    Facility is clean. Unfortunately extremely limited appointments but it easy to change your appointment online if needed. The staff is super nice and friendly! Definitely pricey but I’ve gotten laser at multiple places and have had the best results here.

    I have been going to the St. Augustine Ideal Image since 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. All of the staff is so helpful and kind, taking their time to explain and go over any questions you may have. Kelsey is one of the nurse practitioners who has treated me while going and she is an absolute joy to see and visit with; she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of during an appointment. Morgan is another nurse practitioner who has done treatments for me and she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped answer the questions I had! I’m still going back for touch ups from there because the staff is so wonderful and kind, talking to you the whole time so you barely notice the treatments going on! I would highly recommend checking out the St. Augustine Ideal for any hair removal needs!Update: I have recently visited the new Saint Augustine location in Palencia and the staff here is just as wonderful as I remember! Kimmy was my nurse practitioner this time and she was amazing. Friendly and supportive and helped me through the process with no problem at all. Ashlyn at the front was fantastic in helping me schedule my appointment and just a friendly and kind! Such a great company, the new location is beautiful. Still highly recommend!

    I can’t recommend Ideal Image St. Augustine enough! A friend encouraged me to look into their laser services after I complained about the irritation of shaving. If you have thick, dark body hair, this service is LIFE CHANGING! The girls at Ideal Image are great and make sure that you’re comfortable during treatments and explain to you what they’re doing with every step. I have completed my laser appointments for “down there” and I have a few more sessions for my legs and armpits. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Kelsey has been my nurse practitioner for most of my appointments and she’s the best! We have fun conversations that make the appointment fly by. Sessions are generally super quick and fit into my busy schedule well, and the payment plans available are so helpful. All in all, if you’re thinking of getting laser, do it here!

    Kelsey at Ideal Image was fabulous! I was super nervous to get Botox for the first time and she dispelled all my fears. She gave me the results I wanted and it didn’t even hurt. Kelsey told me step by step what to expect and checked up on me every few days to make sure everything was fine. The office was clean and friendly and I couldn’t recommend them more!

    Kelsie was my technician is really friendly and makes you feel like she’s known you for a long time.My sessions have been extremely successful. I’ve noticed immediate results from the 1st session of laser hair removal. If you have any concerns on problem areas they work with you to address it and help you get better results. Schedule is easy and staff is always available to answer questions.

    This was my first time receiving any sort of facial treatment and Ideal Image exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly nervous going into this....fearing the things that could go wrong and of course spending the money. However, from my first encounter with the personal at Ideal Image, I felt at ease. Brittany helped me to get an appointment within my timeframe, and Sanja really made me feel at ease with the whole process. Then there was Alex who administered all my treatment, and she went above and beyond to make me relaxed.....and I literally walked out a different person....no more unwanted wrinkles or frown lines that I was feeling super sad about. Then when I needed a little touch up, the staff made sure I was taken care of. Truly an exceptional experience.

    First time visiting the St. Augustine location. I went in for my 6 month touch up and service was amazing. I arrived and was greeted promptly. I was then taken to the laser room and my service was completed within 15 minutes. Everyone I courteous. Would definitely recommend.

    I started coming to this location as soon as it opened and it was as if they had been open for years. It was a seamless transition and as with the other locations, the staff is welcoming, informative, and attentive. I just finished treatments on my legs and other areas and am 100% satisfied.     Amazing! I’m a first timer and both the women working were so lovely. Can’t wait to go back for the rest of my laser treatments and cool sculpting. Honestly, it’s only been a couple hours and i can see the difference between now and then, very small difference but i definitely see it and can’t wait to see the final results!!!

    The clinic, team and outcomes are superior with CoolSculpting and Laser Hair Removal. I had my lower abdomen and love handles treated with CoolSculpting and am thankful I did so in time for Summer. I am in the middle of laser hair removal treatments to my back, shoulders, and back of neck. I see reduction and have smooth skin. Looking forward to my next treatment.

    It was my first time coming to this location, and it was great !! I was seen as soon as I walked in - I did fill out paperwork but it was brief. And then the procedure was super fast.
