This salon is great. The location is convenient, the staff genuinely nice/talented and the shop has excellent lighting. My stylist, Casey, is the best. Nobody does it better, and it dont mean a thing if aint got that swing! My hair swings nicely thanks to Casey. Of course, every stylist there is highly trained and qualified. Make an appointment, and you will see!

Emma is amazing! She is upbeat and has a great attitude. She was extremely thorough when trying to get all my grays covered. Her eyebrow waxing and tint was great. This is a high end salon with very friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Crystal is my stylist and she is excellent with cut and color. I started seeing her several months ago and she has been very patient working with me to get my color exactly as I want it. If you have a picture of the color you want she will get it spot on immediately. There prices are fair, especially given that there isnt much competition for quality stylists in the area. I am very pleased with the services I receive and will continue to return on a regular basis. I highly recommend this salon.

I visited Loft 352 on February 25, 2019 looking for a perm. My hair is baby fine, straight as a board, box colored (not professional color) over semi-graying hair and in reasonable condition. I was asked to come in for a consultation prior to the appointment to ensure that a perm would be healthy for my hair and if what I had envisioned was reasonable. My stylist was Greg.The Establishment:Walking in the door, it is a smaller salon, 4 stations in total, I believe. The shop is clean, decorated nicely in a modern feel. The equipment is reasonably new and it felt like a professional establishment. This is a 100% Aveda salon. For those of you who dont know what that means, Aveda products are used and sold here and from what I understand only Aveda Cosmetology School graduates work there.Employees & Customer Service:From the moment I called on the phone, I was greeted nicely right at 10am (opening time). They managed to fit me in at 11am. When I walked in the door, the manager and stylist were at the counter and were very friendly. Right away, my stylist whisked me off to his station to begin the consultation.Stylist - Greg:Greg was outgoing, friendly, funny as could be. He evaluated my hair with interest, looked at the photo I brought him as a guide, and discussed my options with me. I felt like I was a part of the process from start to finish. He proceeded to wash my hair and I got the best scalp massage I can recall from someone at a salon. He proceeded to wrap my hair for a perm and did it quickly and accurately. He checked on the curls every 5 minutes (because my hair is so fine) and timed the perm perfectly. He used an alternate technique to give me the waves I wanted rather than have it be overly curly. [Side note: while we were waiting on the processing solution, I got a hand massage. Thats never happened before anywhere else!]The Result:Greg is exceedingly skilled. The perm was wrapped with exactly the right amount of tension and he timed it just right. This is the first time Ive gotten a perm where there wasnt *ANY* damage to my hair - absolutely none. With perms, Ive always just accepted that I would have frizz and damage and a trim was always in the near future. Today, I walked away with a *perfect* perm that was wavy and not curly (the way I had requested). In fact, Greg completed the perm from consultation to end result in 2 hours. For those of you unaware, perms usually take 3+ hours in the salon. I was so happy with the results that I scheduled my husband for an appointment before I left.Photo:All waves, no frizz and no damage, its exactly what I was after. Photo was taken about 20 minutes after leaving the salon.Highly recommend! This salon is a gem to have in Spring HIll.

The vibe of these two salons are just untouchable. Just being in such a free spirited atmosphere makes the entire experience. The love these people put into their work makes every single service done here amazing. Going to a salon isn’t just about the end result. From the second you walk in till your cashing out is vital also. The employees are always so cheerful so pleasant they give you far more than a beauty service. They give you an amazing conversation or advice into situations. Loft 352 is the cruelty free version of a hair salon. So far I’ve had a few different services. My latest being my absolute favorite. I came in with a picture and and idea and Jessica made it happen. She spent hours working her magic. I walked out feeling like a brand new person and I will forever brag on her work and the love you feel the second you walk in.

Dominique is amazing! I would 15/10 recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done. She was able to completely change my hair in one session and make it look amazing when other stylists at different salons couldn’t in 3-4 sessions. I loved my experience here! I have long and thick hair, I have previously bleached my hair blonde and wanted to go back to dark hair. Kelly had her work cut out for her but she did an amazing job. I wish I could give 10 stars to the Mariner blvd location! My hair had become extremely thin and damaged looking do to a chronic illness. I wanted a hair cut that would make the thinning look less noticeable. Something to make me feel better about looking in the mirror. Andrea listened to my concerns and the type of cut I was thinking of. She talked to me about what would look best with my thinning hair. Suggested products that would make my hair feel less damaged. WOW! I cannot believe how great my hair felt and looked. Andrea not only made my hair look beautiful she made me feel beautiful again! I was so over whelmed in a great way. Was in Spring Hill on business and had been forced to cancel my appointment in my home town with my favorite Aveda salon. Called Loft 352 because of their good Google reviews. Was not disappointed! They got me in with Nicki and she did an awesome job. My hair is shoulder length, Im 50 plus years of age and my hair has its challenges. Nicki worked her magic and made my hair look fantastic! I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I LOVE this salon so much. Very clean, super friendly staff, really takes the time to listen and make hair magic happen. I see Olivia and my gosh that girl is amazing. She really loves what she does and cares about her clients concerns and ideas. She was very helpful and totally understood what i was looking for as a color and cut. And did my eyebrows spot on (ive had problems in the past with salons cutting way to much or making my eyebrows even more of a mess). Ive never been to a salon that is as awesome as this one. I had an AMAZING experience here!!!! I just changed from my old salon that I’d been going to for years because I’d been disappointed the past few visits...I heard good things about Loft 352 and decided to give them a try. I’ve been wanting a perm for months, but I’ve been nervous about the potential damage and curl patterns I might end up with. I talked to Kim for a consultation, and she immediately relieved all my worries. I could tell she really listened to my concerns and was very realistic about how she expected my hair to react. She spent time and attention ensuring that I got exactly what we discussed. I was SO happy with the outcome!!! My hair was almost completely free of damage and the curl pattern was absolutely beautiful. It’s held up incredibly well; I’m in love with the shape, pattern, and health!!!! 100% recommend Kim and Loft 352

