I appreciate when everyone is efficient and kind in how they manage the office visit. The office was busy but they managed the flow of patients seamlessly.     Both Kristi Wells -PAC and her assistant are a pleasant ā€œone-twoā€ punchā€¦. Claire, her assistant is one of the nicest young ladies you could ever meetā€¦. Very attentive and obviously quite knowledgeable with her jobā€¦ also takes care to know your personal medical situation and previous surgeries/ procedures. Kristi is also outstanding in every aspect of careā€¦ I drive farther to go see both of these wonderful medical care givers, passing at least one of the closer businessesā€¦

    Getting the actual appointment as a new patient was onerous and repetitive, then info all had to be given a third time, including all the insurance info and ID info already covered twice, on arrival to appt. However, once there, staff was pleasant, competent, and informative. Care: 5 stars; process : 3stars.

    New in town and so excited and feel blessed to find a great dermatology clinic with an amazing staff. The phone representative who set up my appointment was polite and patient. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. Great location and building. So grateful to be under the care of Jaclyn Rieben, PA, and her assistant, Claire. They made me feel at ease. They were focused yet lighthearted. Claire listened carefully and noted the details I was providing. Jaclyn Rieben was so caring and kind and confident when explaining things to me. I could not say enough about them. I got in there a little concerned and left at peace. Jesus answered my prayer to give me a good PA to see. Claire was a bonus. :) I highly recommend Dermatology Specialists of Florida, Santa Rosa Beach, to anybody looking for a high qualitydermatology clinic. Cheers!

    Today was our first visit to a dermatologist ever so obviously we went into this a little concerned! Jaclyn and Claire helped us both to be comfortable with the process. Everything was expertly explained from both of them and done professionally. Jaclyn examined our bodies with care and precision to report any potential areas of concern or non-issues.I had a couple spots to take a sample from for biopsy and a spot was frozen. Claire was an expert numbing the spot where there was less than a second of a needle prick that I felt. Even my spouse who has an aversion to needles said that the numbing was nothing! Jaclyn got her biopsy samples and we were done.Everything about the people, the process, and the facility was top notch and we highly recommend The Dermatology Specialists of Florida in Santa Rosa Beach. So schedule that overdue appointment with them soon!

    Very nice place. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Waiting area was very neat and clean along with the restroom .Only one thing that I seen that needs fixed are the lights in the elevator are to dim need to be able to see what buttons to push. Other then that I will highly recommend this place.

    Lets begin by saying this is probably the best, fastest and most professional experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I had a new patient appointment within 72 hours. Waited less than 5 minutes in waiting room. (1 minute) Medical Assistant Sydney asked a lot of great questions. 2 minutes later doctor Jaclyn Rieiber comes in and eases some of my concerns. She immediately removes a mole that has been bothering me for years and I am out the door within 35 minutes. Both of these ladies are very knowledgeable and professional and I just set up my appointment for a full body scan.

    The staff was extremely nice. It was an overall pleasant experience even though I was getting basal cell carcinoma removed from my face. My anxiety was high because sharp things in your face would make anyone anxious but the doctor and his whole staff was great.     I would recommend this place if you have skin care needs. My wife statement about them is, theyre amazing! Several members of our family have used them so far and we enjoy going there. the staff is super well-trained, very attentive, and its an enjoyable experience even if they have to do some work on you.After a great visit at the office in DeFuniak springs, they found something to be a little worried about on my face so I came down here for Dr Stickler to shave and check. Got it all on the first try!

    Office is clean, Receptionist is professional and nice greeting. My appointment was a full skin check was well done and was able to remove any areas of concern. Iā€™ve had facial moles removed in the past and Iā€™ve always been pleased with the results, with no scaring after healing. Both Nurses listen and excellent. I recommend this medical establishment.

    I was a new patient for Dr Michael Stickler. I was recommended to see him from neighbors and now I see why... professional and kind.His office was wonderful from the time you walked in to the office til you walked to the examining room with the nurses in the back to meeting the doctor u til you checked out and made appointments with the front desk again.The doctor found some curious cells and we did a biopsy- thank goodness he saw it.     Christi is very thorough and explains everything before she does it painlessly. I had a couple of spots removed from my nose and just below my lip. My only complaint is that I wait 20-40 minutes every time I come. Iā€™ve tried morning and afternoons with the same result. This may be to over scheduling but it makes it difficult to plan my day.

    I saw Amy and her assistant Celina. I had a body skin check to make sure no skin cancer. I do this once a year. I just moved to the area so wanted to establish a relationship with a local dermatologist. The wait was not long . They were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable right from the start and listened well to any concerns I had. It is typically freezing in doctors offices, which is not pleasant when you are undressed, but the temperature was regulated well. The overall experience was good!

    I saw Rachel the PA for dr. Stickler and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time doing her skin assessment. When it came time to biopsy and freeze she was so gentle. I didnā€™t even feel anything. When she was doing it, not only was I 100% comfortable, but she did it so quickly. She explained what certain spots looked like and even froze some spots that needed to be removed. To make the experience even better, she was so pleasant and sweet! I definitely will only go to Rachel from this point forward!
