    Amy has been doing my nails for years now & her work is amazing and long lasting! I only have to visit a month at a time. Le his wife have a Beautiful relaxing salon they take pride in and all the other techs are so kind and welcoming they all work so hard to make sure you experience excellent service each visit. Pedicures are always 10/10. I love this place and these people!

    Came in without an appointment, on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to get a manicure appt., with only a five minute wait. Ms. Amy was helpful and did an awesome job on our granddaughters manicure, and it was reasonably priced! There was a good selection of nail polish for her to choose from as well! Highly recommend coming here for a little pampering!

    I stop here every year when we come down for vacation. The techs here always do an amazing job of being thorough and gentle. Being a tourist spot I would expect to pay more for the same service as back home but my experience has always been that I get a way better experience for the same price here. 10/10 every time

    Jenny did a fantastic job on my nails. I have long, coffin shaped nails and she recommended the OPI Put it in Neutral dip powder. I love the shape, the dip looks so natural and thin, and they turned out perfect. Will definitely recommend Crystal Nails and will definitely go back.

    Came from out of state to Florida for the first time and didnt realize the time change. They accommodated my mistake and rescheduled for a later time since I wouldnt make it on time. Everyone was very friendly and nice, even the regular customers. The facility was clean and nice. My pedicure was amazing and my toes look great for the wedding Im attending. Highly recommend!

    Such a wonderful experience in this lovely Salon. The owner and another associate did our pedicures. The music in the background was soothing and relaxing. Wonderful conversation with both during our time. Great foot and leg massage with perfect nail trim, file and polish. Would love to be a regular here but from out of town.     So we were in town and decided to save our pedicure until the trip. On Sunday afternoon we walked in and they let us know they didnt have availability but let us make an appt for Monday. We were seen at our appointed time and the pedicure was nice. We chose the deluxe pedicures. The people who worked there were kind. The set up was really nice. If we ever go back to santa rosa we will definitely stop by again.

    We had such a wonderful time getting pedicures! Abbey, Jenny and friend we didnt get his name were so kind, fun and thorough. The atmosphere was relaxing and still welcomed us to be silly and chat. Abbey was quick-witted and great to talk with. Will definitely be back!

    I just received possibly the best manicure of my life yesterday. Jenny did a nude dip powder with a rounded point nail, and it’s the best my nails have ever looked. I love this place because the owners are wonderful & the salon feels more like a spa with fountains and plants abounding (+ ocean across the street). Very minimal to no chemical smell so it’s definitely a much healthier experience than any other salon I’ve been to.

    My mom and I walked in to get pedicures and were able to get started immediately! Definitely choose the deluxe pedicure because the 20 minute leg & foot massage is SO worth it!! Our nail techs were so kind and did an amazing job!! And my mom and I love the color of our nails!!

    Anna is amazing. I tend to obsessively critique my nails as soon as they are done. Not my best quality. However , Anna is so great I never can find a single thing Id change. She is helpful and friendly and I see her every 2 weeks. My nails are healthy and beautiful. THANK YOU 🤗

    I wish I lived here so I could always go here to get my nails done! Everyone is so nice here and they do such an awesome job! The pedicures are fantastic (amazing massage)! My experience was so great that I even went back the next day to get a manicure with the powder dip and my nails are flawless. My 5 year old niece got a manicure and they were very sweet and patient with her and even did a cute little tiger stripe in the middle of her nails! She loved it! My sister got the pedicure and her nails look just as good as mine and she loved the foot/leg massage. They know a TON of their customers by name which always tells you in itself how good of a nail place this truly is.

    I’ve been to a number of salons in the area in the last several years since I moved here...this one far surpasses the others. Clean, relaxing atmosphere, kind and polite staff, and always a terrific job on my nails. The owner, Lee, is such a nice man, and gives me a fantastic massage every time., which is always my favorite part of the pedi experience!     THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m from Michigan where our “deluxe” pedis aren’t even half of what they did tonight. It was my husband’s first and he enjoyed it. I also watched how they truly care for their regular customers—stopping to give hugs, etc. I also loved how the tools they used were sealed and ready for use. Highly recommend!

    It is with great pleasure that I can relate my experience at Crystal Nails. From the minute you enter the atmosphere is calming with lots of windows and lovely plants. The staff is welcoming and the seating is very comfortable- polish selections are trendy but tasteful. But the main reason I recommend this salon is the careful attention given each customer and beautiful results.

    Hands down the best pedicure and service in the area! Spa was very clean, and great massage chairs. My spa specialist also gave the best leg and foot massage on top of doing an amazing job with my French pedicure. Definately will make this a stop each time I visit. Just wish I would have gotten my spa specialists name to refer her.

    If I didnt live in Atlanta, I would have found my nail salon for life. I just had the best pedicure I have ever been given. I also asked to have an old set of pink and white nails removed, and Jenny did it beautifully with no discomfort and no damage to my nail bed. I had walked in and out of another salon because the fumes were horrible and was so pleased to find Crystal Nails....it is pretty, their clients appreciate them, and it was a lovely experience!

    Loved this place. I entered the shop only a few minutes after they opened and I was greeted by the manager. I explained to him how I broke my nail the night before and needed a repair. He talked to me about the best option for repair and which way would hurt less, seeing that I was practically hanging on for dear life which the help of a bandaid. We decided to soak off the acrylic and put on a new one with a tip. While I was getting serviced by one of the nail tech he got to know me and told me about SNS which is better for my natural long nails so I decided to upgrade to that. He said I could just put SNS on top as a fill and not have to soak everything off which I appreciated that he wasnt just trying to squeeze more money out of me. But I decided to get a brand new overlay since mine looked dingy and discolored. At this point in the service I was going to rate this salon as 5 STAR then something happened... For those of you who know about acrylics when you go to get them soaked off typically they will cut off any false tips to speed up the process, UNFORTUNATELY the nail tech spoke very little English and got most of her instructions from the manager who failed to inform her that these were actually my natural nails. Before I knew it she had cut my pinky nail almost down to the base, mortified I pulled my hand away and told her it was my real nail, she was sincerely apologetic but at this point the nail was cut so far on one side it couldnt be saved so it had to be cut off completely (having long natural nails cut off by accident is like having really long hair and having it cut off by accident) but it was an accident and she really didnt mean it and the show must go on. So she finished my service which totaled $45 then jumped to $50 for whatever reason which is still darn chap for a soak off, repair and SNS. I highly recommend this place, they are very polite, caring and educated in nail services.
