    I LOVE salon 427 in Spring Hill!My daughter (and myself) absolutely adore Miss. Tamra, along with all staff! Tamra is an all around amazing stylist, and person. This was my daughter’s second visit with her- and will not be her last! The environment is super friendly, and welcoming! All clients that leave after their services always seem very satisfied! Highly recommend!

    I am new to the area and took a chance on the salon at the end of the street. Immediately got a great vibe! Stephanie took me back to her chair and went over exactly what I wanted. She took some notes so we were on the same page. Shampoo area is very relaxing! Haircut and blow dry came out perfect! Highly recommend this salon and Stephanie!

    10 out of 10, I cant recommend this place enough! I went in with dry, brittle, frizzy, grey hair, and walked out feeling like a different person. Erika was an answered prayer. I have naturally curly frizzy hair that is so beyond damaged right now, and I walked out of that place feeling like a million bucks. I got to my car and bawled my eyes out. I finally have my confidence back. The salon is beautiful, clean, modern. The music was great! The wash room is what dreams are made of. The hand treatment was a pleasant bonus. Everything smells so amazing there. She explained everything to me, I got a tour of the place, she was very knowledgeable, and she took her time. She was so gentle I faught falling asleep the entire time. I was not expecting this look, and Im still in shock and awe. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! Erika, I cant thank you enough. I had let myself go for the past 4 years, and you just helped fix me. Thank you!

    Can’t express how awesome their team is there! Big thank you to Gina! I have had a journey with my hair and have yet to find a good salon until I found Salon427. She took the time to listen to what I was expecting at the end while also pitching in some great advise. The salon is beautiful and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable throughout your whole session. I left with a smile on my face and that says it all!

    This place is quite simply the tops! Ive been all over looking for a stylist who can do what Christy did for me today. Not only was she friendly, professional, and wonderful with the foils, but she made it her mission to give me exactly what I asked for and then some! The other stylists even came and styled my hair for me without me asking! Im 100% thrilled, so much so I could gush over Salon 427 for hours, but I think the photos speak for themselves. (Important to note: my hair was a drab dark blonde when I went in.) Bless you, Salon 427!!PS Its been awhile since my original post, so Ive added some pictures of the wild and gorgeous work Christy has done for me since. The woman is a treasure!!

    We moved to Fla last June. This was the first salon i had come to..Relaxing atmosphere. Tamara took care of me and i have been coming to this Salon for almost a yr now. Tamara is very sweet, and knowledgeable and always makes me look amazing when I leave.. I am so happy i found her . The whole staff is very pleasant.The Washroom is amazing!!!! softlights , fireplace, music and a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. They also give your hands a nice paraffin wax. If u need a salon..this is the place to be.

    I had gotten my hair done by Tamara and had such an extraordinary experience! I am a mother of three children “ me “ time is so needed and so essential. Tamara made my visit very enjoyable, luxurious, pampering, and personal! Would recommend both salon and hair stylist! Everything was clean and well kept. The shampoo time was very exquisite and unique!

    To say she rocked it is an understatement. Mia was fantastic! So friendly and gave my hair a whole new make over! I am so in love with it.     When you first walk in, youre greeted by the front desk attendant. The hair stylist will take you on a tour of the building, which only takes a couple of minutes (if its your first time).The wash area is amazing, and they will treat you to a paraben hand wax. This is very relaxing and makes your hands feel super smooth.The price depends on the stylist. I had a level 1 $52 and she was awesome.They will also order pizza if your appointment takes a bit longer.

    I brought my two girls in. Im a single father and I got tired of seeing my girls a mess. I tried my hardest but it was time to go to the salon. We had Stephanie and she was awesome with my girls. They loved her ❤️ for everything she did. Thank u Stephanie. We will see u next month.

    Saw all the amazing reviews on yelp and google. So I convinced my mom to get her hair done at Salon 427. One of the owners (Steve) assured me that my mother was in good hands. They have exceeded my expectations! Wow ShelbyThank you! You did a fantastic job on my Mom. I havent seen her so happy with her hair in a long time. She will be back!

    I saw the Paul Mitchell decals on the windows and I knew I had picked the right place. Mikayla (I hope I spelled it correctly) answered the phone and was extremely helpful and knowledgable and scheduled my first appointment at Salon 427 with Erika. I was greeted warmly and with a cold drink! Then asked to complete an intake sheet which was great, it made me feel cared for. Then Mikayala came by and gave me a tour of the salon, a very nice touch! I was familiar with the Paul Mitchell concept, and Salon 427 got it right. I felt comfortable and welcomed. And Erika! I felt heard and confident I was in good hands immediately. She listened and took her time, asking great questions. I had a terrible experience with a haircut a year ago somewhere else and the grow out has been torture. She knew exactly what to do and I could not be happier! The room they take you to for your rinse is a real treat! a reclining chair, low lights, fireplace, essential oil scented towels, and hand paraffin really elevates this experience. Erika again took her time, I didnt have water running down my back or dripping everywhere. Trust me, I am all about the details! and I did not have color staining all over my face and lose half my makeup in the process. And you put like a robe over your clothes and then the usual apron so you dont leave covered in hair or get color on your clothes. Im telling you guys, this place is it. Anytime you see the Paul Mitchell logo, their stylists continue their education constantly. Oh, and Erika took some extra time and showed me how to style my hair using an iron! Dont wait! 5 BIG stars!

    I havent had my hair cut professionally in years. I wanted something new and exciting and thats what I got! It was such a great experience and it was very relaxing. I even got a drink and snacks! Did I mention a neck and shoulder rub?! Yeah it was complementary since it was my first visit. How amazing?! I wish I had before pictures of my hair but here is an after. Thanks Shelby!     Shelby is absolutely amazing! Upon my first meeting with her I knew I was in good hands. Shelby showed me color swatches and was attentive to the look I wanted to achieve with my cut and highlights. She took her time to go over my expectations for the visit. She was very precise when placing the foils in my hair so as to acquire a blended and even look. I was her only client during this whole visit which made me feel very special. She stayed late on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend to finish and her only concern was for me to be happy with the end result. Everyone is so friendly and the salon emits an upbeat atmosphere. The receptionist, Alyssa, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all the questions I had when I called. After finding out more about me she was able to match me with Shelby, which was a perfect fit! Now let me tell you about the wash room! What an amazing and relaxing experience! The room is dimly lit with relaxing music playing and pretty chandeliers on the ceiling. You get a paraffin wax treatment to soften your hands while your stylist washes your hair and massages your scalp. Perfect chance for some me time! If you are looking for a total hair transformation with a relaxing atmosphere and a unique experience then this is the salon for you!

