Ana is the best! I’ve been going to get my hair highlighted for over 2 years and she has helped me make it the healthiest it has ever been. My hair was destroyed from so much processing and she really did save it. I have had a wonderful experience every time I have used this spa, everyone is so nice. I see Jackie for a therapeutic massage regularly, she is amazing. I was having tension headaches and she worked on my neck, shoulder and upper back to help relieve my headaches. I would recommend her, she definitely knows what she doing.I have seen Bianca and Megan for facials they are both very knowledgeable on skin care. All three of these ladies are very positive and make you feel very welcome. I have had a great experience with the front desk checking in and out, they are always smiling and just very sweet. I always feel fantastic after my experiences with this spa.

Today I joined the ranks of men who get facials. And its awesome! You really should try this. To be treated so nicely, and at the end of it, your face looks and just feels BETTER, is totally worth it. Megan could not have been nicer and she clearly is very good at her craft. I will certainly be doing this regularly from now on. I love dealing with Imperial for all my aesthetic and personal needs. They make every customer feel like royalty.

My husband and I first booked a couples massage here in 2023 after our wedding. On a trip back home my husband surprised me with another couple’s massage. We had Marcus and Jackie. They were both wonderful! Really appreciate them making our massages great!!

I got my hair done at Imperial for the first time and I’m absolutely in awe. The salon had a beautiful appearance and atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend getting your hair done with Jazmen. Apart from making me feel really comfortable and making conversation with me which I love, she brought my hair back to life. She exceeded my expectations and made my hair look just how I wanted it! Just left the salon and already got so many compliments on it. She gave me beautiful layers and bouncy curls that will last me all day :) 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Nicole( Coley) is so talented at eyelash extensions!! She’s very educated and is able to do different styles. Sometime I do classic, sometimes I like them more whispy.Lu will give you the best facial of your life!! I love the Hydrafacial and Red Carpet Peel! I always get dermaplaning done with them and my skin looks AMAZING!! But any facial with Lu is amazing, she’s truly gifted!!

Lovely spa located in a strip mall which is different. Inside was very clean and welcoming. I love their little tea room while waiting for the service that I booked, a massage. Jaime did not disappoint! My only complaint is that the clean robes, stacked neatly, we not completely dry. Nothing better than putting on a warm, dry robe at a spa. All in all, I will definitely return to Imperial Spa in Indian Harbor Beach.

I had the relaxation facial. Hanna Russell was wonderful! She used just the right amount of pressure while massaging my face and neck and my face felt clean, relaxed and vibrant when she finished! I definitely will be back!

I couldn’t be happier to have Jasmine as my go to hair girl. She always listens carefully to what I want and always goes above and beyond every hair appointment I have. I appreciate her because she’s someone who genuinely cares about not only making my hair look amazing but making sure I feel amazing too which is huge as a new mom with a less than one year old baby. Her skills are unmatched whether it’s color, a fresh cut, or even needing a hair style for a special occasion she does it all I can’t recommend Jasmine enough!

The owner and all of the staff are amazing and kind. Nancy is so nice and friendly! A little pricier than nearby competitors for nail services, but worth it as you have access to the sauna and ladies chill spots.

Amanda did a 60 min massage. Walking in I was in so much pain. Had just got adjusted at chiro prior to. I needed a deep tissue in my neck area. My jaw and my head and face were actually hurting from my neck and shoulders. I feel so much better. She was amazing.highly recommend. She even did this thing where she put a towel in the back of my neck and pulled up and down

I dont think I could have picked a better place for my wedding hair and my makeup. Hallie is such a bad ass she did my hair which turned out way better then I could have imagined from the cut and color to my wedding hairstyle, she saw my inspo and just killed it. I dont normally wear a full face of makeup and I dont like really like wearing a lot of it but Nicole is amazing the way she did my makeup felt like I didnt have a lot of and she took her time to listen and really understood what I was looking for. These ladies are both amazing and they really did make my big so special. Thank you so much I really couldnt have asked for a better team.

Me and my Significant other had a couples massage for our anniversary with Andrea and Jackie! This was our first ever massage and let me just say they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, asked us where we felt the most tension and really helped work through it for us. I just had the most incredible pedicure experience with Coley! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely pampered and relaxed. Her attention to detail was unmatched; she gently exfoliated my feet, shaped my nails perfectly, and gave the most soothing massage that melted away all my stress. The selection of nail colors was fabulous, and Coley helped me choose the perfect shade that suits my style. It truly felt like a luxury spa day, and I left with my feet looking and feeling amazing. I can’t recommend Coley enough—she’s a true artist and knows how to make her clients feel special! I cant wait for my next appointment!

