    Josephine took off all the damaged parts of my long hair. She also recommended a leave in conditioner for my hair, so my ends wouldnt get fried in the sun anymore. I came in nervous, and left very happy. I will definitely come back! Clean place and good vibes as well

    Nice hair salon. They took care of my wife and I very quickly. I travel often, so they look me up in the database and find exactly how the last placed cut my hair. They are also very knowledgeable about the products and even gave me a sample of a product I was asking about. Very professional.

    The Great Clips off 301 does a great job. Online check-in is accurate and easy. Entire staff is friendly and do what they can to accommodate any requests. Place is clean and professional. If they expect delays, they typically communicate it at check-in. Mirna is excellent. She is very friendly and efficient. She gives a great haircut and let’s me know about any specials going on. She is the only person I take my younger son to and he walks out happy with his haircut each time. I feel I get a fantastic value from this location, the entire staff, and Mirna.

    I come here regularly and have no issues with the staff. They’ve had many of the same stylists for a number of years. I usually go to Carla because she does a great job and is quick. Josephine (I think that’s her name) also does a great job. One or two stylists aren’t at the same level, but it’s easy to just ask to wait for one of the better ones.The only reason I don’t have 5 stars is not because of the staff. It’s Great Clips itself, which has really done away with discounts and promotions, while also raising its prices. After tipping, it’s now almost $30 and that’s made me consider shopping around. There used to be a number of discounts for regular customers and they are now far and few.

    Hey there... Let me tell you what, went in for a haircut, not only did my hair come out amazing but I also had a great chat with a gal named Carla, great personality and she knows her business, the only reason I even found Carla was from my fiance, she did his hair first and he is very picky..... He ran home and said he finally found her, thought I would try it out for myself, so glad I did. This gal can cut hair male or female no problem...

    I recently relocated from Texas to Florida and left my hair girl of 5 years. If you’ve ever had to find and trust a new hair stylist, then you know it can be a bit scary- especially when you wear a pixie with shaved sides! Nora did an AMAZING job and I’m MORE than pleased with her services! Definitely give them a try- I’ll be back!

    Ive been getting haircuts for myself and my kids at this location for years. The stylists are all nice and friendly. I usually wait until I get a mailed or emailed coupon. The app is also great to check in online and ensure a short wait.

    We always go to this Great Clips - every 3 weeks in fact. If you check in online, the perk of this is that as soon as you get there and someone is free, you get to go first. I dont see why people are complaining about this.The reviews should be about the place and staff and service - which is fantastic. I know the stylists pretty well since my spouse and child are there at least once a month (but usually twice a month for one of them). They always do well for trims, theyre professional, and the wait, if you can call it that, is nominal. If youre going to go during a busy time such as noon on Saturday, youre going to wait. The advertising the other posters are talking about are probably the sign outside, which they were too busy to pull. Get over it.Anyway, the products are reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and they do good, quick haircuts. We bring the kids, which theyre good with, and we go ourselves. They dont do color though - but they will do a perm, I believe.

    My first visit today at this location . I tracked Carla who moved from a different Great Clips. She is the best! It was a bonus to be greeted with a friendly smile by Heather 😊.     The ladies do a great job getting you in and out quick. All of the ladies that have been there for a few years do a great job and are personable and freindly. What I most like is the attention to detail. I can get my haircut today pause a conversation two weeks later the stylist will bring the conversation back even if shes not the one cutting my hair. For a chain haircut establishment this location does a really good job providing a personal service.

    I had a great experience here with Heather. She listened to what I wanted, provided a suggestion and asked if I would like to try it, and with reservation to adjust, she efficiently cut my hair to perfection. Super friendly, and a great stylist. I will come back for Heather when Im around here again.

    After trying out at least 5 different salons this one is absolutely amazing. Heather gave me the perfect haircut I have been looking for for 6 months. I am new to FL and trying to find a place that really takes the time to listen to me and get it done correct is so hard to find. Im super happy my search is over. And a buzz cut was only $15.     Been going here for years. Great staff and always a GREAT haircut! Heather is awesome. PS - November time frame is when they offer their discount haircut card .. $9.99 each (save 5$) and I always get 12 for a full year (saving $60 total). Cant beat it!!!

    The women who cut my sons hair did a terrible job. It was super choppy, crooked and unattractive. We had to take him to another salon to get it fixed. Very disappointed! We will never be coming back here again.UPDATE: I have decided to increase my initial 1 star review to 5 after the manager from this great clips location reached out to me when she saw my poor review in an effort to see how she could remedy the situation. She apologized for the subpar quality of service from the previous stylist and offered to fix my sons hair at no cost, as well as comped us additional haircuts to be redeemed at a later date. The manager did an amazing job fixing my sons hair and we left there feeling much more confident than when we arrived. If youve ever had a bad experience at this salon, I highly recommendgiving them another shot and making your concerns known so that they may be resolved. We plan on returning, especially after the amazing job she did.

    Today, for the first time since the pandemic began, I was able to visit this Great Clips to fix my mangled hair.I was placed under the care of Carla who was *exceedingly* professional, kind, and skillful in her duties. She not only delivered on an amazing haircut but also recommended products and ways to care for my scalp and hair that Ive never been given by another stylist. So long as I am living in the area and she works at this location, I will be a returning customer for my monthly cuts.

    These are muh girls! They take good care of me. The Eastern European woman is a trip. She’s super funny. Sonal is the sweetheart of the bunch and the blonde lady right when you first walk in always does a great job with my big fat square head. I’m always in good hands when I stop in.

    The four stars are for Tiwanna only. Shes really good and skilled. I cheated on her once with someone else and it was a disaster. I think they generally hire people right out of school with new licenses or very little experience and thats just a bad idea if youre not going to closely supervise/train them. Ive sat and watched other stylists and its frightening. Go to Tiwanna. Heather seems okay too but shes never actually worked on me.