    Not only is the salon such a vibe! But my stylist Gina is AMAZING! when first moving to the area I had such a hard time finding a stylist that understood my hair type, but Gina SHE GETS IT! and I have had such a wonderful experience every time I go in for an appointment, she really listens and is thorough in her explanations and I LOVE that! She’s also super personable and adorable!Love her!

    I avoid haircuts like some people avoid the dentist. But this was wonderful.When I called to make the appointment they asked me lots of questions to choose whom I should see. Melanie was chosen, with long long brunette hair, cut to have interest without much or any styling.Today we talked about my likes, dislikes, and that I often forget to even brush my hair, and live in the messy bun.Melanie then took me to the wash room, a soothing dark room with a wall length gas fire. After a relaxing wash comes the neck massage.Next was layers, drying and styling, which Melanie patiently explained how to style since I don’t have a clue, I didn’t even know what she meant when she asked “would you like your hair smoothed?” We opted for curls, and she explained curling wands from curling irons, and touchable texturizing sprays.It was such a nice experience I think I will actually do it again in a couple months.

    My hair stylist was Gina. this was the best and freshest haircut i have gotten in a while. the store is very clean and modern, and the hair wash station was literally dreamy. she asked me many questions on how i liked my hair and made sure i understood what she was doing throughout. i will be coming back. recomendable definitely for curly hair cuts. she nailed it.

    I have been going to Salon 427 and seeing Shelby R for many years. She has never disappointed, always taken her time, and made my hair a priority during the appointment. I wish I had pictures of all of her amazing work. If youre searching for a new stylist for balayage or color, I recommend setting up a consultation with Shelby. The salon itself is clean and very spacious, they have options to get food and drinks, which is helpful during long appointments, and the rest of the staff is awesome. They are straightforward with their pricing and give you a quote beforehand, so youre not surprised at checkout. Overall, its a great salon!

    Such a talented business! The owner has an eye for hiring great talent and helping the ladies grow their knowledge and talent. I was able to get a last time appointment to have my hair colored and cut. Tamara did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked amazing for a very important wedding I was in. Shelby is another great asset to this company, her hair cutting skills are just so natural. If you are looking for an amazing hair just call and make an appointment and if you have to drive a little way, so worth it!

    UPDATE: Steve reached out to me and immediately addressed the issue. Christy did such an amazing job of fixing my curly hair and made it look good! They truly care for their customers. I never been to a hair salon that made me feel like I matter. I am happy with the results and I will be coming back ( I have been going to them for a couple years). They went above in customer service. You just have to make sure the stylist is experienced in cutting curly hair, just like Christy.They are horrible at cutting curly hair. I get they had to comb my curly hair dry but it was so painful. By the time they washed my hair, my scalp hurt so bad. I lost so much hair from her combing it. She also cut a lot shorter than I wanted. 2 years of curly hair growth, gone!! Her name was Emily.

    When entering,I was politely welcomed & help for my appointment!! Its very clean & they ask you many questions about your hair & how you want it it to look like!! While getting your hair done, theres skin care sitting in front of you to just spray or creams to sample while sitting there! When they take you to the back to wash & rinse & treatments you get a complimentary liquid wax soak for your hands, then they apply the gloves on them while they wash your hair & while such relaxing music is on with dim lighting & the warm of the wax cooling down in the gloves it was fantastic & my hands were so soft!! There very gentle with you too ! I truly will stay as a customer at Salon 427 Emily did a great job on my hair, Ive gotten so many compliments on it & I love it too !! I have been telling alot of friends about this & its the salon to choose! Then Emily helped me with buying the right shampoo and conditioner for my new color and very dry scalp & hair so I needed something with more hydration in it!! Ty again Ill see you next month!!

    Love this place! All of the staff is friendly, attentive & helpful. I can’t tell you how long I’ve been looking for a stylist that can cut curly hair that doesn’t break the bank. My hair has been butchered so many times but not anymore. I found Christy thru someone else with an amazing cut & she sent me to Christy at Salon 427 on 19 next to Target, I’ll never go anywhere else. Christy is so talented & professionally trained. She also knows everything there is to know about product & chemicals. After each cut they take you into this relaxing room to get a hand paraffin wax then sit for a shampoo and head & neck massage that will put you to sleep. I would go there everyday just to have Christy massage my head & neck if I could!If you happen to go see Christy, tell her I sent you & well each get $10 off

    Update: Christy was able to fix me and my sister’s hair. Steve even took the time to reach out to help resolve the issue. Thank you both, they really care for their customers, and even allowed me to come in 6 months to clean up my hair a bit as a complementary. I really appreciate it and left as a happy customer.     This was my first visit to Salon 427 and I was blown away. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by a lovely young lady who offered me water. Tamara spent quality time consulting with me and she did an amazing job creating the exact color and hue of purple 💜 I was going for. . . sort of like a black cherry or cherry coke. She was extremely personable, accommodating and professional and I am so happy with the amazing cut she gave me. The wash house was so luxurious. If youre looking for the best haircut and color in town and to be pampered like royalty, look no further than Salon 427. Also, the price point is so reasonable!

    Tamara Denewith was so experienced she gave my kid the best cut and style. I thought her hair was impossible until I finally had found the right salon and the right person to cut her hair. I felt so comfortable there it was so professional and upscale Im not used to that kind of treatment and a salon in spring hill. The price was right on I was surprised it was that affordable for the kind of service that we experienced. She not only did a great job with the cut and style she actually taught us how to complete the style again later.

