    Such a great salon! I went in after having an awful experience at another local salon the day before. I had never done anything to my hair other than cutting and the previous stylist wrecked it! My sister referred me to Fringe Benefits the next morning and Amanda graciously squeezed me into her already full day and fixed my hair. It looked so full and healthy afterwards. Such positive, friendly, and EXPERIENCED ladies! Couldn’t have been happier with my hair. Highly recommend!

    I dont get my hair cut often I was a walk in and they fit me in. Everyone there was so nice and it was very clean. Nicole was my stylist and she was amazing she asked me all the right questions about how I wanted it to look and talked to me about how that can be accomplished. I was just getting a simple trim and shampoo and eyebrows. She did the best job I have ever had. She framed my face so nice I was so happy when I left I will be going back and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you so much to this salon it was so amazing I am in love with my hair.

    Sarah saved me!!! I havent had my hair done in the area since we moved here and went to a very popular franchise ( I wont mention) to get a partial highlight and a color. The stylist completely wrecked my hair!!! 3 hours later and after 3rd attempt to correct it, she just made matters worse. I was frantic and trying to find a salon that could correct it and I called Fringe in desperation. Without hesitation, Sarah had me come in. She worked magic and reversed the color damage and gave me great advise on the next steps to continue the repair. She stayed after hours, was so knowledgeable, comforting and patient. Absolutely angel!!!

    I really appreciate the professionalism from Amanda and Olivia! Olivia offered a consult before my appointment to make sure we were on the same page. I recommend getting a balayage or going for something fun because these stylists love what they do and do it well! Truly a hidden gem and worth the drive.

    NEW REVIEW 2024: 2cd time going to this salon ans once again BLOWN AWAY! SARAH did my highlights this time and when I tell you she did not disappoint! Everyone said I look so much younger and so frigen pretty!These woman are as talented as they are beautiful and so welcoming and sweet! So welcoming my autistic son agreed to let them do his hair as well! They defiantly well make sure you leave with a smile!2022:As a single mother I dont get to really do anything for my self and lets face it our hair plays a HUGE role in our self confidence and let me tell you it had been years since I had my hair done & my self confidence was extremely low which made me feel uncomfortable walking in anywhere. But I can tell you this from the moment I walked in to this facility to the moment I left every single worker in there made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable! The facility itself is extremely clean even the rest room! Now my hair stylist OLIVIA went above and beyond doing my hair and not only did she give me what I wanted she gave me better! My hair went all the way to my butt and she workedon it faster then Ive ever had! I cant thank her enough for literally making me feel like a new person! I dont just feel like a mom anymore but also a beautiful woman again 🥲

    What a hidden treasure! I recently relocated to Florida and was in dire need of a haircut. I searched Google, found Fringe Benefits, and read the customer reviews. I decided to give this salon a try. I came in as a walk-in; they were pretty busy. The lovely lady at the front (sorry I didnt get her name) asked me if I had an appointment, which I didnt. Then Nicole, who is now my go-to stylist said that she could take me. All the ladies were super nice and upbeat. When I got to Nicoles chair, she carefully listened to me explaining what I needed in a haircut because of my thin hair. Suffice to say she gave me the perfect haircut, texturizing and all. I found my new place and Im very, very happy. Thank you for making me feel welcome and giving me a great haircut & style.

    I had the greatest time allowing Alexis Clancy to braid my hair, I would recommend her to anyone & everyone I know looking for braids.I gave her a photo to reference what design I wanted, but next time I will definitely let her freestyle a random design for me as she offered beforehand. The salon was very comfortable & everyone had conversations amongst each other. A very friendly environment.

    I love going here. Olivia has done my daughters hair and mine every time we go there. She does an amazing job and she is super sweet. The last time we went in they had renovated. It looked great. Its a little small but the gals make it work. The owner walks around to make sure the guests are comfortable and will give the gals tips. I dont want to go anywhere else for my hair.

    Felt like home walking in, all the ladies are so welcoming. I was set up with Sarah (thank you to whoever put me with her) Some clients know exactly what they want, and shell deliver just that. Personally, I went in there on the fence. I wasnt really sure which way to go. I had an idea and she was able to pull up a picture with exactly what I had in mind. She worked it out with her magic. I got highlights and a cut. The end result was beautiful!! Im so happy with my hair, and cant thank her enough!!. A part from being a highly talented hair stylist, she has a magnetic personality. Shes super funny and kind. Thank you Sarah and the owner for putting together such a wonderful staff!!

    These ladies are amazing and do an amazing job! No lie! They were all super sweet and made me feel welcome, & put me at ease. My stylist, Renae, gave me an amazing cut just the way I like. I plan on going back!

