I cannot speak highly enough about this salon. Truly everyone is welcoming, kind, and happy to help! Today, I was in a rush, and they literally had 3 people blow dry my hair in order to get me out on time.Shelby absolutely kills it every SINGLE time. She works with my schedule even when it’s tricky! She’s honest, caring, and truly is an artist. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I absolutely love her! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. The first time I saw her she did a huge correction on permanent hair dye and added highlights; now we did a balayage. She is also doing my brows and lashes! Shelby is truly a do it all kinda stylist, I’m so glad I have her!

I found this salon originally for my partner after a bad experience at another place. They were able to get her in last minute and she LOVED her hair with Kayla Since then we’ve been coming 3 hrs out of town for this place.At my first appointment my stylist, Kylie, has been super clear about my hair color goals and how we can get there. And.. surprise! I was surprised with a holiday gift from the salon and they were able to get me in for a complimentary manicure. As someone who doesn’t do this kind of thing a lot, I was excited and ready to do it! That manicure with Bobbi was perfect!! She’s so personable and good at her job.We’ve had such positive experiences here that I’m writing this as I’m walking out the door!

Danielle is absolutely amazing! We scheduled an appointment for our daughter to get her hair cut, which is always hard due to her being Autistic. Danielle made sure to find a time in her schedule that was less crowded for our daughter. Our daughter had a difficult day at school and we thought we were going to have to reschedule the appointment. She was so understanding and gave us a couple of options if it was going to be too much for our daughter that day. Once we arrived, she was so friendly, patient and made our daughter feel at ease, especially after a hard day. She took her time and showed our daughter everything she would do before she even started. Our daughter even requested bangs and we went with it. She looked so cute and Danielle did an absolutely amazing job. She even offered to fix anything if we noticed it wasn’t even once we got home. We highly recommend this salon and Danielle!

I moved here a year ago and we all know it is hard to find a new salon that does your hair just right. In fact I tried 3 other salons in Spring Hill and NPR but I always had some challenges. Thankfully everything was perfect at Nikkole Michaels Salon! It is an amazingly friendly yet professional place that rises above anywhere I have been in 30 years. Right when I walked in I was given a tour of the Salon and Spa. So many people helped me throughout my visit. But most amazing was Kendra who was so experienced and confident to take my messed up and overprocessed hair and make it look spectacular. I have received so many compliments. The color, cut, style, and treatment were all exactly perfect.

When I walked into this place I didn’t know what to expect immediately was greeted by the lovely staff and my hair stylist Kayla. This was my first time ever getting my hair done professionally. I was very nervous, but Kayla was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable she had asked what my vision was and explained what was best for me and explained the process. I knew right away I was in great hands. I can’t find words to say how happy I am with my hair. Kayla left me beautiful she did an outstanding job for sure over exceeded my expectations and will definitely be coming back again. Totally worth the money. I highly recommend Kayla and this salon.

If i could give 10000 stars i would! i had the loveliest experience here. the receptionist was so unbelievably helpful when i called about an appointment! my account was all set up, and i had an appointment there in 15 minutes after calling! the wonderful girl Kayla who did my hair is a true artist! i can’t stop staring at my hair. feels so healthy and looks so amazing. Kayla made me feel so comfortable and did the most outstanding job! Thank you ladies!!!

Shelby was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted and gave me feedback on it. I totally trusted her. Opinion and she blew it out of the park. I felt and still do feel amazing with my hair. She curled it for me when the color was completed and it hadnt been curled in years. I loved it so much that I bought a wand and do it myself from time to time. Shelby took great care of my head and hair! I will be back. Thank you Shelby.

Danielle did my hair. She was super cool. She was kind and funny. We had a nice chat while she cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows. Highly recommend anybody who’s looking for a new salon to go here. Everyone here is so nice. I also have a disability. I am legally blind, and they did not hesitate at all to read things to me if I needed them to. Also, when it was time to pay, they didn’t give me a hard time when I needed help. I can’t wait to to go back!!!!!!

Danielle is excellent at what she does. When she was in Colorado she would cut my hair. Every time she cut my hair the conversation was great and I left feeling beautiful. When I was freshly postpartum she gave me a beautiful cut and curled my hair and made me feel like not just a mom for the first time in weeks. I highly recommend her services and am so sad to not have her here anymore!

TLDR; I love every experience I have here with Marleigh. And a quick shout out to Bianca and Kayla for making a long process so much fun!I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here so far. My boyfriend had been here before me and he recommended I see Marleigh. At first I was a little worried because I had already done a lot of damage to my hair and was working on repairing it. I wanted to get my natural curls back and learn to properly take care of them. Our first appointment was amazing. Marleigh communicated every step of the way and made sure that she understood my goals. I would show/tell her my vision and she would execute it PERFECTLY every time. I can say that I have not left the salon once disappointed. I leave every time with my confidence boosted and absolutely in love with my hair. This last appointment I changed up my look quite a bit. I went from my natural color to the perfect tone of teal and dark brunette/black. It was a long and tiring process, but Marleigh kept a good spirit. Bianca and Kayla (I hope I’m spelling their names right) were also involved in keeping up the good vibes and were so so sweet and fun, hyping both Marleigh and myself. The girls in the salon clearly work well together and I always enjoy my spa day.