    Kris is an absolutely amazing stylist! She is so nice and personable, one of the best stylists Ive ever had. She knows how to style and curl my hair without using heat, which is really hard to do since I have very thick hair. I love coming to salon 427 because they always make me feel like a princess, from the quiet wash room, to the soda and pretty flowers you get when you walk in. Sometimes they push products, but I talked to Ashley and she gave me a whole new understanding of why her company and others push their products. Everyone at this salon is very nice and respectful, if you ever have an issue they will do their best to fix it. Keep it up guys, youre doing great!! I also got the cutest little birthday card, couldnt be happier with my visit

    I’m so happy with the service that I was provided today at Salon 427 all the employees were nice and sweet. As soon as I got there I was offered water andI was assisted ASAP. I had a cut and a beautiful dye done by Shelby Lyn. Her work was perfect and I was so satisfied by the service that she provided me. My hair cut was done beautifully and the color on my hair was done perfectly. She made me feel comfortable and left me looking amazing, I can’t wait to come back to get my hair done and cut with her!     Our first time at the salon was on 3/13 for my daughters birthday, and she & I both couldnt be happier with the services and staff. You really feel they listen & make appropriate style suggestions for your hair. They treated her wonderfully even though she was so shy, and even gave her a cake pop birthday surprise when she was getting shampooed (the shampoo & scalp massage was her favorite part)! When I finally got there for my appointment I had my hair cut by Susie, I made some big changes and she listened to everything I wanted and made it happen.     This salon is beyond amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful, and talks you through everything. I have had very bad luck with salons since moving to Florida, till today! I had the pleasure to work with Shelby Lynn to fix a horrible highlight job from another salon. She explained everything and helped me decide what would work the best and help save my hair. Anyone who knows me knows how important my hair is to me and Shelby was able to bring my hair back and make me feel so much more confident with my new hair.     This place is amazing! Every aspect of the salon has been thought out and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door, they are not your average salon! Jessica was my stylist today and she is incredible! She listened to what I was looking for and educated me along the way! The cost is higher than your chain salons but you’re getting more than just your average wash and cut here! If you’re going to spend money on your hair I highly recommend salon 427!     I had a keratin treatment with Shelby & she is just great! I have been to other salons and they will quote you one thing and then when time to pay, charge you more, but she was upfront with me from the beginning. She was so helpful and explained all the different options to me with the pricing & treatments to fit my best needs. She was kind and patient & my hair came out wonderful! The experience from the moment I walked in the door was outstanding. I also love their hair wash room!

    Christy is an artist. My hair ALWAYS looks like the photo I show as a guide. If you dont have the correct hair type for the photos you show, she will give you her expert advice as to what would suit your hair type. Its always a fun experience going to her salon. Ive been going there over a year and havent been disappointed once. Top notch service and I love the ambiance. The shampoo room is something to experience. Zen is how I describe it.I just went today and I am feeling like a new person.Go and have fun and be all you can be with the awesome staff.     As always a wonderful experience!!! I normally have Mandy who is a complete doll as I love her to pieces. This last time I went I had Erin who was just as great. Was kind of iffy going in to a new stylist but I took the chance and it was great!!! Its always a relaxing atmosphere , as I love the wash room. The music and girls who work their are very welcoming and Steve is amazing. I will NOT go anywhere else to get my hair cut or colored. I always recommend anyone I know to go their as well.     This is the absolute best hair salon I have ever been to. They are all so accommodating and friendly. My hair stylist, Britta, is wonderful. Ive been with her for a year and a half now and several hair cuts. She is great with short hair and pixie cuts, but also with other lengths and hair types. I would recommend this salon to everyone (and I already do recommend it to everyone I have the opportunity to). It is also very nice to see the owners present almost all the time, they are doing an excellent job in their salon and I hope their success continues.

    I was looking on Yelp for a walk-in friendly place that offers blow outs on a Sunday... not easy to find. After a little bit of confusion about the old location on Yelp, I called the salon and was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon!Dustin was an absolute delight! He enthusiastically did my hair as if we were old friends having fun, yet offered tips and tricks along the way. I have naturally very thick, very frizzy and curly hair that is not easy to tame. He got it sleeker and shinier than it’s been in a long time and made it seem effortless- which made the service more enjoyable for me. Many stylists don’t want to do simply a blowout but I felt like Dustin genuinely loves what he’s doing and was there to make me feel great. Well... he did! The whole experience left me feeling light as a feather. It was the perfect Sunday afternoon treat and I will definitely be back!I can’t say enough great things about the salon and level of service. Finally a place in Spring Hill that makes you feel like you’re in a posh big city salon! Cheers!

    This was my first visit to Salon 427. The staff and facilities are awesome! I was treated as though they were happy that I was there.     This salon is fantastic. Everything from booking the appointment to walking out the door was easy, and the staff is all very helpful. Erika took my long, stringy brown mess and transformed it into a beautiful, bouncy blue and purple mane. Entire facility was extremely clean and calm. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and retouches/keep-ups are fairly priced. Would definitely recommend!

    Shelby was my stylist, this was my first time coming to this salon and it was for an all over color and health-trim cut. She was fabulous, I love how the color turned out, love the cut, and she was so sweet and fantastic! They also give complimentary drinks on Saturdays (not sure about the other days of the week), but I was offered a glass of wine, beer, a mimosa, water infused with fruit, and also snacks, all for free! I only had one mimosa and no snacks, but having the option was so nice!! Also, if its your first visit you get 2 upgrades, you can choose the paraffin wax for your hands, a hot towel for your head right after a wash, or massage of some kind (either hand, neck, or scalp, I think). I got the paraffin wax and hot towel, both were divine! Returning customers get 1 upgrade. Seriously, this salon is amazing. They also have a private room in the back for those who are with a large party (like bridesmaids, etc.) or if there are other personal reasons youd like to be out of the main area. Its really nice, they really cater to their guests and I love that about them. I cant wait to go back and see Shelby again in 6 to 8 weeks! :)

    I chose this salon because I had come across a post online saying the owners are always giving back to important causes-- like haircuts for the homeless. I wanted to support a small business that gives back to their community. I expected a simple haircut but what I got was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in everyone was cheerful and helpful. They gave me a walk around of the space and was impressed to see the shampoo area was in a quiet spa-like room with mood music. They even gave me my choice of 2 complimentary extras (which I picked the head and shoulder massage). It was was by far the most relaxing hair cut I have ever had. They even served me delicious fruit infused water and pretzels while my stylist Mandi worked on my hair. She did an excellent job and it was less than Id paid at a salon in a long time.     Due to failed planning on my end, I was scrambling in search of reputable salons in the area for my two daughters. Staff/Management was able to accommodate us and squeeze us in between appointments. The stylists did a fantastic job with both daughters (one was for a new hairstyle, cut/layer) the other was to correct the trainwreck my 16 year old caused by trying to use OTC dyes. Theres a reason why their review average is nearly 5 stars (but you cant please everyone). THANK YOU SO MUCH! Well be back.

