    I absolutely love this nail salon. I found it shortly before moving to the state of Florida in 2020 and have been every two weeks ever since. Traci (the manager) and her entire team are so kind and service oriented. Traci also runs a tight ship. Appointments start on time, are wrapped up quickly, and they cater to your needs. She would never double book just to make a buck, as it would cause a customer to have to wait. I love, love, love this salon. Highly recommend.

    Fun new pedicure for beach season! I have been coming to this nail salon for dipped nails and pedicures for nine years. I will never go anywhere else. Tracy is a perfectionist. If anything is ever not just right, let her know. Appointments sometimes a must during season.

    Super clean place. I’ve never had a more thorough pedi. The massage part for legs and feet was at least 20 minutes. They do great work. My pedi is beautiful.

    A really nice place and prices are amazing. I got acrylics and they did break very easily but that was partially my fault since I get them long and I hadn’t taken my acrylic off in a few months so it was already fragile. They do fix your nails for free which is amazing. They care about your nails and told me I needed to give them a break. They also informed me a lot about acrylic care and how often you should get a new set which I didn’t know, I will definitely come back for a new set.

    Traci is a great manager, she knows everyones name and is very talented with artwork. My first experience getting acrylics here wasnt great but she made sure I came back to fix them free of charge. Beautiful nails and happy environment.

    If you are looking for a place to get you nails done this is the right place! Tracy and all the employees are so nice and I am never disappointed with my nails! The spa is also so clean and everyone works so hard to always take care of you! I will be going here forever!

    Once again, as for the past nine (9) years I have had a wonderful experience at Portobello Nails. Tracy is a top-notch efficient manager of her staff, facility and clientele all while performing excellent services. She recognizes the value of your time, a wide variety of products and services are available, Pricing is fair, I’ve never seen or heard a dissatisfied customer And it’s obvious that all of her (Long term) Employees are part of “team Tracy”.     *** I want to edit the review below: My manicurist called me today to apologize for the less than satisfactory service I received last Monday, and to explain some extenuating circumstances that were unknown to me at the time. She was very kind and I appreciated the professionalism in her follow up. I will definitely return to this salon in the future. ***I had dip powder nails done today for the first time and they look great! However, my experience was marred by the manicurist taking 8-10 calls while she was working with me, getting up several times to book appts, take client payments, etc, and culminated in her speaking rapid fire to someone on a final call, then jumping up and assigning another person to finish my nails without explanation. I understand she seemed to be very busy and things do happen. But I waited 5 days for this appointment and feel that in no way did I have her attention during the service. I asked for an option she forgot about, and in general the frenetic nature of our interaction felt the opposite of relaxing. There was debris under my nails I had to ask to have removed after the new manicurist indicated that I was ready to go.Since there were a couple of employees standing in the back of the salon, I suggest the manager consider delegating some of this multitasking while working with clients. Dip powder nails are expensive, and it seems reasonable to expect that a client have the greater part of the nail technicians attention for the duration of the service. That has not been my experience here twice in the past, as a matter of fact with the gentleman who works there it was excellent, so I can only hope this was a one off.

    I absolutely love this salon. I started getting my nails done regularly about a year ago and I don’t go anywhere else. Traci has a TON of color options- she even has more than she is able to have samples for. The salon is clean and has a very relaxing vibe. Traci also recently renovated the entire salon with brand new chairs, floors, tables, and more. Traci treats her customers like good friends and I look forward to seeing familiar faces every month and picking out a fresh new color combo (which Traci is also extremely helpful with).

    I visited Portobello Nails and Spa for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. My nails look wonderful and the spa treatments were very relaxing! I had the dipping process done and Traci was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I was so impressed that she offered to answer any of my questions and she even gave me details about what she was doing as she worked on my nails. When I originally made an appointment, I called the shop and was able to get in within the hour. Traci even called me back when she realized that she needed to take a little longer with her current client. I thought that the call back was very professional and kind. I had a pedicure and manicure which were very well done. I will be returning, for sure. The prices are reasonable, but most importantly, I was treated as a valued customer!

    When I compare Portobello Nails & Spa to other salons Ive been to over many years, Id rank them at the very top. The quality of their work is superb and their pricing is very competitive. Appointments are easy to schedule when I need one. The color selection for powder dip is very large, which is not the case in many salons. Its a very clean and nice salon. And the manager/owner, Tracy, is TERRIFIC!

