    Would love to compliment Sierra Banks for her exemplary customer service. They say laughter is the best medicine- well she had my father-in-law at ease and laughing during his recent visit. Her cheerfulness was contagious and such a pleasant experience was had by all. She is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail was outstanding. It’s employees like her that confirm that we can always expect an amazing experience when visiting Advanced Dermatology.

    Dr. Mckenna Abercrombie is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have an autoimmune disorder which causes rashes. She was the first doctor to explain the processes I was experiencing and aimed for long-term solutions, with frequent follow-ups. This was my 4th dermatologist and boy am I happy to have her!

    I had a wonderful experience with Daysi She completed my consultation professionally and I felt confident with the work she would do. Daysi was fabulous during the procedure. The aesthetician was very friendly and helpful. The prices were too high for me.The front desk was average to below average. The very first time I walked in I was not greeted even though a person was sitting at the front of the reception area. I really needed the work done so I signed in. She gave me an iPad to complete forms. When checking out the lady at the back desk was average to below average. She did her job but definitely put no effort into making you feel welcome or going above and beyond. I left thinking the ONLY reason I am going back is because Daysi can probably give me the results I need. Not a glowing review of the experience.In my last appointment the assistant who helped me was rather curt. Once again an average to below average experience but medically she seemed capable of doing the work. One lady at the front of the reception desk was helpful when I had insurance questions. I appreciate her help and communication.It is not somewhere I would go back to unless I had no better options. Without Daysi I probably would not have gone back and definitely given a 1 star.

    I saw Daysi and wow she’s so sweet and actuall listens I’ve suffered from HS for so long and past doctors have brushed me off and she actually listened to me and helped me . I got one shot and i swear I already see a difference and it hasn’t even been 24 hours . The wait wasn’t long at allllllll. I love this place so much I wish I found it sooner . If your looking for someone to actually help you and educate u on what your condition is go se Daysi!! I forgot how it felt not to be in any pain I wanna go back and just hug her . Thank you for listening to my issues and helping . The place is nice and clean and everyone was so nice . Literally couldn’t say one bad thing about the place .Reading the reviews keeps mentioning the wait and I didn’t have that issue at all and the people came in and was seen fast too but honestly I would wait 2 hours at this place just to get treated there. Plus what doctor office doesn’t have a wait ? It wasn’t bad at all. I think someone people are just dramatic or impatient

    I took my daughter and I really liked the atmosphere of the office. The front staff was pleasant, and the doctor was very attentive and informative. She spoke to both me and my daughter directly and was very patient, we did not feel rushed. Great experience.

    Dr. Daysi and Dr. Alex are both great. I saw Dr. Daysi for an issue and she was so patient and actually took the time to listen to me. I wish I had come here to begin with instead of going to Derick Dermatology down the road. We saw Dr. Alex for my 5 year old and he was very nice and kind and made her feel safe and comfortable. There was no wait time and as a cash paying customer I am very satisfied with their rates. Highly recommend.

    This was my first visit to the Riverview location. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Alex was very kind, thorough and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my needs on the same day as my visit. His assistant Alysa was so kind, very conscientious and helpful. She is an expert a the numbing procedure to stop the burning before the biopsy procedure and gentle with inserting needles.Overall I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them for any dermatology needs.

    Advanced Dermatology and Dr Rodriguez are such a joy to see For all my skin related issues. They are very friendly, courteous and very professional.     Very good place. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. Barely any wait time; I had an appointment there early in the morning and was able to get in and out by the time my original appointment was supposed to start!Dr. Rodriguez is very thoughtful and takes the time to help his patients understand terminology and what to do. He helped me when I needed him to remove a cyst on me that was causing pain. I was able to get in the next week for the procedure, he did a very thorough job, and it healed up nicely!I would definitely recommend him to anybody!Also, not that this matters any, but, the doctor is VERY handsome too!!!

    The jury is still out on them. I have to see if the products that they prescribed are going to work for my son or not. The staff were very friendly though.Update!!We are now regular clients. My son goes there for his black head extractions and the young lady is awesome and thorough. We are going back for our 4th visit in a weeks time to continue with the black head extractions. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with her service. We live in Alabama but we are making the drive all the way there for her to continue with the extractions for my son. This place is the best so far and my son is so much happier with the service here. His confidence is returning because his face is looking so much better than before. Awesome service here!!!!!

    Very friendly and accommodating!! Genuinely appreciated the step by step pacing of my facial package at the 301 office in Riverview. There was a time when I could only come in on a Monday for a treatment but Mondays were an off day for technician. She did however come in that day for treatment!! I was so grateful to her for doing that and she certainly did not have to!! I had the Vi chemical peel and am going back for micro needling to put finishing touches on some problem areas. Office was clean and reception was warm and friendly. This is a busy office, but I did not feel rushed by any measure!!

    Great practice for your skin cares. My interactions with the PA ,Alex Rodriguez revealed to me that this provider was competent and confident to handle the skin issue that brought me to the clinic; as laid out in technical and professional terms about my problem and indicated what would be applied to get a solution.     Dr. Michelle Bruner is an amazing person and a great clinician. She listened to all the problems that I had one by one and addressed each one appropriately. I’ve been seeing the Aesthetician here for about a year now and my skin has improved a lot! The office is off of 301 in Gibsonton Drive at the old Gte bank. The aesthetician knows a lot about all skin types and the dos and don’ts, it’s not just about money for her it’s about the right care, and I could appreciate that.The staff is so polite and work around your schedule as much as possibleThis is my new dermatologist and I am very pleased with everything

    As a 25-year retired ICU RN my standards of healthcare are very high. Ive had many procedures at Advanced Dermatology over the last seven years. I used to go to their Brandon office but the newer Riverview facility is far more convenient. The providers there are professional, competent, and caring. They take isolation protocols seriously, but you know theres always a warm smile behind the mask.

    First of all, scheduling an appointment with Advanced Dermatology is very quick and easy to accomplish. I went to Advanced Dermatology in Riverview that day in July because of a serious condition with my finger. Not only was I seen right away, but all the staff treated me with the utmost respect and professionallism. Once again I have nothing but the utmost praise for Tony Nelson for his exceptional knowledge and outstanding bedside manner. I can always count on Tony to accurately diagnose and properly my condition. I have referred several friends to Advanced Dermatology and Tony Nelson in particular. I would highly recommend this practice to eveeyone.