    I have never been to a Salon that I felt so welcome. The place is very nice and inviting. This was the 2nd time Brittany has ever cut my hair, and she cut it exactly how I wanted it. She listened to me when I told her I wanted LOTS of layers and to keep my length and to only cut the dead ends off. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I think she did a great job. If you are looking for someone who knows how to give the layers you want and listen to the style you are looking for she is definitely the one you want to see. I am sure the other stylist are great as well, just havent experience that to vouch for. :) I attached the picture of my hair I may post the back later to show all the layers.

    My wife went for a hair color and wasnt sure about what she wanted, but knew she wanted something different. When she was done she wasnt happy with the color. After 2 days she felt bad and didnt like her hair, I decided to call and ask if there was something we could do. Christy, the manager, was very accomodating, and wanted my wife to like her hair. My wife went back, Christy personally spent time with my wife to decide on what she felt was right. Now, my wife loves her hair, and I want to thank salon 427 for working with her to make her feel happy, thank you, thank you, thank you.... There are places that would just say too bad so sad, but salon 427 went above and beyond to please their customer. We will be back, and I recommend that anyone that wants completely change their look check out salon 427, they will make you love your hair.

    First time at Salon 427, and it was absolutely awesome!!! I was matched up with Alex, and introduced to Steve. Alex did an incredible job, fixing my short wedge-bob and made me look spectacular, AND made me the a top priority during my appointment time. Alexs total attention to my requests/needs. Made me feel great about my decisions for cut, color and style. The entire atmosphere at t his salon was welcoming and positive. Everyone I met was pleasant and friendly. Alex was very professional and accommodating. The wash experience was undeniably relaxing and refreshing! In the end, final product, I felt totally transformed!!! Love my hair again, for real!!!     Love every aspect of Salon 427, from the moment you walk in the door you feel valued. They express how happy they are to see you and offer snacks and drinks, and may I say the fruit infused water is ALWAYS delicious! Never the same , always mixed up so it’s always a treat!     I decided to try this salon several months ago after being referred by my daughter. And I couldnt be happier with the outstanding service from the entire salon. Its classy and upbeat and they cater to your every need starting with a complimentary beverage as soon as you check in. I have my hair service with Laura who is the best blonde specialist!     I cannot rave enough about this salon! This place was my saving grace. A year searching for a makeup artist and hair stylist for my wedding finally came to an end once I set foot here.     From the receptionists to the stylists, everyone at this salon is exceptional at making you feel welcomed and valued. It took me many disappointing experiences at other salons before i read the reviews for this salon and gave it a try. What a refreshing breath of air. i found an awesome stylist here named Erika. She is friendly, down to earth and really listens to what you say. She went out of her way to fix another stylists mistakes and she is an awesome colorist. She never made me feel rushed and she took the time to make sure i was completely satisfied with my service. I found her to be professional and just a joy to work with. She gave me this awesome purple highlighted hair and i love it. Dont hesitate to come here and ask for ErikaUPDATE: its rare that i would take the time to post a second review but i just had to recognize one of the best stylists i have ever had. Erika is truly a talented colorist. This time i took a chance and had Erika cut my long bushy hair. it takes me a long time to trust someone to cut my hair. Erika did a fantastic job. She is just as good as any NY hairstylist i have gone to. They truly care here and if you are not happy you have a seven day guarantee to make it right.     I am visiting Spring Hill for 2 months, and needed a fresh haircut before going on a cruise. I NEVER get my hair cut by anyone but my own stylist at home in TN. (Who now lives in Raleigh, NC and drives to TN once a month to cut her clients hair. Long story . . .) Ill spare you the story, but I hope Ive made my point: I am just a little particular!! Anyway, I took a chance. . .I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the terrific hairstyle I got at Salon 427!! Erin was wonderful!     When I first went here I was feeling low about myself and needed a new look. I was introduced to Laura who is the sweetest person and made me feel like I was the only one there.     Went in to Salon 427 not truly knowing what I was going to walk into but immediately I was greeted with a smile and a complimentary soda. So obviously I was already very happy, one woman came up and asked if we had been before and I had not so she took us on a mini tour of the salon and at this point I was very excited because I have never had this kind of treatment in a salon. What I found most amazing upon touring is that they actually have a private room for women who cant show their hair to the general public which I found to be so thoughtful, I have never seen anything like it. So finally I get sat in my chair and Laura (who was my hair stylist for the first time) came up and asked me questions about my hair type and gave me many different tips on how to take care of my hair and what products to use. Let me tell you, she did an amazing job, nobody including me has ever cared for my hair the way she cared. She did an amazing job, she took her time and made the day really wonderful. Will i go back? 10/10 yes I will, Laura was amazing and afterwards a man named Steve came up and shook my hand and asked about my hair and even remembered what it had looked like when I first walked in even though we didnt speak. Everyone took amazing care of me and made my experience so comfortable. Thank you so much salon 427, Ill be back!

    Any salon is only as good as its stylists and Salon 427 has one of the best stylists Ive ever been to in my 62 years, Shelby. She is caring, attentive, talented and creative. She is fussy with every step. Her cutting and styling ability is unsurpassed as is her color knowledge. She pampers and spares no time in creating a total service that is exemplary.     A true Paul Mitchell salon! Experienced staff and fantastic owner who is on the premesis and pays attention to the details. Their prices are unreal for what you get. Super affordable!Current hair techniques and CURLY GIRL FRIENDLY!!! Their wash room is one of my favorite zen places in the city. I live the complementary snack and drink as well. Its the little touches of class and style that keep me coming back.If youre curly, ask for curly Shelby-Lyn. Her foil game is spot on, my coloring is amazing!     I went to salon 427 to get a blonde retouch done. My hair stylist was Shelby she was amazing. while I was there I was offered something to drink and a few snacks, which I have never been offered by any other salon. That was nice, felt like a queen then got my hair washed in there wash house which was absolutely relaxing. Not to mention she massaged my shoulders while I had my hands done in paraffin wax WOW loved it. My hair came out amazing.     For over 10 years Ive been going to Tampa to get my highlights touched up, thinking I was getting the best hair service possible until I went to Salon 427. I had forgotten what it was like for someone to take their time while blowing out your hair piece by piece, the cut and honesty of Sarah, after I had damaged my own hair made me realize I was travelling so far for no reason. My hair is very important to me and although I feel a bit guilty about not returning to my old hair salon, Salon 427 has my business going forward. Im no longer blonde as I had to correct the damage and allow the hair to grow out and become healthy again, but I know where to go when the time is right.Pleasantly surprised.

