    I can’t recommend Ali enough—she’s the real deal! Ali is the ultimate triple threat: an amazing artist, skilled chemist, and intuitive mind reader. She has the rare ability to not only make her clients look their absolute best but also ensure they leave happy and confident. Whether she’s managing expectations, suggesting fresh options, or working her magic, Ali approaches everything with professionalism and care.On top of her talent, Ali is simply a wonderful human being.     I have had haircuts here by both Randie and Ali. They both did fantastic jobs, were personable and made the experience great. I felt comfortable and welcome in the salon the entire time and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted everytime. Im moving states and hoping to find a salon as lovely as this in my new state. Highly recommend to anyone needing their hair done.PS: i dye my own hair at home and hair stylists in the past have shamed me for it, both lovely stylists here never shamed me for it, discussed healthy hair and even gave me tips on maintaining the integrity of my hair while dying it at home.

    Hands down the best hairstylist I know and always takes the absolute best care of me and her clients! The first time I ever used her I made a big hair change (the red) and she didn’t disappoint! Every hair change I have done she hits the mark perfect and leaves me looking and feeling beautiful. If Randie moved out of state I would literally go where she is just to get my hair done by her! She is so sweet, talented, and an all around wonderful person. I haven’t had my hair done by Tiela but every time I go there she’s working on something amazing and is always so nice! They have created such a comfortable and amazing environment and I can’t wait to see them do more big things from here!

    I’ve known Randie since we were kids. We went our separate ways and stayed in touch via social media up until April 2021. I was 2 months postpartum from having my son. I had an old faded red color I hated in my hair and was going through extreme postpartum depression and struggling to refind my identity. I seen Randie (thehairvamp) post on her instagram so I scheduled. I’m so happy I did, Randie kick started me rediscovering myself after becoming a mom. I scheduled with her for that October and that’s been our thing since. I may only see her twice a year, but I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. Randie is amazing she always does what’s best for my grow out. My hair has gone from shoulder blade length to down to my butt. This past April when I went I sent her inspo photos of either really blonde or brunette with some blonde. I sat in her chair and said surprise me, because I knew regardless of what she did I was leaving the salon happy. Lately, I’ve been going though the PPD after having my daughter, and what I’m counting down the days until I see her again. I spend hours in her chair when I go but always leave feeling my absolute best and always have a great time catching up with her. If your looking for a new hairstylist I 1000% recommend thehairvamp.     Went to see Ali who took my hair from blah almost shoulder length to a cute, summer pixie cut! She gave me exactly what I wanted with lots of layers and texture! She’s been my hair stylist for 6 years now and she’s always done an amazing job!

    I can not express enough how wonderful Randie and her talent is!!! 🖤 The salon itself is so unique and nothing like I’ve ever seen before which perfectly fits her personality; you can tell that her and Tiela put their hearts into this salon. I have had a nightmare experience at a different salon which made me apprehensive to try hair dye again but Randie not only comforted me and explained every step she did, she also exceeded my expectations with the results I was so amazed. If you are in the Spring Hill/Brooksville or even anywhere in Florida you NEED to experience Randie’s talent and more than that her personality. She is the sweetest, funniest, and gives such a warm and inviting energy to anybody around her. I will never go to a different hair colorist ever again!!! 🖤

    Emily is AMAZING at what she does! And her adorable, quirky personality makes it a hundred times even better ❤️ She makes you feel very comfortable in her chair; Im extremely introverted and she never makes me feel weird or out of place, which I appreciate so much!     Absolutely love Randie so much! By the #1 best hair service I’ve ever received! The salon vibe is very much my style and it’s a super comfortable feeling! Randie is starting my color correction journey I have a very sensitive scalp due to a skin condition and I did not experience even the slightest tingle getting my hair lightened and that was definitely a first for me and my hair feels healthier than it did before getting my hair lightened! She took her time blow drying my hair out and that’s what I appreciated the most as most of the time stylists either fry and dry the hell out of my hair or leave it wet underneath! She also fixed up my previous haircut that was done unevenly! I won’t go anywhere else but randie 🖤 As a salon owner myself I can confidently say this is the place you wanna go to get your hair done! Tiela was also there and she was very nice and conversed with me as well!

    Tiela does a great job!! She cuts, colors and occasionally balayages my hair. I’ve been going here since moving to Spring Hill 2 years ago. I am VERY picky about who does my hair and won’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found Salon Alter Ego. Highly recommended!!

    Ali is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been to! I have been going to her for several years now to get my platinum blonde hair. She always takes her time to make sure I am comfortable and in love with the end result. Bleaching your hair can be nerve wracking, that’s why Ali is the only one I trust to maintain the health of my hair and she kills it every time. Ali and the entire team at Salon Alter Ego are wonderful and so welcoming, I will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends.

    Randie is the most talented and beautiful soul I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been going to Randie for six years and will never let anyone else cut my hair besides her.     I have been going to see Ali for years at this point, and this salon and her are honestly the best I have ever been to, she has helped me bring my curls back to life while also being able to do the fun colors I love to do!     I’ve been coming to Randie for almost two years now after getting a bleach chemical burn at another salon in the area and was hesitant to get my hair done again. Randie is phenomenal and always tries to get me where I want to be even if it takes multiples sessions. She is so flexible and works with my schedule since I drive 3 hours for her to do her magic! Not only do I love the work Randie does, but I love her as a person.

    Randie completely changed how I felt about hair stylists. I couldn’t find a stylist that wouldn’t burn my blonde hair off, give me the cut I wanted, or not rip me off. Randie gives me exactly what I ask for every time and she is so much fun to talk to throughout appointments. She’s very honest with feedback on the goals I have for my hair. She also repaired a lot of what I thought was irreversible damage with only a few treatments and products. 100/10

    I’ve been lucky to have had Ali as my hairdresser for probably 10 years now and I’ll follow her anywhere. Literally have followed her as she’s moved up in her career to bigger and better places. Today I trusted her with my “galaxy” hair coloring AND my 15 year old granddaughter getting her first ever blue and purple dye job. My granddaughter was super nervous but Ali walked her through every step and explained everything to her until she was comfortable. To say we’re both pleased is an understatement, I’ve learned to tell her to do what she thinks is best and I’ve never been disappointed…today was no exception!

    I have thrown Tiela the salon owner and stylist every curve ball in the book. From black, to brown to pink to red and then some. She always takes such good care of my hair. By far the best stylist in Hernando County hands down. If you need color correction DEFINITELY go to her. She’s worth the price and uses QUALITY products.
