    Karen is amazing! She is the best in the business! Highest credentials out there! Her work is excellent and she is more than fair...always doing more than the time allows or than what you paid for...and has the best prices hands down to begin with.     An awesome experience! I asked Karen to apply permanent eyeliner today. She knew her stuff, clearly very dedicated to her craft with many years in the business, had a steady hand and did lovely work. Im so pleased. My best friend was with me and is planning to have lip liner soon. Her salon is a refreshing and sweet place with painted and fresh florals inside and out surrounded by a white picket fence. When my friend and I left, I felt like wed made a new friend. Without hesitation I would recommend Karen to anyone who is looking for makeup and laser hair removal.

    I go to Karen for electrolysis and laser hair removal. I have been completely satisfied with her service, the pricing and especially the results! She is very flexible with the scheduling to accommodate my schedule and always gets me in quickly.     I have been to Karen a couple of times for Electrolysis. She is definitely the best I have been to in the almost 4 years of receiving Electrolysis for permanent hair removal. In the times I have seen her, she has done more than the years I have spent going to other people. Hands down Karen is the best in the business.     Before moving to Tampa and meeting Karen, I had been going to a highly rated electrolysis in Orlando for over a year and a half. I had some results for sure, but once I started going to Karen the results were AMAZING!!! After only a few treatments, I am now almost completely hair free. I want to cry because Im so happy! I wish there was some way to communicate what she has been able to do for me in such a short amount of time (growing a beard at 35 is NOT hot or good for any womans self-esteem -DONT PLUCK OR THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!!!). I also tried several other electrolysis locations in Tampa before going to Karen, and by far she is the best I have found in both the Tampa AND Orlando areas. In full transparency, Karen and her business location are a little unconventional, but do yourself a favor and GO ANYWAY. She may not be located in a fancy spa with lavender floating through the air, but she blows all her competition away! Ill trade a little fancy for Karen ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Karen is an artist and truly knows her craft. Beyond that she is incredibly honest. She isnt going to try and milk her treatments or preform a service on you that she doesnt feel will yield the best results (I spent $6K on laser treatments 8 years ago that made almost no difference - laser is NOT for everyone). Oh and on top of everything, she works 7 days a week and is always willing to find availability that suits your schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen to anyone!!

    Karen is the most experienced medical electrologist Ive ever come across. She has been doing this for 35 years. I found out that she is talented in EVERYTHING from permanent makeup, skin care and facials, and waxing. I cant believe how much hair disappeared on my stomach after just one visit. Its personal one on one care, she sterilizes everything before the next customer comes in, keeping each patient safe from the virus. She is absolutely terrific at every service she performs.Karen is also beyond accommodating as she took a last minute appointment for me at 7pm because I was going out of town in the morning. I cant recommend her enough! She is just the nicest lady youd ever want to meet. She makes me feel so comfortable and taken care of each time I come in. You know that the minute youre in her chair. You can tell she really cares and goes above and beyond.

