    I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had this weekend at the store with Ana, the facial specialist. Her professionalism and excellent customer service truly stood out.Ana is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She took the time to explain how to care for my skin, providing detailed and respectful guidance every step of the way. In all the months or years I’ve visited the store, I’ve never encountered someone who approached me with such dedication and devotion to their craft.Thank you, Ana, for your expertise and commitment to excellence.     I love Ulta. Ive been going to the one in The Landings at Tradition and Ive been going to the Salon for years. The stylists are top top super stars...really are experienced and talented. The store is always clean, well designed and stocked well. All.. I mean all the staff are so really nice and helpful. Each person is perfectly placed in their ideal position.So much stuff...fun...captivating...beautiful...so much to look at. Everything under the sun from lipstick to perfume to hair products to cosmetics to nail polish to hair products to every line under the sun...for everything you imagine..and dream of! What a fun place. The store manager is a really nice young lady and runs the store perfectly. The check our ladies...awesome. I cant say enough about everyone other than..you gotta go and see! Youll fall in love with Ulta.I recommend this store. Highly.Happy shopping!!

    I went to Ulta a few days ago, I am not knowledgeable with makeup at all, Donna had assisted me & I can openly say she is the most kindest person I have met. She is very gentle and approachable; and for someone who has really bad anxiety, she made the atmosphere feel safe & comforting. She gave good advice on numerous skincare routines, helped me with that I originally needed, we had a very nice conversation when she was assisting me with helping me finding the right foundation for me. Anyway, Donna is an incredible person & employee with a kind heart. :)

    I came here this evening to return a product. From the moment I entered the store I immediately got lots of welcome. I was serviced by Amanda and I received my refund fast and without any issues. She also helped me in finding replacements for the items and offered me some helpful suggestions. I told her my skin concerns and she immediately knew what products would work best. Definitely amazing customer service will be back soon !!

    Had the pleasure of having CINDI at the Clinque counter do my makeup...especially my foundation, which was the wrong color for years. Cindi did a great job of finding the right shade that hid my dark spots and made my skin glow. My husband couldnt believe the difference ! She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about skin care and makeup. VISIT CINDI AT THE CLINIQUE COUNTER ~ she is terrific !

    Miss Barbara does a great job at this store! She is so pleasant to deal with and this is the only Ulta I will shop at in the tri county area because of her and the staff here. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful! Love this store so much

    Ive had the best customer service experience thus far at this store today by Karina Operations Manager. She went out of her way to help me place an order, and apply a coupon and my credits from my account. While the situation was overwhelming, she remained calm and positive. She went as far as getting IT and Customer Service on the phone to explore all of the options available to resolve the issue and ended up fixing the issue herself ; while managing the store and attending to her co-workers. She exhibited all the great qualities and skills of an Ops Manager( Exceptional Leadership, Analytical, Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills). Thank you Karina, for your willingness to help , resourcefulness and knowledge in this subject matter. Thanks to you, I was able to purchase my Christmas present in time. Happy Holidays!

    Y’all, PLEASE be kind to retail workers during the upcoming holiday season. They’re doing their best; I promise. I’ve been coming in here about every other week for the last 6 months and have never had a negative experience. I’m always greeted and always get the help I need. Today there was a very rude woman mad at an employee for something completely out of her control and Krystal handled the situation with so much poise and grace, shout out to your amazing staff. 🩷

    I needed to purchase a gift for my sweetheart and somebody suggested I go to Ulta. I went to fragrances and a nice lady named Shari gave me her undivided attention and helped me select a few bottles of perfume. She was knowledgeable and made the entire experience a pleasant one.

    Once again Cindy at the Clinique counter saved the day. I was in need of a new blush. Mine had broken that morning. She found me a perfect shade. She also showed me a new eyebrow pencil in my shade. Cindy is so knowledgeable about Clinique products. I never go anywhere else for skin care or makeup!

    I had a wonderful and professional experience with Kaitlyn who took the time to identify the best foundation for my skin tone and undertone that I have ever been introduced to in 40 years.     Great place to get all your makeup and hair care needs. The lines may look long but they are always moving fast. Rarely do I not find what I need . The only issue I have found over and over again is that they offer free items but hardly ever give them unless you ask and when you do they offer something g else than stated because at this location they only get a handful of the promo item so they are given away on the first day of the promo. When I order online I never have a problem with the gift with purchase but I was trying to shop local so that employees will continue to have hours and a paycheck

    Someone recommended Crystal at the salon, so I went today for a much needed new look. Crystal listened to what I wanted, she did a wonderful job. She further recommended products for the type of hair and the type of style that I want to achieve. She quoted a price a few days ago for the haircut, and because I went recommended by someone; she gave me a discount which I was not expecting, so that was a nice bonus. When I need a touch up, I will return.

