new patient and in a wheelchair. I went in to reschedule her appointment because we were late. The reception asked me if she is with you and if you have her insurance information. I said yes, she is, and I do have her information. He replied, Sign in, we will she her. I was so happy. My prayers were answered, and the staff is an awesome group and very understanding. I really appreciate them very much. My mom really liked how she was treated and really liked the doctor.     I was able to get an appointment at my preferred location quickly through their central office. There were patients already in the back upon my arrival. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating available. The receptionist was very polite and quickly got me set up in their system. I did not have a very long wait, approximately 20 minutes. Once in the back, the nurse asked a few routine questions and within a couple of minutes the doctor was in the room starting her examination. She explained all of the necessary details of the examination, as well as the procedure she was going to be performing. Once finished, she answered all of my questions and made sure that I received all of the information pertaining to caring for the affected areas. For a first time visit, I was overall pleased with the office and all of the staff members that I interacted with. I am thankful to have such a great dermatology office in our small town.

    My wife and I went together for a regular checkup and this was our first visit with the new provider Angela Mercer. Both she and the staff were very friendly and professional. We both got thoroughly inspected and the few questionable spots were painlessly removed. The entire visit for both of us was 45minutes. As as an offshore charter captain with 24yrs on the water, annual checks are absolutely necessary for me. I can’t recommend this office enough for anyone in the Port St Joe area needing a dermatology checkup.

    Jason Stubbs PA is fabulous. Went in for a skin check and he found some precancerous spots that he froze off. Professional friendly atmosphere and very kind person. Office is in PSJ; super clean.     Very Efficient office. All the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The doctor came in quickly and I did not have to wait long for my appointment. Would highly recommend.Update: I have called two times to get the results of a biopsy but I never receive a call back. Dr did ask me several times to call on my results if I did not hear from office after two weeks. Office staff should really make sure results are communicated .