    Traci runs a top-notch shop . She and all her staff are very attentive and friendly. I’ve been a customer for close to 10 years and even though I’ve moved away from Seminole I make the trip because of the way Traci treats all her customers like family and knows most everyone by name. She always asks about my Son who I used to take with me when I first started going. . Traci does the Dipping Power on my Natural Nails ( I no longer need any tips ). Holli does my Pedicure ( I always splurge for the monthly special) and my legs and feet always feel awesome afterwards. If your looking for a place to get some pampering this is the place .

    Incredible customer service and nails from Portobello nail spa every single time! All of the nail technicians at this super clean spa are high quality, attentive, and most importantly they speak with you multiple times throughout the service to ask you questions about your preferences and ensure the end result is exactly what you want. Traci and her team are a pleasure, very kind to every customer and I saw them great with kids as well! Can’t recommend enough for a great nail experience.

    I came here once to get my nails done just for a vacation with no intention of continuing to get them done after I came home but Portobello is so great Ive been coming back for almost 6 months now! I get dip manicures with Traci and she is awesome!! She is so friendly, she does a great job on my nails, and she does them super quick. Everyone there is so nice and professional and the salon is always sparkling clean. They are usually very busy but are still so accommodating to walk ins too! I would definitely recommend Portobello Spa to anyone! :)

    First time in this area and I was so relieved to find a great salon. Got there on time for my appointment and was seated immediately along with my mom and sister. Pedicure was only $20 and great. Staff was extremely friendly and salon was clean, quiet and professional. The tools and towels were all new and cleaned and you can tell management works great. Will definitely come back if I can.

    Traci and her team are top notch. I’ve been coming to this salon since the first week they opened over 5 years ago. I’ve never found a nail salon that I love as much as this one. Service is exceptional, prices are very fair, facility is extremely clean, and they have tons of color selections. Traci goes out of her way to make sure the clients are comfortable and satisfied.     Traci does my nail dip, and Ive never loved my nails more! Her attention to detail is amazing, and she even created a custom color for me! The pedicures make my feet pretty and are very relaxing, too! They deliver friendly, professional service. This is your nail salon!

    Two years ago I found a wonderful nail salon Portobello Nails and Spa. The instruments used for the pedicure are sterilized by the autoclave (the safest way to make sure the instruments are sanitized.) Call for an appointment and your time is respected.     Today was my second visit to Portobello Nail Salon and I am very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure . My first visit, I had the SNS dipping process and really liked it. Today, I called for an appointment and spoke to Traci and told her that I had some questions about the dipping process. Traci answered all my questions, she explained the entire process as she was applying the product to my nails. My nails look beautiful and very natural. Holly did my pedicure and again, I am very satisfied. The Salon is very clean as are the utensils they use. I do plan on returning to Portobello Nail Salon and I will also be recommending them to family and friends.

    I’ve been going to Portobello Nails and Spa ever since I moved to Seminole. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Traci the owner is beyond amazing with every customer. She’s friendly, professional, hardworking and really gets to know her customers. She has endless amounts of colors to choose from and also learns what you like and can recommend something that she’d think you’d like. And she’s spot on every time. She knows I’m into pinks and recommends a new one for me everytime. I moved to Fort Myers for college and I refuse to find a new nail salon. I drive home every 3-4 weeks just so Traci can do my nails. If that’s not saying how good Traci is, I don’t know what can. Definitely recommend her and her salon to anyone!

    We came in with a group of 6 girls. We got service immediately. Hands down the best hour long pedicure Ive ever had. Jenny was amazing and thorough. I wish we could be regulars. The staff makes everyone comfortable and is very personable. And the prices are great which allows for a bigger tip! Thank you for making our fingers and toes look pretty on our vacation.

    Tracy and her team go above and beyond for their clients! My mom and I have been with Tracy since they opened in Seminole. Even for my wedding, we had Portobello Nails and Spa booked out with nail appointments for ourselves, the bridesmaids, and extended family members. Highly recommend!