    I had to return a gift. It was a cream I dont use so no receipt. I am a member of Ulta so I do shop there. Asked how long I had it, who gave it to me if I had a phone number for them did I open it did I use it. 11mins later they presented me with a gift card. That was fine I will spend it. I just felt like I did something wrong... maybe I did I shopped in ULTA.

    Curbside pick up process was quick and easy. Employee was very friendly. My only issue was I received one item that clearly had been tampered with—Laura Mercier Setting Powder box was open and missing the powder puff it normally comes with. Not the end of the world but I will make sure to check my items before leaving store.

    First and foremost Id like to give recognition to these amazing ladies, Barbra, Nancy and Lizzie. These three ladies went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they answer all my questions and concerns they gave me wonderful recommendations on certain purchases I wanted to make. Absolutely great advice, these women are incredible at their job!     Always a treat going in there. Thankfully I knew exactly what I wanted so no impulse buying. I took one star because the ladies room not only needs a bit of a makeover, the cleanliness was less than ideal. On the day I was there, it was apparently not on the to do list despite the fact there were numerous employees with not much going on.

    Leigha at the salon totally brought the life back to my hair. She was extremely fast, precise and delivered more than I expected. During my consultation all I had to do was point to my problem hair spots and her color correction was beyond what I expected! I never told her but I am a former hairstylist and knew more than I lead on, she is the real deal and very good at paying attention to detail. I’ll be a consistent customer! Thanks Leigha!

    So I really like this Ulta because the employees are very friendly and super helpful without being overbearing unlike other Ulta’s in Florida that I have been too. The only reason why I’m giving a 4 star review is because I ordered an Instyler online and went to pick it up. My fiancé was the one who picked it up, but when I checked it over, it was clearly used and returned and sold to me. The bristles looked used and melted by the heating barrel. The stickers at the outside of the box were opened so much that the sticky part was sticking out and not even touching the box anymore. Wish I could post pictures on the review. Maybe it was a new employee who handled it and had it be sold again? Again, I really like this Ulta because the employees give exceptional costumer service and the store is always clean.

    Rachel in the salon is wonderful for guys cuts. Most guys don’t think of going there. One day I was in the plaza and just stopped in to see if they cut guys hair. I have been going to Rachel for a year now. Love having a standing appointment because I’m a busy Realtor at Keller Williams Port Sr Lucie and not having to wait for a barber or stylist is great. Prices are a bit more but your get a real professional cut and when Image means a lot in my business you can count on Rachel to always give you a good professional cut. I would recommend her to any client or friend of mine. The staff is always nice and I always get a call or text to reconfirm my appointment the week of. Can’t ask for more.     I absolutely LOVE Ulta!! I have been getting my haor done there since I moved from KY 3 years ago. Everyone there is fully capable and always make my hair look amazing! They have great sales on the makeup and products very often. I have never had a bad experience with sales associates, but I dont typically browse the store... I go in to get my hair done and I buy a lot of my products at the online site. Definitely recommend them!!

But, this last visit was wonderful!A lady (she was white with short light brown hair, maybe grayish) immediately came to me after I entered the store. She asked if she could help me. She helped me find perfume. I forgot to get her name. 😣 She was awesome.***SIDENOTE: THE JENSEN STORE: TOO MANY EMPLOYEES IGNORE CUSTOMERS, ETC.2 unbelievable experiences there within the last 3 weeks.Kailyn is really good brow person at Jensen. Unfortunately i wont be going back to her because of other employees behavior TWICE. I WAS GOING TO CONTINUE THE BROW WAXING WITH KAILYN but today, after being ignored for 5 minutes (2 employees were standing, talking, in the middle of brow area where I was standing), I am too humiliated to return.

    I love this store, but the black manager, I believe her name may be Marlene, is awful. Every time I go in shes so disrespectful and doesnt want you to ask her anything.     Since early 2017 I have had Linda cut my hair every 3 months at Traditions Ulta in PSL and ALWAYS with a very healthy tip bc she truly earns it!!! On Dec.18, 2018 I moved from PSL and now live in Ocala and STIll I make the trip down to have onlyLinda cut and style my hair as her expertise, in my opinion, really belongs in Hollywood! She knows what looks good and before even starting she insures that youre final appearance will measure up to that image by the time shes done doing your hair! I cannot provide enough praise about her ability as an artistic and EXTREMELY blessed and gifted Stylist/ Beautician...Linda REALLY IS the best for both hair cuts and coloring. Shes unbelievably kind, very sweet, extremely smart and simply put, a pleaseure to spend quality time with. Prior to letting my hair grow out to now salt n pepper in the last 6-9 months, she colored it many times with numerous compliments back in the day prior to now. And be it now or then the compliments still keep rollin in where my hair is concerned, no matter what the length is! As long as I reside in Fla., distance between she and I will NEVER be a concern to have her and ONLY Linda do my hair indefinately! If youre looking to find a GREAT beautucian....look no further bc your search has ended... SERIOUSLY! She really is theee best...youll see!Ty again Linda and as ALWAYS, will see you in 3 months!