Today I meet with my hairstylist III, Jen, the receptionist Roe, and Jens assistant Hanna. All very personable, pleasant fun people to work with. I was impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism.I felt relaxed and in good hands from the moment we met. They accommodated my special request to look like the Most Interesting Man in the World. A character played by actor Jonathan Goldsmith in Dos Equis beer commercials a few years ago.The challenge was accepted and met with positive enthusiasm by the entire staff, which really set me at ease. The whole effort was to appease my daughter and surprise her for her wedding. An inside joke... I must admit as an old 67 year old doctor of Geology, and ex-Apache attack helicopter pilot, disabled military VeteranI had never considered a hairstylist, or manicure, etc. until my daughter upcoming wedding event.I have always been used to getting down and dirty, cuts, scrapes, sweat, and being a bit of a mess from climbing around rocks, hill scopes, digging up hazardous waste, living in the desert with my attack unit. So this was all new to me and my side kick Veteran service dog Levi.They all loved my service dog Levi, and he loved them.Jen commanded the operation with the military precision of a well seasoned XO executive officer. With confidence, imagination, and foresight. She attacked to challenge like an artist confident in every stoke, every cut of genus. A master at work. And the results were magnificent and priceless...I am so very pleased and delighted with the results. I cant wait to surprise my daughter and walk her down the asile. A milestone in our lives. I have gotten my hair done by Marleigh probably 50 times now and let me tell you, she NEVER disappoints! She is truly amazing at her job and you can tell with her patience and positivity that she genuinely loves her job and doing hair so much. Marleigh always makes me so comfortable and she is so great with all of her clients. She is absolutely the best stylist I have ever been with (I’ve been with a lot). Again Marleigh is amazing and will take such great care of you and will ALWAYS do a great job with your hair. I have been going to this salon for awhile. They have excellent customer service and everyone is always so friendly. I have been using the same hair stylist for awhile but she wasnt available when I needed to get hair done so I had to try someone different. I always get nervous about trying out different people but I was impressed. Janet is very thorough and dedicated to her work. She is also very friendly and informative. I was visiting from Maine, and was looking for a salon/spa last minute, (I called on 12/26, hoping to make appointments for 12/27), to accommodate two adults and 4 girls. My husband, son, and grandson were going fishing and I wanted to surprise the girls with a, “Spa Day!” Oh My Goodness, Nikkole and Michael!s was my second phone call, “Jackpot!!” What an AMAZING Place! All of us had our hair and nails done, and my daughter-in-law and the three older girls,(10,13,14), had highlights, my youngest granddaughter,(4 yrs. old), and myself had a shampoo and blowout!The folks at this salon were so accommodating, they actually fit in the 10-year old’s highlights, because there was no room at booking. They allowed me to bring in food & drinks, and set up a little buffet for all to enjoy!! All the stylists were Wonderful and All worked together to make our day enjoyable, while taking care of other customers! There was one person doing manicures, and she accommodated all six of us and found time to wax my eye brows!We thought the facility was clean, well attended to, and roomy! Our Son’s family live in Weeki Wachee, I am sure they will frequent this salon! I know, that when I come back to visit, I would go back! Thank You Everyone at Nikkole and Michael’s for an unforgettable experience!! I’m still impressed with how friendly and accommodating you all were!

Joe did a great job! My brother and I were in the area and met Joe. He invited us to come in for a cut. We obliged him and came right over. We were greeted professionally and promptly. Joe did a fantastic job fixing a botched beard cut my brother received the day prior at another shop. While I was there I also got a beard trim and a hot towel shave. I’m very happy with the services at this salon. The staff is great and very friendly.07/05/23I called to see if my son and I could get haircuts on short notice. Of course, Joe was accommodating and said come right over. We arrived and were taken immediately for hair cuts. Our cuts were perfect as usual. Thank you Joe for the great customer service and taking care of us on short notice.

After 23 years on this earth, I had just about given up. Ready to end it all with clippers in hand, moments away from buzzing my hair. Until a sign from GOD pointed me in the direction of Nikkole Michaels Salon & Spa. I decided ONE MORE CHANCE. I was introduced to the lovely hairstylist, Sydnee. She was very kind and an absolute joy. The was able to maintain conversation while delivering what had to have been THE BEST haircut I have EVER received. She was able to make me feel like I was talking to a friend even though before walking through that door, we were strangers. Part of the haircut experience involved an extremely soothing shampoo/head massage. When I finally woke up… I was offered some wine to enjoy the rest of my haircut. Sydnee SAVED my hair and even recommended me the PERFECT hair treatment for my “hair type”. Overall a VERY pleasant experience, I’ve sent multiple people to Sydnee, and I highly recommend you give her a shot!

I always get nervous about trying a new salon but I knew I needed to go somewhere else after a couple nerve racking experiences at the last salon I was going to. The staff here are very professional and friendly. They do a good job keeping the place clean and its nice to see people smiling. Jessica cut my sons hair a couple months ago and he was at complete ease with her and it came out good so I decided to give her a try. I got a partial highlight and cut and it came out great. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

My mom and I are new to the area and tried this salon based on a recommendation from someone in town... It is a little hidden, but it was worth the drive. We both had a great experience. Tammy Russell is a hair wizard. She has been styling my hair and my childrens hair since I can remember. She has the versatility to provide my young adult daughter with funky styles and colors, and my thick one hit wonder hair a vibrant look and color.