    Ive been going to Salon 427 regularly since I moved to Spring Hill! I absolutely love them there! Everyone is so fantastic and the place has a great energy. Britta and Krys have both worked on my hair and have done amazing jobs! Krys just did a fantastic mermaid theme dye job and Lourdes braided it into a beautiful fish tail! Everyone there makes you feel excited to get your hair done, treated like royalty and accepted like youre part of the family!

    I love Salon 427! They are very professional and they really care about their clients. Mandee has done my hair several times and she’s awesome! Her work is so good and she always makes sure I’m satisfied! Their products work really well on my hair. The atmosphere there is very cool and also relaxing. In the wash house, the lights are dimmed down and the music is so soothing that I sometimes feel like I’m going to fall asleep because I feel so relaxed. I defiantly recommend Salon 427!

    Friendly service and great prices but my hair did not turn out like anything I asked for. The girl that did my hair was forgetful and flaky, forgetting to even cut my hair and coloring my hair completely different than what was discussed in detail.UPDATE:: Thank you, Steve, for reaching out to me and doing everything in your power to mend the situation.     I made an appointment for Wednesday morning at salon 427. As a first time client here I was totally blown away by their excellent customer service and amenities that they provided me with. My stylist made sure I felt like her only focus and listened attentively to all of my concerns with my hair. I decided on a cut, color, and keratin treatment as well as eyebrow threading. Im 100% satisfied with everything they provided and find myself sad that I dont live in the area to experience this on a regular basis.

    Took my 16 yr old to get her hair colored. Katelyn did an AMAZING job. My daughter is beyond over the moon happy with her rainbow hair :) They were very professional and listened to what my daughter really wanted.     I am new to the area and needed to find a place to get my hair done. This is usually a little stressful for me, and takes a few tries. NOT THIS TIME! I found Laura by chance but will absolutely keep going to her by choice :). She does a beautiful balayage effect and sets realistic expectations for how long it takes to get full results. I was really happy that she patiently worked with me to get the look I wanted. I also love that her blowout made my super long hair feel light and full of volume - some people load my hair up with products and it looks flat, Laura definitely knows how to do long hair.Cant wait to return!UPDATE: I had an awesome blowout with all the awesome extras (scalp massage, shoulder massage) from Janet. Felt really nice to have some pampering after a stressful week :)

    Ive been looking for a new salon as the other ones I went to were unprofessional, rude, and too pushy about my hair. Ive always had bad experiences with relaxers in my hair, but today Diana made my hair look absolutely FLAWLESS with a relaxer and a trim.     It was my first time at Salon 427 and it was unlike any of my previous salon experiences! The shop is stylish and hits you when you walk in but that was only the beginning. Heather was my stylist, she really listened to how I wanted my hair. I have a short haircut and most stylists in my past are afraid to cut too short. Heather listened and cut it exactly how I wanted. She gave me a tour that I didnt think I needed but gave me a deeper understanding of how the salon was run and a little insight to the salons mission. To top it all off Steven the owner came out and spoke to me. I was very impressed by the community connection he felt and that was translated by my experience. Way to go Salon 427, Ive already referred my daughter who Im sure will love you as I do!

    I have never left a shop so confident and in love with my hair. Jennifer made me feel SO at home and was SO helpful and responded to my texts immediately. I also left my instruction sheet for my extensions at the salon and she took the time to call and send it to me. (I have crippling anxiety so salons are usually a nightmare for me and Erika and Jennifer made it one of the best experiences) The salon vibe is professional, clean, savy, and every stylist I encountered made me feel like a queen. Ericka did my extensions and color and calling her work amazing doesn’t do it justice. She thoroughly went through questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and man she NAILED it. 11/10 would NOT go anywhere else but Salon 427.

    Over the weekend I had the pleasure of getting colored and a blow dry by Laura. As soon as I met with her it was as if I’d known her my entire life. She did exactly what I wanted to my hair. I left radiating with a full, dark, shiny, healthy head of hair (I wish I could add a photo. I belong on Tv with this hair.) my husband was thrilled. I have a lot of hair and she worked fast and efficient. I will definitely be back to Salon 427 and recommend Laura to everyone!!!     Ive just recently been in Spring Hill visiting the family for Thanksgiving, and a few days beforehand I realized I could use a clean-up before grandpa sees me.A quick google search showed me Salon 427 with all these great reviews, and I said why not!I was happily surprised they exceeded my expectations.     I called this morning to see if I could get in with one of two stylists for a mens cut. I was told my usual stylist Krystal was fully booked, but that Samantha had 3 slots available.Even though I was running late, Sam got me in, did an AMAZING job.     Had a problem my first visit.Sean(whom I adore), at the front desk, called to fix that problem. Which honestly, who does that?? Name one salon youve gone to that actually called you to fix a problem you see with your hair....yeah never happens.You want exceptional customer service and a salon that will fix any mistakes that could ever happen with your hair? Im sure your answer is yes because I damn sure do!!I will never go to another salon again!! Cheyenne made my experience so amazing!! She gave me a incredible head massage in their gorgeous and relaxing wash room. She didnt just fix the problem, she gave my hair a makeover!! Color corrected and fixed the cut. My hair looks incredible!! And Cheyenne was so sweet!! Gave my daughter a chair to sit next to me. Even though thy arent allowed to do that. She did it anyway because she seen that my daughter was a little nervous about sitting by herself up front. I, on the other hand felt kind of rude because I had no idea she wasnt allowed back with me. If your not getting your hair done, your kinda in the way. Makes perfect sense. So, Cheyenne thank you so much for that. She also got us drinks and snacks and made us laugh. :) I could definitely tell that she genuinely loves what she does.I really was worried going back that they would basically treat me like I was crazy and my hair was fine, which it wasnt.     Upon arrival, you are greeted by friendly staff and offered a beverage. It arrives to you on a tray along with a vase and flower. The atmosphere is most soothing. A large industrial/contemporary style interior. The shampoo room is to die for. Dimly lit by a gas fireplace and quite peaceful. The 5 minute scalp massage is amazing. Moving to our experience. My Niece and I visited for the first time to seek a DIY color correction. It was quite a job and seemed to be done to perfection. She was going funky looking for pink with brown woven in. A few days later, the color did not seem as vibrant as was intended. We contacted the salon and it was agreed that we would go for another appointment to fix the color. You see, Salon 427 has a 7 day customer satisfaction guarantee. The issue we had did fall into the terms and conditions and so the color was fixed for free. My Niece has an amazing style and color now and she is over the moon. Both the owner and staff were amazing. KRYSTAL took wonderful care of my Niece. She is quite amazing, personable, and with the knowledge and expertise necessary to make this a great experience.