    I called yesterday on a whim, with no appointment, to see if anybody could take me in for a cut and highlight. They squeezed me in immediately and Olivia took such great care of me. My last few hair salon experiences were a disaster and I told Olivia exactly what I was looking for. She delivered the absolute best results Ive had in years.My cut is so chic and the color is pretty and playful. Shes got some real talent and is very fun and cool and easy to talk to. I was a HOT mess going in and now I feel like an actual human again. Thanks Olivia!

    What a little treasure this salon is. I feel like the crew working should have their own show. Olivia, Sarah, Amanda, and Renae are truly so uplifting, kind, and fun to be around. Olivia (my hair stylist) I have been seeing for over two years, has done amazing work on my hair (from balayage, lowlights, highlights, cuts, etc). I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone- I have brought my best friend here on a whim and now my husband has tried out the salon too. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

    I look fabulous!!!! and I have to thank Renae for the amazing job she did with correcting my hair color. I had honey-like highlights that turned orange and I couldnt find someone who can fix this horror in my hair. I am so happy I met Renae and the incredible team at Fringe Benefits for fixing my hair. Renae is a master at mixing and getting the right proportions of color for my hair. I got a dark chocolate with a touch of red to break the darkness and it looks beautiful on me!!! Thank you so much and I highly recommend them!!

    I love coming here! I LITERALLY drive 42 minutes to get my hair done! The atmosphere is fun and the girls make you feel like family. Amanda does a STELLAR job on my hair from the cut and color. I can always trust her to make my hair look gorgeous. Definitely makes the drive worth it!

    Ladies, please do not miss this little jewel at the corner of US-41 and 674 in Ruskin! I have long, heavy and wavy hair and Renae did an amazing job! Not only knew what I needed, she went above and beyond with a perfect haircut for me (not easy to do since I need thinning to reduce the volume that I had). I am going back to see Renae for hair coloring in few weeks. Great hair stylists in a cute location working by appointment. This is the place to go and I highly recommend them.

    I was hesitant to do salons for a while. But I booked an appointment with Olivia and the experience was fantastic! She surpassed my expectations. She did such an awesome job and is a lovely stylist that i will definitely be back and bring my daughter as well!

    I came here today after a disastrous experience at another salon left me heartbroken . My highlights were covered up by a dark brown color I certainly didn’t ask for. After reading reviews , I gave fringe benefits a call and they were able to get me in same day . Renae, I believe that’s how it’s spelled , saved my life . She gave me back my highlights and let me tell you , this is the most gorgeous color my hair has ever been. The blonde is beautiful . All that, and the salon has a very homey , happy feel to it and everyone is very friendly . Would give more stars if I could .

    Considering I’m fairly new to the area Amanda fit me in right away , which due to Covid it’s hard to find someone taking on new clients. The salon was very clean, cozy and The owner Amanda is real down to earth. She took extra time to walk me through what would be the better option for my hair and the outcome was great! Already booked my touch up! Highly recommend.

    Love this place! Renae is amazing with blonde hair! I normally have trouble with brassy colors due to my natural red hair. Renae got my hair the perfect shade of blonde! Everyone was also so friendly! Cant wait to go back

    Today... Thursday May 17,2018..... A few years back I called a hairdresser 100 miles away to find out the best place near me! Fringe Benefits she said. My operator is Summer. Im 67yrs old and have always had long hair. I wait too long between appointments but todays appointment may very well change that. My grey had a few inches regrowth and because of health and age Im thinning. Summer has always pleased me but today we hit the jackpot!! My hair is beautiful and I feel like a queen!!!! The job involved full foil...I now have a full layered cut ( first time) she adjusted from a home job.. Gorgeous highlights.. Almost a champagne.. I said something I used to caution my own clients. ( I was on operator in NY almost 40 years and loved every day).. Dont sayi dont careor whatever you think.. Lol I was going to let my grey grow out.. Its taken time but Ive come to trust her.. You ladies know what Im talking about. I wanted to get in/ get out.. She didnt look like she felt comfortable with my idea and I heard myself say... Summer, I dont care... (She KNEW THAT was nonsense) you do what you want to do.. I wouldnt change a thing! Its perfect.. The color- the cut... Is more than I had hoped for.. Ive seen the work of most of the girls there and Im so happy to know Im a client here. Theres pride in their work and though its very relaxing .... yet at the same time theres no doubt you very much among professionals. Summer works Tues through sat... Shop is closed on Monday.ALSO... Ive been in in other shops knowing Im going to pay more for my length... Senior citizen and cautious with over spending. This was and always has been VERY reasonable... Another real plus!Thank you Summer...I love my hair..