    I have been going to Portobello Nails & Spa for 2+ yrs when Ha Ha relocated there. It is double the distance from the previous salon I used to go to, but so worth it! HaHa has been taking care of my pedicures and manicures for 7+ yrs. He is professional and funny and knows his stuff. The salon is owned by Traci who is sweet and kind and treats everyone like family! As a matter of fact, it is a family owned business. She remembers all of the clients names and always asks how you are etc.. She is genuine! The spa is clean, everyone is professional and they strive to be on time so that you never have to wait past your appt time. Prices are good and I see no reason to go anywhere else. You should definitely check them out!

    My bridal party went to Portobello Nails and Salon for our wedding nail needs! Unfortunately almost half of the girls who were planning on coming were not able to make it, so I was concerned the staff would not be happy with us when we arrived. It was quite the opposite! The women who provided our manicures and pedicures were wonderful! Many of the girls said it was the best they had! The staff even provided us with Champagne and Dunkin Donuts! I highly recommend this nail salon! They made it fun and did a great job!

    Mary gave the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! I love that they offer different options for pedicures. My 10 year old daughter got the classic and I got the deluxe. Mary gave me an amazing leg and foot massage! Bella did a superior job with my daughter’s pedicure as well!! I plan to go back for a manicure tomorrow. 😉

    Ive been going to Portobello Nails for years but recently moved out of the area. I have tried other nail salons all over Pinellas County to find one closer to where I live now, but have not found any salon that is as clean and with such friendly, personal staff as Portobello Nails. Its worth it to me to drive 45 minutes to Seminole to continue to get my mani & pedi at Portobello Nails.

    After researching nail shops all over Pinellas county and having been to quite a few this is definitely my favorite!! The shop is clean and professional, I was greeted when I walked in the door and they were able to take me right away. Jenny was able to answer all my questions about SNS powder dipping (I had never heard of it since I normally get shellac/gel polish) and they are very reasonably priced. Jenny did a GREAT JOB and I will definitely be returning to see her again!!! My nails look and feel great and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted!!!! Awesome job Jenny!!!!!!

    I usually don’t like people touching my feet, but this was a great experience! The spa was well staffed, and everyone was so friendly.     AWH-MAZING! It was my first time to try this salon and I brought my Mom as a daughter / mother day out. Since the moment we walked in, the entire staff gave us such a warm welcoming that you can feel the sincerity and genuity behind their words. Mom and I did pedicures -- the Deluxe Spa is so worth it! The place also gets busy, so book your appointment! Mom and I are so happy with this place; we are definitely coming back!

    Wonderful first visit! Traci welcomed my mother and I once we entered the salon. Holly did my mother’s pedi , mani and eyebrows. She was very good and sweet. Tammy did my pedi and design on toes which I absolutely loved,! Ha did my gel mani and he had me laughing the entire time. Everyone was just wonderful! Even the customers were friendly!     The first time I came to this shop it was for help. I had gone to a salon that damaged my nails and Traci fixed them. She has grown my nails with the sns dipping powder. My nails are now long and healthy. I never had nails before. This place is great. Traci sincerely cares about her clients.

    This was one of the best pedis I have ever had. And for only $25. the tech really spent alot of time making it a relaxing experience. I live in chicago and havent had a leg and foot massage even if I have spent $50 for the full treatment. Every time I come back to this area, I will make this a definite stop.

    They are definitely on top of things with social distancing and infection control measures. The girl who did my nails did a good job, but two weeks later they arent lasting as long as my previous place--3-4 weeks!

    This is a nice place to get a mani pedi. Unfortunately my gel nail didnt last longer than a week, my nanas chipped by a week too, but that wont hinder my review. Its still a great place I will go back to again!!

    Tina is amazing. I went in for a pedicure on my vacation, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be back to the area, not only for the beach but also for the pedicure!

    I have been going to see Tracy since the day I moved from New York state in 2016 I will not let anyone else touch my nails even when I moved 40 minutes away I would still drive to see her they treat you like family when you are there everyone is so nice and warming I also get the best pedicures Holly knows which one I get Everytime I walk in door I just sit back and relax I recommend them to everyone I know Cant wait to see you all again in couple weeks

    They are always fantastic. They do a phenomenal job. Make an appointment! Although they take walk-ins, you may have to wait a super long time. They are BUSY!