    Miss Michelle is the best! The whole experience at Salon 427 is amazing from the moment you walk through the door. Brian is so pleasant, and Steve really helped me out when my cell phone died and he found a charger that worked! This is my second visit to Salon 427, and I have to travel about 15 miles to get there, but well worth the drive (even if it is on 19). I have already booked my next two reservations!     Shelby is the girl to see. Shes young and at first that concerned me, but this girl is a born stylist. Her knowledge and understanding of coloring, blows me away. She listens to what you want and thats what you leave with. I am always thrilled with my hair when Shelby is done performing her magic. My hair hasnt been this soft and healthy in 20 yrs. The girl is a natural.The salon is top notch. You walk in and feel like youre in a 5 star salon in NYC. The owners are very involved in the day to day and strive to give you that experience. All the extras; you want a drink? How about a glass of Red or White Wine, a beer, bottle of water, snacks......Whatever it takes to make you feel pampered.     By far, the best salon experience Ive ever had. Youre greeted immediately, asked in detail about what hair style/look youd like to achieve, served your beverage of choice, they use professional equipment and clean brushes to create the look you want, wash your hair in a relaxing dim lit room, and keep record of what it is they did so that they get it right every time there after. My Stylist is Jillian. She is simply the best. I refer all of my friends and family to her. Im happy to see the texts and messages come in from the people I refer that are EXTREMELY happy with their salon experience and their hair after going to her.

    It’s a shame there are some poor reviews on here. I have been to most high end salons in Spring Hill and Salon 427 is the best salon I have been too. Every stylest I have seen has always cared genuinely about my experience. They are honest and won’t do anything your hair can’t handle. I came in the first time with multiple box dyes in my hair which are hard to remove and they were honest about how it would take several visits to go blonde a safe way that would be easy on my hair. I now have gorgeous hair thanks to salon 427. I won’t go anywhere else and it’s well worth paying the money for the services and care you get. Michelle did my hair today and even as a level 1 stylest she did an amazing job. They do talk to you about their products but I have tried almost every hair product out there and Paul Mitchell is the best line. Sure it’s pricey but when it comes to your hair you get what you pay for.

    I was lucky to meet the salon owners at a local restaurant. They were very nice people, and I decided to visit the salon and to try their services. WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE! Not only is Salon 427 a Paul Mitchell Professional Salon (I have been using these products purchased at retail for years), the floor layout and decor is modern and sophisticated but not gaudy and flashy or loud. Exactly what I want when I visit a salon. After being a client for about a year, i can report that the entire salon staff is ALWAYS well dressed, friendly, caring, and professional yet FRIENDLY. They really DO care about my experience with them, and it could not be better. From the parking lot, to the exterior storefront, to the well designed and appointed waiting area, to the complimentary infused water and healthy snacks, I felt welcomed and comfortable. From the waiting area, it was but a few short steps to the operators chair. After confidentially discussing my hair design wishes, my health, my diet, and the products I was using, I was escorted to a very comfortable reclining chair in the dark and silent WASH HOUSE where I received an absolutely wonderful shampoo, rinse, and dry experience while I viewed a relaxing video accompanied by serenity-inducing audio. Gently escorted back to the operators chair, my hair was snipped, razored, layered, trimmed shortened, and generally made not just presentable but very fashionable. After receiving information from the operator on how to recreate this look each day, and what products would help produce the desired results depending on the varying Florida weather, I was escorted back to the WASH HOUSE for finishing shampoo, rinse, and conditioner, followed by a HOT TOWEL facial, which simply could have gone on much longer that it did. WOW - what great relaxation!! Back to the chair for a final comb out and styling, some more instruction on how to retain the excellent style on a daily basis, and a few finishing touches of pomade or spray, all Paul Mitchell or MITCH products. Payment and scheduling my next appointment (on my schedule, not necessarily their frequency to pump up my bill - which they NEVER attempted to do) completed my visit. I felt I was leaving a safe, friendly, comfortable place and then being dumped back into the real world. Knowing the joyful experience I had just been through, I felt completely confident that I could stand up to lifes challenges until my next salon visit in six weeks. Im a classy senior gentleman who enjoys the better things in life, and I highly all of the operators and the experience at Salon 427. If you enjoy being treated as a friend, not as a number, AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, make an appointment at Salon 427. I believe you will enjoy your experience.     For the past 6 years I have hated my hair until I started to attend Salon 427. Ashley is my stylist and I couldnt be happier and more blessed to have such an amazing stylist do my hair. The first time I went to the salon, Alex, gave me a tour of the salon. I found that seeing the products that were used was helpful and gave me a piece of mind knowing that the products they were using were in fact authentic!! The first time I sat down with Ashley, she talked to me for a while about my past experiences with my hair and the look I was going for. To know that a hair stylist is genially concerned about the outcome and not just the money is AMAZING!! That is what I call passion! I have gone from a curly haired frump to a straight hair black and red goddess. I have done the Karatin treatment, which is amazing and helps out with the frizz so much as well as eye brow threading, hair color and cut. Ashley and the salon are amazing and I wouldnt trade hair stylist for anybody else!!

    I was a first time customer and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They had complementary drinks and snacks, which was much appreciated. Everyone there was very nice. I was very pleased with the way my hair turned out. Lourdis (not sure of the spelling on that) was very fun to talk to and did a very good job on my hair and made sure I was aware of what was happening. Not to mention I had a neck and back message!!     I had gone to a hair salon and came out with orange hair and damaged. I went back and they put something in my hair to tone it down, which washed out the first time. I called them to tell them what happened, they then told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to live with. So I paid over $200 to end up with horrible hair and all I wanted to do was hide. I had heard from a friend about Salon 427 and was very scared after my experience, but I just could not live with my hair looking like that. So finally went by and made a appointment and Britta came out and talked to me about what did I want my hair to look like and even gave me a quote, so no surprises. She said if I wasnt happy with how my hair turned out, I could come back by 7 days and she would do it again. Britta never gave up on me or my hair, until she was able to correct what the other salon had done. Britta was wonderful and a great stylist, I would highly recommend her. She fixed my hair and since then I have gotten so many complement on my hair. Salon 427 is a nice place and everyone there is so friendly, but because of Britta I am a customer for life.

