    I visited this location on my Birthday 11/03 and Scott greeted me with a happy Birthday song as I entered. (I was wearing my Birthday crown) he made me feel very welcomed!!Then I had the pleasure of picking out my products with the wonderful, smart and beautiful Eriana. She made my experience so easy and very pleasant. I will gladly drive 2 hours for another experience with these two!! Great Customer Service and it was GENUINE🥰

    Patricia does such a great job with my hair and make up. I drive 2.5 hours to see her as I finally found someone Im happy with and who listens to me. My hair has never looked better. When she does my make up, whether Im going for glam or just natural, I feel like a super model!

    Meredith is honestly the sweetest girl I’ve met. I needed a trim so bad she was willing to do it right then and there. Loved her so much I came back the next week to get my hair colored. I’m seriously in love with my hair I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, I haven’t felt pretty recently I couldn’t be more grateful for her.

    GreatI have been going to Ulta for a while now to get my hair done. I have seen a few stylists but then I ended up having Patricia cut and color my hair and decided then and there that I found MY stylist and I only wanted Patricia to do my cut and color from then on. I have a short pixie and Patricia listened to how I liked my haircut. Patricia also gave me some suggestions as well as helping rectify my color to a much better color than the last stylist had chosen. Patricia exceeds in every aspect of being a top notch stylist. She is an asset to Ulta in Sanford Florida!! She has phenomenal customer service skills and to be honest as long as she is there. I will always have Patricia handle my hair!! Hands down the best stylist if you love short hair that looks phenomenal as well. THANK YOU PATRICIA!!!!

    I enjoyed looking around in this store and when I went to check out, Ana was wonderful. She was kind and helpful in setting up an account to receive the points for my purchase. I really appreciated the time she took to help me and she also wished me a happy birthday and tried to find a birthday item but there were none available. I appreciated the effort nonetheless. The only reason for the four stars was that when I went home and opened my moisturizer (airless pump from Byoma), the product has already been used.

    I only come for the salon. Patricia is amazing and very attentive to detail when it comes to hair. I’ve tried several Ulta’s and by far this is the best one because of her. She is always very friendly and takes her work very serious. Thank you Ulta for having stylist that are amazing and know how to properly take care of different hair textures.

    Master Stylist Patricia was amazing! I came in as a walk-in for a hair toner and she did an amazing job. I think of all the toners I have had done her choice in formula is my favorite and she applied it the best of anyone Ive had and I am loving my hair color today & feel pretty!     The stylist Patricia takes a critical care on highlighting and balayage on my hair, and does not allow me to leave unitl she is satisfied with the results.     They typically have a long line & are constantly busy. Doing a pickup order and picking up in the morning would be the best option in my opinion. Everyone is nice and helpful though. Most things are in stock when I go.

    I went in on Monday afternoon and it was the best customer service I’d seen in a while not just to me but to other customers that were being pretty difficult and even in one case disruptive. I wish I got the names of the workers because they stayed calm, positive and so helpful. It was refreshing to witness good service with times like these with tired workers, shortages etc. your efforts are recognized!

    I went in to buy some necessities and make a return. Melanie, the cashier, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Clinique specialist, Gabby, was fantastic!     Melissa from the salon is amazing. She spent 5 hours with me to make sure I was completely happy. I started with hair that has not been cut for almost a year. She did amazing color and definitely gained a client for life. Highly recommend her. Everyone was so friendly.

    This location doesnt carry most of the products I look for unlike the one closer to me, but it is a good second option if my store doesnt have a particular item in stock. The store always seems clean and organized and the staff has been helpful and friendly. Wish they would expand their skin care section a bit more especially the K-Beauty as it is what I buy most, but otherwise its good if youre in the area and are in need of something from them.

    Jennifer at the salon did such an amazing job. I got my hair styled and make up done for engagement photos. Its not often I leave feeling like hair and makeup was right on point.     We were traveling for a wedding and I needed help with hair - Suna was really sweet and walked me through different hair options and we settled on highlights and layered cut. Ive never had highlights before and 3 months later Im still in love every time I style them. I was worried about the texture of my hair changing but thanks to Suna, it really isnt noticeable at all and the color is on point. She made extra time to make sure that everything was done right and took all my questions seriously. She also had their make up specialist get a blush that was the right tone and it is AMAZING. I walked in expecting a simple up-do and walked out with what felt like a full beauty makeover. Thanks Suna!!!