Ive been to many places to try to tame the mane, but my experience at Imperial Salon and Spa was exceptional, all thanks to Emma. I have long hair, which can be tricky to manage, but she cut it perfectly! She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, and furthermore, taught me how to maintain my hair with the proper products to use. The attention to detail and skill she demonstrated was impressive. I highly recommend Emma for anyone looking for a fantastic haircut. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ale is the best hair stylist I have ever worked with. Just look at the before and after pics. I used to go to another high end local salon and my first experience there was good, but look at how the lady there cut my hair the second time around in the before pic… it’s a shame because I was trying to grow my hair long and she ruined it.Ale fixed this atrocity by bringing the layers closer together and recoloring my hair. The end results were incredible. It’s been 3 months since I got my hair colored and cut by Ale and other than the new growth, my hair color looks exactly like it did when Ale first fixed my hair. She is clearly a very talented with hair and I will only be going to her for my hair cuts and coloring. Thank you Ale!

Front desk was professional, MY stylist ELIZABETH performed her precision cut excellence on my old lady very fine, straight dark blonde, w/ tow head streaks & 30% emerging gray. From emphasizing the colors to laying in the swing...it works for me from bedhead, to pool, to beach, to yard & supper in or out. AND NO Drama!Chad did a fine job matching my toes to a color in my scarf and my hardworking hands were petted and buffed to just the right sheen.AND best for me! All taken care of in a no rush environment between 9AM & 11...thanks guys!

I never had an herbal ball massage so I thought I would give it a try. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and she guided me to the locker room and then the tea room. It really set the mood for a relaxing time. Amy got me from the tea room and brought me to the massage room. There she used heated herbal balls to workout all my kinks and knots. She also gave me a fantastic foot massage. Most massages and even pedicures dont include a foot massage so that was a real treat. After an herbal ball massage you get to take them home with you so you can continue massaging on your own for the next week or so. Very lovely experience.

Alejandra does my balayage, she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and cares about the integrity of my hair. Elizabeth does my bellami hair extensions, she is precise and blends my natural hair with the extensions. It’s totally seamless! I always look forward to my massages with Amanda, she works out my knots and includes stretching which I really appreciate. Lu, Hanna, Ashley and Megan have all given me facials, derma planing and waxing services. I love that they are all consistent and receive an outstanding service everytime. I have gotten pedicures, manicures and apres gel extensions with Chad, Lisa Mae, Melissa, Emily, Abby, Victoria and Melissa. Again when I come to the nail room everyone seems to be on the same page and I receive a top tier services every visit.

But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The only reason I wouldnt give it 5 starts on this visit is because of the front desk receptionists. Each time weve been there, they have been pompous and obvious about attempting to persuade them clientele to pay to dollar for unnecessary time and products. Beware that the receptionists will say they have provided the stylists with your wants and recommendations/expectations but in fact they have not. This leads to confusion between the stylists and clients. Bottom line, deal directly with your stylists.

Absolutely the best experience I have had! Came in last minute for a same day bridal hair and makeup trial and was only able to get in for the makeup. Went to several other hair salons and one said they were available. The curls she put in my hair fell out the second I got in my car. I went home to try and fix it myself and it didnt work. Went in to imperial for my makeup trial and she did an amazing job! I explained my hair situation and there happened to be an opening and they fit me in! They were able to fix my hair and do it up just as I wanted even without having the tools they thought they needed. Ended up looking amazing for my final wedding dress fitting!! Couldnt be happier and will definitely be returning and recommend!

Had a lovely, wonderful facial with Ashley at the Indian Harbour location. I went with my sister and our mutual family friend. We all enjoyed our facial sessions and a glass of mimosas.The tea room is a little outdated. It looks like hospital decor. Theres not much room for everyone to sit especially when a big group is there. There was a bridal party/group of 5 enjoying themselves. I loved that the bridal party was having fun with many laughter, drinks, and sharing stories amongst themselves. It made me smile seeing them. There were other clients having to stand since no extra seating was available. One lady was upset about having to stand against the wall and complained to another client standing across her that the bridal shower party was being too loud. She said she couldnt relax. Maybe this location could have another room meant for a bridal shower to accommodate a big group. That way they can have fun, let loose, put up decor and banners, and no one can complain about it-because its catered to that specific group only. The tea room should be serene, needs coastal decor since the beach is near by, maybe a water fall, or some tranquil music playing. It really needs a big upgrade and nicer seating since this is a spa after all. Other than that, service is great!

LOVE LOVE Imperial Salon and spa! Highly recommend Alex Wells for Hair. My color and cut are great. Had bad experience elsewhere and she saved me.And Aimee gives killer massages. Had multiple sessions and the pain in my lag is gone. Will definitely continue with her.Atmospheric in the Salon is pleasant from front desk, tea room, restrooms and all service areas. The best!

Booked three services while here on a weekend getaway, and I am certainly glad I did! The facial, massage, and pedicure were all amazing, and the facility itself is lovely and calming. Friendly and professional staff, made my morning at the spa memorable.