    This place definitely lives up to its reputation, my before and afters are phenomenal. Cheyanne was amazing! I went from dirty brown, to an extremely white blonde, the process took five hours.They were very accommodating and polite, made me feel very comfortable and the time did not feel as long as it was. They brought me drinks and snacks and were very friendlyI think that this is the kind of standard that all salons should hold themselves to. Next time I go back I would probably get a more dramatic cut, but the color is spectacular.You definitely get your moneys worth here and then some

    I was a first time customer and they made me feel like Ive been there forever! They are all so nice! It was really nice how they show you around the place and explain that they keep everything clean. I absolutely LOVE the wash room. Its dark with candles lit and a small tv that has soothing music playing. I hate when you get your hair washed and people are just walking by and staring at you. Not here, you have your own room area, even though the doors are glass you cant see inside if your standing on the other side. They offer great advise! The salon I went to before a couple times wouldnt help me on what I should get. But at Salon 427 they actually sit down with you and go over what you want and what would be best for your hair type. I am for sure coming back here! Only complaint is that it was difficult finding the place, I got to the plaza easily, I was just expecting a sign that said Salon 427, but the only sign was HAIR. I was confused if I somehow got the wrong place. Other than that its a really friendly atmosphere and they do great work!

    I had been to this salon previously to have my hair blow dried which is an awesome experience in itself. I scheduled an appointment to have a shadow root done so I didn’t have to keep bleaching my roots to keep up with platinum blonde hair. I was much less than satisfied but reluctant to call and tell them. I finally broke down a few days later and they fit me in right away to see their blonding specialist Laura. She not only fixed my hair but gave me exactly what I wanted from the beginning!! She is so talented and I’m so happy I made the call to come back here. She even came in early to accommodate my busy schedule!! This place is world class in customer service. Pre booked my appointment with Laura 6 weeks from now and I can’t wait to come back!!

    Ive been coming to this salon since moving to the area last summer. The experience has always been great but I wasnt really thrilled with the results of my hair- especially for the price. I kept returning because I know I can be pretty picky and I was thinking things would get better over time as my stylist got to know my likes and dislikes. Unfortunately I was wrong and my last visit was a disaster. It was bad. I almost ran out but they stopped me wanting to find out what happened and how they could make it right. I ended up returning a few days later for an appointment with the owner, Chrissy (sp?). She apologized and listened and worked hard on my hair trying to fix what was done and make me satisfied. I was given a conditioning hair treatment since now my hair is fried from the first stylist and was even sent home with some free repairative product. My hair is dry and damaged from the first stylists actions but at least it looks better now. I was impressed with the time and attention I was given trying to fix what was done. I will definitely be back to see Chrissy again, Im sure the original stylist I seen is great but she just wasnt a good fit for me and my hair needs. Salon 427 definitely has good customer service and the owners actually care and want you to be satisfied.

    I am so pleased with the kindness and respect the staff of Salon 427 showed me. Made appt, showed up, was offered a snack & drink, got a wash with head & neck massage and the most amazing haircut!! Heather is the best; she asked a lot of questions before & during the cut to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend this salon to everyone.

    I love Salon 427. Front staff and stylist are great. I had gone in on a Monday wanting something different which including a color change. I had a picture of what I was looking for. I picked out the color. When completed, I was a bit shocked because it had more purple and bolder than I was looking for, but assumed this was just the shock of the change of color. I looked at it for two days and decided it was not for me, but was worried it would be hard to get out of my hair. I called and they set me up with Laura who is a blonde specialist. I cant tell you what a fabulous job she did getting out the purple and putting in the new penny color I was looking for. I was worried it would damage my hair, but it appears to be great with no damage. I would definitely recommend the salon and Laura!

    February 20, 2021So my first review of the salon wasnt a pleasant one but I have to say the owners made sure to fix the situation. Christy went above and beyond to rectify the situation.I went in yesterday and had the color fixed. I couldnt be happier with the results ❤️❤️❤️Christy has earned my business but most of all she earn my trust. She truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel welcomed and beautiful. I walked out of yesterdays appointment extremely happy. They earned the a 4 star rating.Thank you Christy❤️🙏January 8, 2021First the staff is friendly but since my appointment was for 5:15pm and I was there for hair color and cut by the end of my hair process my stylist was rushing. She had another stylist help rush dry my hair and did a quick flat iron. Which left my hair frizzy. My stylist didnt bother to worry if I was happy with my end result. Once they completed flat ironing my hair. She didnt bother to comb or put anything in it. She took my cover off and said ok thats it. Walked me to the front to pay. I left the salon with dye staining my face. I was charged $172.00 for a color that I could have done at home and I could have easily done a far better job straightening my own hair. My color was dark to begin with and honestly the only thing that changed color was my forehead 😡. Not what I expected from all the Google reviews I read. Im extremely dissatisfied.Part2: After the disappointed visit the owners reached out to make things right .. Christy was wonderful 😊 she had me come in and redid my cut. She did a treatment plan to fix the color. Thank you Christy for making things right and for going the extra mile😊 I will happily put my hair in your hands🙏

    Every time I walk into this salon I am treated like Royalty. The service is absolutely amazing and they always make sure they are taking care of your every need. I never leave disappointed Mandee is my hair stylist and shes wonderful. She knows her stuff(: They have a 7 day policy if you are not satisfied with the work you can have it redone for free! If youre looking for a salon I would definitely recommend coming here. Ive been to a few salons in Spring hill and none of them compare to Salon427.

