    Lillian is five stars for sure!! She is an amazing stylist! If you are going to book a hair appointment be sure to ask for her. I got my second Keratin treatment on my hair today and I can’t begin to tell you how much I love it. She is so good! And bonus, she is so nice and fun to talk too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I stopped at Ulta today to ask if they pierced ears so I could get my granddaughters ears done. I met the most amazing and beautiful person who ended up cutting and coloring my hair, Erica Marra did such an amazing job. She was so friendly with such a beautiful soul!! She took her time to ensure it was perfect. I finally found a hairstylist and I long time friend! She takes such pride in her work and it shows!!

    Went to the one in Sebring yesterday. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience in my life. Unfortunately I’m a picky person about my hair. I have had nothing except bad experiences here. Not only did Erica make me feel comfortable, I trusted her from the start. She had a challenge with my hair. 4 years of color and highlighting myself. . She transferred my hair. Her knowledge, patience and personality are unmatched. I also want to give Lilly and the manager a huge thumbs up for thier help and patience! 6 hours later a perfect job and self esteem was achieved!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

    Got a last minute appointment yesterday with Erica for cut & color and she did amazing! I have gone to Erica many times in the past and she always gets the blonde I ask for, (blonde is hard, I know) but she is a blonde QUEEN! Lillian next to her did color/cut/style on a couple girls and their hair was beautiful. It felt like you were sitting in the middle of a hair family. Highly recommend hair services at Ulta!! So happy Erica is home and serving Sebring again with her magic! 💕

    I have been coming to Jama at the Salon at Ulta since I moved to Florida a year and a half ago. She always takes the time to ensure that she knows exactly what I want prior to starting. She even does my highlights using the cap method as I prefer (other salons have refused to do this). I always get lots of compliments after my salon services with Jama. Bonus is that she is very nice and fun to talk to. 🙂

    I got my hair done by Erica in the salon department and I could have been more pleased. She’s professional and full of life and a pleasure to visit with while getting my hair done which was done exactly what my vision was :)

    Was my first time coming in Miss Stephanie took care of me it was a simple clean up but she was so good at communicating with me through the whole appointment if you ever need your brows fixed she will definitely take care of it ❤️❤️ will be coming back

    I visited the Benefit Brow Bar and had my brows tinted and waxed by Crystal. She did a fabulous job and was very knowledgeable about the brow products. I was so happy with my brows I immediately scheduled my next appointment. Thank you!

    Did a Happy Return, from Mandala, it was easy and fast. Went into the store did the register line, the lady at the register greeted me with a nice smile and she asked me if I was doing a Happy Return, she grab an Ipad scanned the codes provided by the company that Im returning the merchandise to and she grabbed a plastic bag that has a code, then she scanned that too and that is it! I got an email confirmation that the return has been received.

    Love this place. They have all the stuff a gal needs to get all dolled up. So happy our town has this store. Makeup is hard to shop for online so its important to have a place to actually go to in person. The employees are so helpful and they work hard to help the customer. The prices of their products are great. I signed up for the store card and love all the little surprise gifts.

    Ive never gone to Ulta for makeup, I usually go to Walmart. I decided to spend the little extra money and get some good products for my face.When I came in, Mia was right there to help. She brought me over to the brand she thought would be the best for my skin, and even applied it to my skin to show me a couple different options. I was completely blind going in, she made me feel so comfortable, and Im obsessed with the products she recommended! Mia will be my go to ulta person now! :)

    Every time I have come in, there are several helpful associates. I kind of like to see what is new and trendy and the staff always are eager to assist.     I had a great experience at the salon with Yuliza. I went in for a cut and color. She did an excellent job. My hair looks amazing. She really listened to my concerns and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. I will definitely be back and recommend her to anyone look for a great stylist!

    I was at the Ultra recently and Ive been there many times but on July 14th I was on a mission to get an item by Matrix OW Indian oil for my hair that Ive gotten there before. So as routine they greet you to the store and let you do your busy. We after about 5 minutes Liz, & Janet came to help me locate this item we checked and checked and after a short time item was located and a smile was on my face. Maixee the cashier greeted me with a smile and the mission was completed. I just love this store!!!!!

    Diana has been doing my hair for quite some time. Tonight she helped me with hair extensions and style for a formal Christmas party. NEVER disappointed.Liz has helped me with make up, eyebrows, and tonight, she did my eyelashes. 100 percent recommend.

    It was so fantastic so much to choose from and good quality . The prices are from low to higher I found an eyeshadow that I loved use to get in Wal-Mart they dont carry anymore but found in ULTA Physicians Formula .They also have Name Brand higher priced Cosmetics Lancome Clinque and many others Tarte Buxom It Fragrances Body washes Shampoo and Hair Salon just love this store and many more items Check it out .

    Rachael in the salon is the best, she did my daughters hair a full color correction and explained everything so professionally! She is so talented and is HILARIOUS. Best hairstylist in highlands county!
