    I had issues with making online co-payment, didnt go through.I was not informed my prescriptions wouldnt be sent to the pharmacy until the end of day.Otherwise, I was able to an appointment next day, compare to the Hunters Creek office, end of October.

    Great office personnel, and the doctor is awesome. Super professional and so human! Yes great human being, he treats you like his own family. He makes you feel like he knows you for ever. He treat you so respectful and takes the time to listen to you. We definitely recommend this office!!

    The staff and doctor here were great! Professional yet personable; they took time to fully answer all of my questions. I had a couple moles removed, and they healed in just a few days rather than the weeks I was expecting! I very highly recommend this facility!

    Had a GREAT experience, went in to get 2 moles removed and he did it right away. I was super nervous and he made sure it was numbed well- all took around 5 mins. Dr Vincent Polich is very patient and kind , as well as his assistant. Thank you!! Would recommend this office

    Check-in process and new patient forms were very fast, however it did seem as though the time in the waiting room was a bit excessive. The nurses and doctor on the other hand were fantastic and very thorough. They were able to listen to our concerns, provide fast treatment as well as information on how to best handle future treatments. Highly appreciated the professionalism here and would highly recommend if looking for a dermatologist.

    Where else can you have a surgery listening to Fleetwood Mac and Led Zeppelin music! Thanks to Dr. Vincent Polich I did not feel a thing! The music calmed my nervousness right down.The office staff was extremely nice and helpful. Brittany was my lifesaver and followed through with every detail of paperwork and did what she said she would do! In todays world that is very hard to find.Thank-you for being nice, kind, and caring!

    I felt a little reluctant going to a new Doctor in Dermatology. But I was Proven wrong by the experience and knowledge Dr. Vincent Polich, took the time to examine my hands and determine the type of medication he prescribed to me at first. I explained my situation on my Liver and he recommended other alternative medication that I didnt have to take oral medication, but external medication. I also talked to his Nurse Ivette and explained to if I was agreement with what the Doctor prescribed me. At First I hesitant, bur she assured me is good at what he does. Im therefore completely satisfied with the responses I received from both the Dr. Polich & Ivette. I really would recommend the Dr. Polich and his staff. A good Dermatologist is hard to find especially good ones.
