    Heather did my first Brazilian Wax! This experience is unpleasant for most people but I must say, she put me at ease and was very professional with explaining everything she was doing. I’m a very satisfied customer and I can’t wait to go back to my next appointment to get myself as smooth as a baby buttcheek!

    Heather is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. She talked me through before, and after care. The entire time I was getting waxed she gave me information on hair growth cycles and so much more. She tests out different wax to make sure you get the best desired results. I will definitely be using heather and her services from now on!

    I highly recommend! I had a full leg, brazilian, and underarm wax. The products she uses are high end, natural, and made a huge difference in my experience and results. Her technique made this the least painful experience i have ever had and i have been to many waxing establishments.

    Loved the environment she made me feel very comfortable for it being the first time, she was gentle made conversation and over all really kind. Wax went amazingly despite it being my first Brazilian she made me feel like I was doing it for a while.

    Heather is amazing! I got the facial of the month and a leg wax, and the experience was great. Her massage during the facial was so relaxing, and she was very thorough making sure she got every hair when doing the wax. She’s very knowledgeable all around, and I would definitely recommend going to her if you want to leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!

    Absolutely love coming here! My Brazilian is always done wonderfully and I feel very taken care of there. I was a little scared the first time but Jess made me feel comfortable and since then I’ve already had 3. My most recent appt was with heather and she a master of wax!     A very welcoming and wonderful experience. This was my first waxing and I was really nervous for it. The environment is super clean, cozy, and cute.     I was impressed with studios bright, spotless, minimalist design and delightful scent. Reasonable service rates. Heather was professional, welcoming and courteous. I hadnt had a bikini wax in a decade, but her chill, empathetic manner set me at ease immediately. She was quick, yet thorough. Highly recommend!     If you want a Brazilian wax and are scared, this is the place to come! The cater to us cowards! Not only did i get the Brazilian but decided to have her do my eyes and lip and i felt literally nothing. The wax they use is superb! I highly recommend Bright Glow for ALL your waxing needs!!!

    Heather is amazing with her clients! I was so nervous to get a wax for the FIRST time, a Brazilian of course 🤦‍♀️ Heather was patient with me and reassuring when ever I would get nervous. She has such a great calming personality that makes a first timer full comfortable, safe and confident within her care. She educated me on the importance of after care and proper maintenance between sessions. She even got me hooked on an awesome skincare brand that she sells within her office and is now a staple in my daily skincare routine!     Recently had my 4th facial and I don’t know why I wanted so long to have my 1st facial. Heather has different facials and add ons to meet your needs and price point. The second thing I liked about Heather is, she has never pushed an add-on. The best thing about Heather is, she loves what she does, shares her knowledge about the procedure and her products, and just an awesome person.I just had the Advanced Anti-Aging and Rejuvenation Treatment utilizing Diamond Microdermabrasion, Ultrasound and Microcurrent Technologies facial and it is amazing. Just what my mature skin needed. I will definitely be having this facial again.

    I’ll start off by saying I have terrible skin, pitted acne scars, redness, adult acne you name it. I always feel self conscious when anyone is close to my face but that is not the case with Heather Ann at Brightglow. From the very first minute I walked in she made me feel very comfortable. I have had 2 facials there now and I do not see myself going to another spa anytime soon. The experience from start to finish is amazing and I leave feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. Heather Ann isn’t just looking to take your money she is truly passionate about helping you with your skin care needs. She gives me hope that maybe one day I will love my skin.     I got the get twisted acne facial along with some microdermabrasion. heathers hands are lovely. this facial was definitely relaxing, even with the treatment of my pesky hormonal acne that likes to pop up on my face. she zapped and extracted, i was never uncomfortable, even through that. her hands are magic lol. the environment she created there is super cozy and clean. she’s thought of everything. she is warm and very easy to talk to. the products she used on my face are amazing too. i WILL definitely be back!
