This is the best nail place I have been to! The staff are so nice and work together well. The manager Tia is so sweet and along with the staff cares about customer satisfaction. Top notch place! Lisa does my nails and she is amazing!

Update 6/19/22Great customer service, super clean, great pedi and Brittany did a fabulous job on my nails.………Probably the nicest salon around the 210 area. Very comfortable and cute inside. Greeted with enthusiasm and great customer care. Lots of services. I enjoyed a fantastic pedi by Lan great massage. Wine, soda or water was offered. Lots of color options. Went on to do nail fill. I want this to be positive. The fill went fine it was the French manicure that did go so well, HOWEVER, situation was rectified and I was happy. It was a great customer service moment. Lan had to take her next customer, so they swapped techs on me. I have mixed feelings on this. You start, you finish in my book. The new tech did not have French manicure technique down. I was getting sorta frustrated. Then she got up to answer phones and left me there for about 8 minutes. When she came back I said this is not working, please remove polish. The win here is she admitted she did not have it down and quickly got Lan back who rectified the situation and made it all better. What I was impressed with this is new techs honesty and how she handled herself with such grace. She was positive and was very sweet. I’ll definitely be back. Customer service there’s days are kinda a forgotten art but not here. Keep it up! I’ll be back and will certainly tell friends to stop in. Good luck as you continue to grow.

Radi is the best!!!! She’s so sweet and does a phenomenal job. She will your eyebrows flawless and her gel pedicures are top notch. The entire staff is great!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon. It feels very clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. Lisa just did my dip nails/nail art and she did an amazing job! She took her time shaping my nails and pays great attention to detail. Brittany is another talented nail tech who is great at what she does and a pleasure to talk to, I’ve recommended her to friends. I will hopefully be going to this salon for years to come. :)

This is the second time I have been here and they are amazing. They really communicate well about what you want. I went today to get back fill and eyebrows waxed. My nail technician was great over all but I feel he needs more practice with painting V Cut French nails. Mine came out a bit lop sided but still look good for the most part. Will be planning to come in for color change soon. My eyebrows look absolutely amazing, best shaping I have ever had. The first time i went their pedicure was amazing as well. Overall, so much kindness and warmth here and even though they are a half hour away I will always come back. Note: the white and pink nails are from the first visit(with Wendy). I have not had a chance to take a pic of the newest set. Thank you all for your hard work!

Great service! Its always so welcoming, and employees are caring. Love Thea, she is awesome. There is always availability, and the location is super clean. Will recommend it to anyone. There are specials that they post in their Instagram account.

I spent $55 plus $5 tip for a classic pedicure w/gel polish. I loved that they used individually package disposable pumice and file and buffer. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. It was a very quiet and relaxing environment and my nail tech Ben was very polite and sweet and did a great job. Thank You so much!

Love Grand Nails! Everyone is so friendly and I haven’t had a single person who has done a bad job on my nails. I come in every other Sunday with my mom for our SNS change and we always leave happy. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating!

I was recommended to come here by a friend, and she also emphasized that I see Thea... it was SO WORTH IT!! Thea is so awesome, she is straight-up about pricing and will work with you to get your perfectly desired nails. She cares for you, your experience, wallet, and nails! She is seriously the best. It is a little pricier, but you are paying for what you get. No regrets whatsoever! I am so happy with the result. She even said if they get messed up, I can go back in and get them fixed, I love that. Again, Thea is the BEST!!

Ben was my nail technician and he was very nice and a great nail artist. He was gentle and he gave me a spa treatment pedicure and I received the gel nail treatment. I really like this salon too. It was very easy to breath in unlike some of them Ive been in. Ill definitely go back.

I went in to Grand Nails Lounge about a week after they opened and everyone who works there is so nice. :)They all have such a great sense of humor too. I received an amazing gel pedicure by Lisa!! Their pedicure chairs are amazing! Wendy did my dip nails and did an excellent job!! I highly recommend this place!! Definitely have to make an appointment though. They do get busy.

I went this morning to get a pedicure with one of my friends and we really enjoyed our time at Grand Nails Lounge! This is grand opening week so we wanted to check it out because it’s closer to both of our homes. We made an appointment the day before…Everything was very relaxing and organized. We chose Pedicure #2 and LOVED it! I plan to be in monthly and do that same pedicure. I also want to mention that when you pick a polish, right next to it is the matching gel color! I think that was so awesome because sometimes I like polish on my toes but gel on my fingers and now I don’t have to try and match it, it’s already right there for you! I’m extremely picky about nail spas and I highly highly recommend this one! Thanks ladies! You have a beautiful place!

I stopped by today on a whim to get my gel manicure removed (from another salon) and S&S dip applied. Wendy was fantastic! Zero wait being a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon and she did a great job shaping my nails and making sure I was happy with the color and application. I will definitely be back as the quality & convenience are both outstanding.

I absolutely love everyone in Grand Nails. They always do a wonderful job. I come in with pictures of the designs I want and they can do them exactly as pictured. I’ve had Lan and Brittney do my nails and they’re both amazing. I don’t know the owners name but she’s so sweet. I’m happy that I have a great nail salon right up the block from my house.

Kang did my pedicure and it was perfect. I have been looking for a manicure and pedicure place in St. John’s that would actually cut down and shale my toenails. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was clean, they took me at exactly my appointment time, and will definitely be coming back again soon!