    Blair has seen me twice for eye brow tint and waxing. This last visit she also applied eyelashes. She has done a phenomenally job both times. I absolutely love my brows. They look naturally full and are shaped great for my face. I definitely recommend her services. I know Ill be back!

    VISIT MICKEY!!I was hesitant to try a new stylist right before taking family pictures, but I must say, DO NOT FEAR with Mickey at Ulta. The appointment setting process online was super easy. I scheduled my appointment about a week in advance for a Sunday afternoon. I contacted Mickey via a search on Facebook and she was very nice and welcoming to my inquiries. On the day of my appointment when I arrived, I was greeted promptly by another stylist and offered water while I waited (I was early). Mickey got right down to business (on-time) and I loved the finished product! I would definitely recommend her. She was a joy to talk to and made the whole process just fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. Thanks Mickey for my lovely hair.

    I went in to see what i could do about my hair, it was an absolute mess! mickey was my stylist and guided me through everything. she was patient, thorough, and all around awesome! after countless salon nightmares i was extremely nervous to change up my hair, but she was reassuring and explained the whole process! her time management skills are amazing and she made me feel very comfortable along the way. i can’t wait to come back for my second session! there’s no other stylist i would rather have do my hair! i’m so happy with the results! thank you mickey!

    I recently visited to get a new Nars lip pencil. I have been wearing the same color for years and they were sold out. I wish I had gotten their names, but several women working were so nice and helpful. They took the time to show me another brand in a similar color. I didnt feel pressured to buy it, but they were so knowledgeable I figured why not! I absolutely LOVE it and it stays on much better than the Nars.

    I absolutely love the Benefit Brow Services at this location! Blair is not only the best! She is professional, sweet and I highly recommend her! Blair gives great recommendations, and always has your best interests in mind and heart!! She is definitely one of a kind! She has my lifetime services on brows! Once Ulta opens back to full service for the face those as well!

    I have been a client of Jen’s for almost a year now. I have very frizzy, unmanageable hair that gives me a lot of problems with styling and color. She has transformed my hair into a whole new me.     Blair is by far the greatest when it comes to dying and waxing my brows. I had thin brows from over plucking in the 70’s, and I actually have brows again. Using the benefit products she has recommended did increase the hair growth! She is also caring, friendly yet very professional! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

    This Ulta looks a LOT better than the last time I was here; its cleaned up, and theyve turned the lights on. Will definitely visit again.Edit: several months later, all the lights are on, always. The aisles are clean and well-stocked, broken cosmetics arent sitting out for sale anymore, and the employees are active, walking around cleaning, stocking, and helping, not clustered at the front of a dark store gossiping and ignoring the fact that it looked like a busload of kindergarteners had spent the morning playing in there. If I had to guess, Id say that Ulta saw the same problems as I did, and has corrected them. As a result, Ive re-rated this Ulta. THANK YOU.

    The best experience! Was there with my 18yr old during the 21 Days of Beauty sale. She had an idea of the items she was looking for however she suffers from anxiety. Needless to say she doesnt like to ask for help. A young man approached me and asked if I needed help. Welp, I said no however I have a young lady looking for the perfect red lipstick. He yelled and said I just happened to have it here in my pocket, havent had the chance to put it on yet. Yes, ladies he wears it. His name is Nick. Nick then proceeded to show us and yes it was perfect for her fair skin and blonde hair. Go check him and his knowledge out. You wont go wrong with Nick. Great experience and sale too.

    Lighting out front is broken currently and the selection is small compared to other ultas Ive been to. Still one of my favourite makeup stores, but I hate walking into a place I feel like is closed or closing..took a bit to find some customer service. Also the layout at this one is a little confusing, and I could not find any Urban Decay eyelashes on site. Still prefer Ulta over Sephora and theyll always get $1000s yearly😂