    First time customer last week. Had my hair done by Krys and she did an absolute fabulous job. Great color and cut. Couldnt ask for a nicer stylist!     Laura has worked with me twice now in restoring my 3 years neglected super brittle, prone to breakage MESS of a head of hair...She has listened to me and helped me turn things around!     I recently visited Salon427 to have my hair highlighted and cut. Tiela was wonderful and everyone was so nice! Unfortunately the next day I realized I wasnt very happy with the outcome. It wasnt Tielas fault; I just decided it was not at all what I wanted and the highlights were not bold enough...I called her and she set up another appointment for me. She not only re-did everything, made the highlights stand out, but gave me the cutest haircut!! I just love it! I havent had my long hair cut short in 25 years, and she was fantastic at knowing just how to shape it and make it work for my face shape. She also showed me the correct way to blow it dry to get the style just right. My husband LOVED it, and in fact asked me to make an appointment with her for him to get his hair cut and highlighted! She took the time to talk to both of us about what we liked, disliked, expected....and gave us suggestions. Salon427 is the kind of place where you are treated with respect and care, from the tray offered with a beverage, flower and snacks when you first come in, to the moment you are checked out and leave. The prices are great compared to the much less for more money, Ive spent at other salons. And they have a 7 day policy that guarantees you are happy!If youre looking for a really good salon with people who know what theyre doing, I would HIGHLY recommend Salon427!

    I like to write really comprehensive reviews so this is going to be kinda long, but I hope it helps someone! So I just loved to Spring Hill and because I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to someone doing my hair (previous terrible haircuts can be traumatic!) So it was really struggling. All one length, really long, and a bad ombre from previous color and new.hair growth. The first thing I noticed is how awesome the receptionist was. She has a very sweet demeanor and instantly makes you feel more at ease. She took me on a tour of the facility and I could tell by talking to her how much she genuinely likes her job and the people at it which is really refreshing! She even grabbed me a complimentary glass of wine, how could anyone say no to that!So after the tour I met my stylish Sarah who was SO sweet and understood how anxious I was about the whole thing. We sat together for a while just talking and picking out hair colors and talking about styles. She took her time with everything and I really felt she cared about my opinion of everything. Actually, I know she did because when I looked uncomfortable about the way the color turned out she immediately went and got her supervisor who was amazing and suggested is just needed a little bit more of a punch. By this time the store had closed so she told me to come in the next day and that she would do it herself, no charge. She also spent time with Sarah showing her some cool techniques to use with a haircut like mine. I was nervous about coming in the next day and felt like I was being too high maintenance but everyone was very reassuring that all they want it for me to feel confident and happy with the style. The day next when I walked it I was even greeted with a hug from the receptionist and we just got to sit there and chat like friends inbetween her checking in people which was really nice. And because it was Saturday they brought out a mimosa! Omg!So overall, the most important thing to me is that as soon as they recognized I wasnt completely happy they went above and beyond to change that. Im still shocked and not used to anyone doing that. Im so happy to have found a great Salon here in Spring Hill and wont let it be another 2 years before the next cut.

    Cheyenne is amazing. Only wish I had taken before and after pictures. She not only brought back my hairstyle that had been neglected since I moved from NY ( because everyone I went too, gave me excuse after excuse why they couldnt do it) ,but she gave me my self confidence back.     Ive been to this salon a few times. First couple were for shampoo and a blow out. The wash room is peaceful and very relaxing. The paraffin dip is a must. This last time I came in with a friend, for a haircut. After it was finished and I looked in the mirror...I wasnt thrilled and just wanted to leave. After I got home (drove from trinity because I wanted an awesome cut) I was devastated. I immediately called and told victoria, she was prompt and understanding. I came in the following afternoon and Gray was my stylist. I can not put into words how amazing she was. She listened to what I wanted, she told me what she was doing throughout and why, and provided me with styling tips. I walked in hating my hair and regretting getting it cut to walking out absolutely loving it.

    I walked in and Sean was very helpful with filling out the paper work. They were very accommodating with my schedule even though I was running a little late.They are very through with all things hair. You fill out some paper work and they help assist you reach your ultimate hair goals. Im trying to grow my hair out so all I came in for was a trim. Let me tell you, that was the best trim of my life. I seriously cant think of anything bad about this place. They are all so friendly and nice, its a wonderful place to just relax. I have never been to a Salon like this before! So it was a very nice surprise when they had offered snacks and drinks (even Wine!!) I will always take a free glass of wine when offered. LolThey have a great blowout bar, it seemed as if they had endless hair color options.The shampoo room is dimly lit, with relaxing music on and it smells amazing. You get two complementary add ons when you are there for the first time. You have the option to pick two of the following: neck massage, shoulder massage, paraffin hand wax treatment, or scalp massage. I went with the shoulder massage and paraffin wax treatment.

    An amazing salon for men too! I go to see Heather to do my hair and she is fantastic. I always try to keep up with the latest trends and Heather is very helpful in showing me new styles. Scalp massage from the wash house was so relaxing I didnt want to leave the chair!

    Salon 427 is amazing!!! and not far from home, I dont have to drive far for excellence! Once I walked through the doors not only was I greeted with a smile and a friendly face, but also a list of options for beverages and snacks ☺️. I love how I was able to really sit down and have a consult with my stylist to be ensured that we were on the same page for the look that I desired. The fabulous Christy colored, cut and styled my hair to perfection. Ive had blow outs with a handful of other girls and each one of them are caring, taleneted, and knowers me.From the moment I entered the salon to the moment I left I felt welcomed a truly catered to.     My stylist was Alex. I am a very picky person and a pain in the butt for my stylist the first visit. I moved to Brooksville from Deland and was freaking out trying to find a stylist that I could trust to do my hair. I have long hair with highlights on top of blonde. I was very impressed with her and her technique, especially the way she handled me and my craziness. She sat down with me before starting and answered all my questions and even went over the price so there was no freak out moment at the end. She did a full highlight and put a break base on my hair to lighten my blonde. LOVED IT! The blonde was perfect and the complimentary shoulder massage was great. Love that they serve you snacks and drinks. I spoke to a few different stylists and they each all showed individual concern for me and they were all excited to see my hair when it was done. I will say, and this is for the stylists, the wash room was very relaxing; however, there was not enough sinks. I noticed several stylists walk by the room waiting for a chair to open up. Thats just for the stylists maybe they can work on giving them a bigger wash room. Loved it though and loved my stylist Alex! Will be going back!

    I go to Amanda for a lower leg and under arm wax. She is the greatest. It doesnt hurt at all because she uses a wax which does not need to use the tear off strips (it is a pleasure!). She just tears off the wax itself. BUT, and this I think is the reason why it doesnt hurt, she puts on a powder before the wax and it works wonders. She is the best!

    Best place! Washroom is Very relaxing, stylists are knowledgeable, music is upbeat, they offer good beverages ( I always get wine), and a snack. Prices are very fair. The girls continually get more educated. Theres to much to say. I am l Latin and no one else Ive been to can do my hair.
