    Today was my first visit to this nail salon. I researched the top rated nail salons in my area and they were in the top 3 recommended. I called ahead and made an appointment and the man on the phone was very personable and friendly. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately. As I waited for my tech, I noticed how clean the facility was and how many employees were genuinely smiling. My nail tech, Vivian, was friendly and smiling as she came to get me. Her technique was very gentle and expertly skilled with her tools - no excessive grinding or filing. We didn’t exchange excessive chitchat which I very much appreciated as I just wanted a relaxing experience. My gel powder nails are perfect - not too thick - and look natural. It’s the best manicure I’ve received since searching for a local salon.

    I’ve been to every single nail salon I St. Lucie West and Pink Nails is the best salon for quality service and cleanliness. Carol does my nails and they come out perfectly and last for at least 3-4weeks! These are 3 weeks old and still look great! Another great fill! Thank you Carol!!! Another beautiful fill from Carol! She always makes my nails look amazing!

    I took my daughter to get her nails done for graduation. The nail tech Carol was amazing! My daughter brought in picture of what she wanted Carol did the best job! She took her time made sure it was exactly what she wanted. I also got a pedicure for myself and it was a pleasurable experience. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly.

    Pink Nails is THE best nail salon in Port St. Lucie. JT does my nails exactly the way I want, very natural, shiny, and classic. Whenever I want to try something new, and am in between colors, he’ll share his advice on what’s popular. I’ve never had a complaint and have always received amazing service since day one! Highly recommend!!

    This is my second time coming here. The technician paid great attention to detail, she made sure my length was just right, the shape was perfect, I made sure I loved my nails and the designs was exactly how I wanted it. I will keep coming back and highly recommend this lovely place.

    New owner is awesome! My nails have never looked better!! Shape and quality always on point and he always makes sure that you leave happy. Super friendly too! If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing with acrylics, I would definitely recommend him.

    I have Been going to Pink Nails for several months now and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very professional and friendly. They do great work. Salon is super clean. If you are concerned about covid measures they have plexiglass at all nail stations and all staff wears masks. Rosie does beautiful nail art!

    Love this place! Great atmosphere professional, been coming here for a year and reasonable prices. Always playing great movies not some random channel on TV ...so I get to relax and watch a good movie while getting my nails done and my pedicure. They Have a variety of colors that I love and the place is always clean. Very caring and great customer service. 😍

    I LOVE this nail salon! I have tried many different nail salons around Port Saint Lucie, and pink nails are by far the best salon yet. I especially love JT’s work.     Anytime I stray away from the place to try somewhere closer to home, I regret it. Tom gives hands down the best pedicures. JT, the owner is the only one I trust with my fullset. He does a phenomenal job and his Wife Rosie is an expert at designs. Love love love Pink Nail and will ALWAYS recommend. Beats any other salon in St Lucie county for sure!

    I absolutely love Pink Nails! Definitely the best nail salon in SLW. The staff is very fast, sweet and super accommodating to your individual needs. I used to have a bad nail biting habit and they took great care of my damaged nails. My nails always come out beautifully and I get so many compliments now. I feel they truly want you to feel happy and beautiful! Thai is absolutely amazing! He is extremely charismatic and very reasonably priced.     My husband and I went in this morning as walk-ins (our first time at this spa) for pedicures and a full set for myself, and we absolutely loved it! The staff was so warm and welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I didnt catch the name of the tech who did my nails, but she was so nice and paid very close attention to detail. My nails have never looked so good! We are very happy with our experience and look forward to coming back.

The salon is very clean, hand sanitizer is provided at every station, temperatures are taken at the door and after a person leaves; the entire area is disinfected!     Very happy.. came here and did a fill and was not happy with the way my nails were painted. Later that night, my newly filled nail broke. I came back today, upset and dealt directly with the owner who completely turned my whole attitude upside down. When I explained to him what happened, not only did he apologize, but fixed the broken nail, offered to reshape and correct my current nails AND repainted them at no charge. Did a FANTASTIC job. Literally took his time with my nails and explained everything in detail. Majority of our convo during this time was about how much pride he takes into his business all the way down to being a perfectionist with how he does the nails. Genuinely humble and nice guy. I appreciated the understanding and hospitality he has towards his customers. He even thanked me for coming back despite me being unhappy with the way my nails were done by the new tech the day prior. This is how customer service is done! Will come back and I recommend this place!

    I moved to St Lucie from Palm Beach and found this salon after being referred by my banker. My gel manicure and gel pedicure has always lasted longer than 2 weeks. I had an incident when one of my nails chipped, and came in to have it fixed without any problem by the owner. The place is always clean, and the staff have always been friendly. Each time Ive received a pedicure, they use a liner in the basin, and sanitized tools. Ive never had any waxing done here, but as far as manicures, pedicures, and spa work, my experience has been nothing short of amazing.

    Called ahead and the staff was able to accommodate a party of 5 in a short period of time. Pedicure was amazing and thorough. The service includes scrub, moisturizer, hot towel, and massage.     Heard a lot of things about this place and its majority good and with laughter. The atmosphere is a pleasant family friendly undoubtly second to your own home. Rather you come in with one broken nail they will defintely make you come back and bring your whole family. They sanitize everything from wearing mask to face shield and asking customers to do so to protect everyone. The prices are reasonable like many shops around here quality is higher than most shops like understanding what the clients wants and needs and makes an attempt to fulfill it. Living it up to its name Pink Nails is on its game.