I absolutely ADORE Loft 352! Plus, their new location looks amazing. The lighting is much better and the atmosphere is very modern-chic. Paul is my favorite stylist, and I always love how my hair turns out. He does my daughters hair, as well. They are accommodating and helpful. The retail area is very nice and has a large selection of products. While they do suggest products for me to buy, I never feel like I have to purchase something (although I only use their products for my hair and face care). I highly recommend this salon to all of my friends! This is an upscale salon, so while walk ins can sometimes be accommodated, it is not really a walk-in place. Because it is upscale, the price is more than you would pay at a lower end salon, but well-worth every penny I have every spent there!

Jenisa is amazing (but really all of the stylists are). She listened to my wants and needs - I have very fine hair - and gave me exactly what I have been looking for. I havent been this happy with my hair in YEARS! I also love that Loft 352 is an Aveda salon where I know Im going to have products used on me that are plant derived and not full of harsh odors and chemicals. I have been going to Loft 352 for a little over 2 years. From the moment you walk in the entire staff is courteous, obliging, and treats you like family. Greg is my hair savior and I adore him; he makes sure I am satisfied with the color and cut even though sometimes I can be a difficult patron. I love that he is creative with the color and is always trying new things to make sure the color stays in as long as possible. If you are looking for a great salon experience in Spring Hill, this is it!

The most professional Salon for color and cut I have experienced in a while. The indefatigable staff go beyond a 100% to make sure you are a VIP to them, from your first initial contact and when you become a regular (guarantee it), They dont take you for granted and most important they listen. They dont push any products or services you dont need. Friendly, attentive, cheerful, courteous, and accommodating says it all. Plus all their services and products are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and the service is wonderful. Jenisa does amazing work she is a true artist! The only thing I did not like was how dark it is inside the salon it needs some better lighting and a lighter and brighter color on the walls. I understand what the owners are trying to go for as far as the look of the place but when you cant see the beauty and true color of your newly highlighted hair until you go outside it is a true disservice to the customer as well as the hair stylist that did an amazing job!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!While on a quick visit to Spring Hill, I was able to get an appointment with Nikki. Loft 352 has a poised, yet accepting, atmosphere and immediately draws you in with it’s infectious style and casual vibe. Communication between staff members was seemless and everyone knew their role. I was highly impressed that the manager knew so much about the products. It was refreshing to see a professional behind the desk rather than a college student working part-time. My hair came out AMAZING and if I lived closer, Nikki would definitely be my new go-to. Ive been getting my hair cut at loft 352 for several months now and the service is first class, their skill level is more than noticeably higher than other stylist locations around and Ive never had an awkward or uncomfortable moment with any stylist. Theyre very good at helping you get the style youre looking for and theyre very helpful with teaching you how to maintain it. The price tends to be a little higher than other stylists but in this instance you do get what you pay for. Id recommend them to any male or female looking to get their hair cut, Styled or colored. Jenisa melendez and Nikki Vizer are amazing at what they do and Id recommend them to anyone.

I popped in to the salon to purchase some Aveda products and I was surprised how welcome the staff made me feel. Being that I wasn’t a client, I really didn’t expect much. I thought I’d be pointed in the direction of the products and that would be it. The manager really made this pop in purchase an experience to remember. She was incredibly knowledgeable about products. I honestly felt her service went above and beyond - she listened to what I was wanting to get out of my products and tailor picked exactly what I was after. Her manner alone has made me want to book my next appointment here. And I will!!

Another great Aveda Salon! I was a regular at another Aveda Salon but decided to find one closer to my home. I found this one in Spring Hill and liked Jenisas portfolio the best. Today was my first appointment with her, for a root touch-up, protein treatment, cut and style. I am very pleased! My hair looks and feels beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be a regular of Jenisas! Very professional and attentive to what I was asking for, helped me figure out what was best for me but didnt try to up-sell me a service I didnt need. Which I appreciate. I always recommend the Aveda product anyway, but I also highly recommend Jenisa and Loft 352. Friendly staff and nice, clean, fun atmosphere. (and wine!)

I LOVE coming here. Aveda is a line of all natural products, including dyes, shampoos, make-up, candles, spas. They can do balyage, have colors of the rainbow. Im allergic to other hair dyes so when I found Aveda it was a life saver to my scalp and face.I have my hair done here every 8-10 weeks including coloring and cuts. Even had an up-do once.Jenisa has been great in educating me about my hair and how to get it to do what I want. I always get compliments on my hair.Everyone in the salon is fun to talk to and joke around with, and finally so supportive.
