Michelle is the star here. I dont know how long she has been working here, but everytime, she cuts my hair perfectly. Update, Michelle retired, bummed me out more than I thought it would. I recommend going to great clips and asking for Amy. She has a high Grey hair pompadour 😂

I had a layered cut done by master Stylist Tom at Mane design. Tom was very professional and the cut was fantastic! I absolutely love my hair everyone over a Mane design is very accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure you leave a very happy customer. highly recommend this hair salon! Prices are very good. Also the owner has been in this community for a very long time at same location. Thank you!!

Went in with a faded red, absolutely obsessed with the redo. The last salon i went to got the color a bit off from what I wanted but this one nailed it right on the head. 10/10, highly recommend ❤️

My daughter and I are so happy with our hair. Cut and color and my daughter went blonde from brown. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Very good price for the value. We have our new salon! I definitely recommend! Thank you Mane Design!

I took my son (2.5 years old) for his first hair cut on a whim and couldn’t be happier with overall experience and results! I wasn’t sure how I wanted it cut and he was very “active” during the duration so it was a challenge but Evelyn was patient with him moving all about and Laurie helped keep him occupied and calm. 10 out of 10! They even took adorable photos of him for me since I wasn’t able to during!

This is a great local salon that, it doesnt matter who does your hair, youre going to get great service. The Owner Tom is great for both men and women and Lori is my favorite stylist. Prices are kept reasonable with a no fancy frills approach. But dont let that fool you, youll get great service and leave there feeling great!

I have been going to this salon for 10+ years the. I was doing my own color at home and failing at it, i could never get the blond I was looking for. The last 3 years Ive been getting a double process done by Tom and it comes out flawless everytime, hes very good at his job, personable and strives for perfection. The staff as a whole are all like family great atmosphere to be in. Love it.Amanda

Michelle was great. She was able to get me in same day for my color and haircut and from the moment I got there was very sweet and welcoming. She did an amazing job, I love my color and my cut with bangs was perfect! Lori was a sweetheart as well, and overall my first experience at this salon was awesome, I am definitely coming back.

Great place to get your hair done. The prices are affordable and the results are amazing. Lori has been styling my hair for the past 3 years and she is professional and always does a fantastic job. They take walk ins but I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment

I have been coming to this hair salon for about 8 years now, and Tom the owner is my hair dresser. He always knows how to help me and figure out new things to do with my hair! The environment in this hair salon is great. The staff is so nice and sweet and always ask if you are doing okay and if you need anything. Love this place and always recommend new people to come here and experience what I get to experience!! I always walk out with a smile on my face and have never had a complaint!!!Definitely recommend to try this place out!!!! 👍🏻

I just moved to PSL in February from Manhattan, and I’ve tried several salons in the area but no luck! I went to Mane Design and let me say I found it to be excellent! I’m comparing it too some high priced salons in Manhattan and they were just as great! My color and highlights are beautiful and my hair cut is exceptional! Goes to show big dollars aren’t any better. This salon has great prices, they’re friendly and knowledgeable. And very clean! Tom you just got a lifetime client👍 Thanks again for a great job!

I remember I received my first hair cut by Tom. Tom was very professional and he took pride in his work. Tom took his time on my hair. He was very careful on the things that were important to me. Tom is well spoken and cares a lot about his shop and the people that come in. I have been going to Tom since I was in high school and it will be almost 10 years since I graduated. He always gives me advice when I do not know what to do, he takes his time and has patience with me. I give Tom and every one else there a 5 star. Mane design is the best place!

LOVE this salon. Maria did my hair and it looks AMAZING. I am so glad I found them. Its in Darwin Square right by my home. It was so clean and sanitary. They treated me as if I was at a SPA. Their pricing is so affordable. I am a Returning customer for sure!

I get my cut ,color, and highlights done here for years and the results are always consistently beautiful. I have had my hair styled for two weddings I was in this year and got “stunning “ compliments on my hair . I would definitely recommend this salon . The staff is truly talented !

Maria does wonderful work. Maria cut my moms hair the day before Mothers Day and did a wonderful job. She had to repair the work of a Walmart Salon stylist who was very unprofessional going back and forth between clients. Mane Design has a diverse age group of (hair dressers) employed there which is so important to the diverse clients that need to be serviced.Koodels to Mane Design.Mom and I am grateful. Excellent hair salon. Clearly one of the best in the area. Give it a try and youll see for yourself. Careful of the negative comments being posted by disgruntled ex-stylists who werent good enough to continue working at the salon. Visit for yourself and you will not be disappointed.
