    Olena is great. She is the sole proprietor of her salon and takes great pride in helping clients. The salon is very clean and state of the art. I MtoF transgender and she is helping me eliminate my facial hair. Her schedule is very flexible and she will do long sessions if you want.     I had my first ever electrolysis session yesterday and I am SO happy with how it went. Olena is incredibly sweet, quick, and efficient. She checked in on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable, and she was very kind and chatted with me so I wasn’t stuck on the table in silence while someone zapped my face. She was so kind and not in the least bit judgmental - having PCOS means I get hormonal hair growth, and I have grown up feeling very self conscious about it but Olena didn’t make a single negative comment about it. In fact, she complimented me regularly and just made me feel at ease. She seemed to genuinely want me to feel better about myself. Everything was kept extremely clean and it is very clear that she follows the latest standards for sterilization and cleanliness. Her space is clean and welcoming, and she played calming music throughout the session. Everyone is different and everyone’s skin will react differently to the treatment, but even one day later, the redness and swelling on my face has gone down significantly so I can tell that she is extremely precise and skilled, and she ensured that the impact on my skin would be minimal. It should be noted that I have a high pain tolerance, so she was able to amp up the power in a few areas but she adjusted accordingly when she got to the more sensitive spots and would have me take a deep breath before going into the hair follicle on those touchy areas. The aftercare package is so thoughtfully put together and will definitely expedite my healing process. She explained the process both over the phone when I set the appointment and again in the salon before starting. All in all, I am excited to continue working with her, because I know she is going to help me take care of an issue I have always felt insecure about. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Olena!

    What a fantastic experience. Olena is such a pleasure and professional. I have had over 18 treatments of laser hair removal, very painful because they tried to eradicate my hair by using higher and higher frequency. Pain scale of a 9. After 10 months of treatments I had very little resultWith Olena very little pain, maybe a 2. I could almost go to sleep during the procedure. The areas she treated were hair free.