    Karen is very experienced and trained and that is the most important to me. I feel very comfortable knowing that Im in capable hands. She gives personal service and I like knowing that she will be the one I will see, and not someone else in her salon. She is always available no matter what my schedule is. Her prices are more than reasonable in comparison with other centers, and is well within my budget. I have been mainly having laser hair removal done, bikini laser,underarms, etc., but I plan to do alot more skin care treatment because I have come to trust Karen and know she is very well trained, and I have seen other services done on her clients and Im very impressed. I also have my eyebrows waxed by her and she does a perfect job every time. I dont trust anyone else doing my eyebrows anymore because I havent been able to find anyone who will do them right, but Karen does them perfectly.     I went to Karen for permanent eyeliner and she did such a thorough job. I was really impressed by how she stood by her work, giving me the touch-ups I needed.     I am getting married in August to the love of my life. I really wanted to look beautiful for our special day so I wanted to get a facial. I researched many places and I realized that many places did not have all the certifications that a person in that position needed. I found Karen and she was not only extremely certified and was awarded many citations for good business, she really cared about me. Karen did such a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable. She is so very sweet and professional. I noticed when I was there the appointment before me had her eyebrows and eyeliner done with permanent make up and she looked beautiful. She also has a certified doctor who comes in on Wed. and works with the clients who wants other services like botox. I am very impressed and want to go back very soon to have more services done.     Karen is so thorough with her work. I truly believe she is the only aesthetician in this whole area who is really knowledgeable about ethnic skincare and electrolysis/laser hair removal/permanent makeup. She also listens and spends time to get to know her clients and what their needs are. I am so pleased with her work, I cant even describe how grateful i am to be receiving her services. Her prices are very reasonable. I went to a well known doctor in this area who claimed he knew how to do laser hair removal for ethnic skin, but did not, and i wasted so much time and money with him.     I’m transitioning from FTM and I was scheduled for phalloplasty which is bottom surgery. The typical Donor site is the forearm however I chose my thigh so the scaring isn’t visible to the public. Karen provided me with Electrology which was the most important step prior to surgery. It’s suggested during consultation to get hair removal done a few months prior to the surgery to insure all the hair is permanently gone. During my time with Karen, she explained to me that hair grows in cycles pretty much. it takes about 6 weeks for hair to regrow in the area after the session is finished. There’s obviously a lot of hair to be removed so it’s going to take a few sessions to clear it all in the donor area. Give or take maybe 10-15 sessions. (This is just me and varies from person to person) Karen is sweet and provides a nice conversation during the session but sometimes it’s also nice that I can listen to music during my session . I lost my numbing cream and Karen had extra, and Let me use it along with ice which REALLY helped. She obviously cares about her clients and wants to ensure as minimum pain as possible. She works very fast and I’ve never had any issues as far as the appointments not being on time or anything. Overall amazing experience and I encourage everyone to go to Karen for hair removal especially is your transitioning from MTF or FTM, as she’s experienced and deals a lot with the LGBT community. Highly recommend!

    Karen is beyond words. I have been going to a laser hair removal place called Be Bellus Wellness. After almost 12 sessions I wasnt seeing the results I should of.     GET SERVICES DONE BY HER BEFORE SHE RETIRES AND MOVES!! I got permanent lip tinting by Karen. I was extremely nervous, because it’s done with an ink gun (the same equipment used for tattoos) I was nervous about the pain and what the outcome would be. Karen was amazing with the entire process. She helped me pick the most perfect color that fits me (very soft and natural). She made sure I was comfortable and kept applying numbing cream to help with the process. She did an amazing job!! She’s clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in all that she does. The color is exactly what I described to her that I wanted. Karen has such a sweet comforting spirit about her. I’m so glad I went to her!! She said she will be retiring and leaving the state within the next couple of months. If you’re contemplating Getting anything done by her, do it now before she leaves!     Ive been to many electrologists throughout my life due to moving. Karens work tops them all. Unique to her, is her ability to see the whole picture. When working on the face, for example, it can look very unnatural to have just one area done (i.e. sideburn or cheek area) because of demarcation lines created on your face. She is the only electrologist Ive gone to that works on other areas to create the proper blend. Karen also works quickly, which is so important when getting electrolysis. You leave knowing youve gotten your moneys worth. Her prices are competitive with other services in the area.Karen is straightforward and honest with her work, which I value. She has also been very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and lastly always has your best interest in mind.

    I rarely write reviews. I have been doing business with Karen, the owner in this one person shop for nearly two years. I am pretty good with my makeup but struggle with unruly eyebrows and shaping them correctly.Oh the compliments I have received on my permanent eyebrow cosmetic microblading since she did the work 3 months ago! It has been so good for my self confidence! It took her a while to convince me to have it done. I am so glad I took her recommendation. She consulted with me on the exact color for my hair , complexion and eyes. Her advice on advance prep and post procedure care were spot on. I did have some electrolysis by her two weeks prior to the eyebrow treatment. I was scared at first but it wasnt nearly as bad as I imagined. She stands by her work too!

    I have been going to Karen for electrolysis and laser hair removal for the past year and I am ecstatic with the results! I had pretty ferocious hirsutism which with five visits has now all but become unnoticeable, and with each visit I see further results. She is not only very professional, but a warm and pleasant lady who cares about her clients. I have a very busy schedule and she is usually available for me within a day of me calling for an appointment.     I was visiting the St.Pete area and decided to look for an electrologist who uses a needle on white whiskers instead of the laser that folks back home seem to prefer.(Lasers just dont do the job on dark hairs, folks) I found Karen in the phone book and went for a treatment. I was so pleased with the results that I went back a 2nd time. She explained her blend method and it made sense, but in truth it really did the job! My lip area and chin line are nicely cleaned up and looking great. And I wasnt sent home with clusters of red dots to show for my time and money. I realized that one reason I returned to Karens shop was that I felt I could trust her talents and techniques. Shes efficient, welcoming and earthy and I knew I was in good hands.     Karen has been doing my permanent eyeliner for almost 10 years and Ive always been pleased with the outcome. She is a perfectionist and ensures that my liner is exactly as Id like it. Very natural looking and I only need an occasional touch up. A few years ago, Karen was out of town and I foolishly went to another woman that a friend recommended. Just a touch up turned into a nightmare! My liner was black and bold and uneven and I was stuck with it. When it didnt fade after almost 3 years and started turning blueish, I called Karen for help. She came through as always. She was able to remove most of the liner from my botched job using a saline method in a few sessions. I had no idea removal was possible or I would have called her immediately. I am waiting to fully heal and then I will go back to my trusted friend to have a more tasteful liner applied. She is truly an artist and I will only go to Karen for my permanent majeup needs. Be careful out there...so many people claimimg to know what they are doing and this stuff is pretty much forever.     I was REALLY tired of eyeliner and eyebrow pencil....A close friend of mine had her eyebrows and eyes lined beautifully and suggested I schedule an appointment with Karen.     I was having some troubles with my ears so a friend suggested I try ear candling. Through a referral I was told to call Tampa Bay Laser Hair Removal. I spoke to Karen the owner and right away I knew she knew her stuff. She was very confident and educated on the subject. The challenge was she was in Seminole and I lived in Brandon (40min away). I called around a few other places and not only were they cheaper but closer than Karens place. Now I dont know about you but I dont look for the cheapest place in town, however I look for the place with the most value at the cheapest price. All the other cheaper places didnt seem to care about my issue, they just promoted the candling and charge per session. Karen however said that she finishes when the job is done. My gut told me to go with Karen and I am glad I did. She took her time and went above and beyond what any of the other places would have done.     I want to recommend Karen of Tampa Bay Laser! Her Salon is comfortable and clean. Her credentials are impressive! I did a lot of research before I contacted her for Electrolysis to remove a very bad case of facial hair. I found her range of Aesthetic Services to be very broad and of great quality. I attended her Clinic weekly for Permanent Hair Removal and she did the job so well. I had been concerned with possible damage to my pores or some scarring. There was none! I found her price to be better than any others I had received as well. I was so happy with her work that I decided to go ahead and have my eyebrows permanently Tattooed!!! I love the new Eyebrows she gave me. She has a good eye and was able to make my eyebrows just right....not too heavy and shaped perfectly! I am from Canada and even though our Currency is very poor. Right now It costs me an extra 35-40% for everything I purchase I feel this was still good value.     Several years ago, I tried to get laser hair removal done and wasted so much money with barely any results. I was so discouraged that I gave up on it. I went into denial about paying to get any of these services ever again, but I was so sick of having hair.     I am an African American who went to Karen for laser hair removal and was extremely satisfied. Now I have decided to start going to Karen again for facial peels and electrolysis to shape my eyebrows. She does awesome work. She has soo much experience in what she does. She is very talented. I have seen some of her clients who have had permanent make-up done. I have got to say WOW!! Very beautiful and talented work. She is very affordable and she cares about her clients. Ive noticed a major change in my overall facial skin condition since the peels. I struggle with a mild case of adult acne. Yet since her peels, I hardly ever get a pimple. When I do, its only a couple. I have also noticed that my skin pigmentation is evening out and clearing up and getting lighter. I have just gone for my 3rd treatment and I havent gone consistently. I think the 2nd peel I got was over a month and a half ago. I could still see the improvement in my skin.
