    Absolutely love Nail Star. Scott and Kim are the best. My nails are always on point. I am never disappointed. My nails are not the easiest to work with lol as I have oily nail bed which causes the acrylic to lift sooner than most. And it doesnt matter if I have tips put on, acrylic or dip, I am a dog groomer so I prefer to have acrylic over top my real nails.

    I absolutely love my nails I just moved into the area about a year ago and Ive been looking for my forever nail salon and I do believe I found it!And again this is the second time we love it!This is the 4th time and we still love them!! ♥️♥️No clue how many times Ive been but always amazing nails!     This nail salon has been mine, my mom and sisters go-to for many years. We usually get gel mani and pedis and its always a relaxing time. The owners Scott and Kim and their staff are wonderful people and always strive to accommodate to every clients needs and create lasting relationships with returning clientele. They and their staff all do beautiful work. Thank you all for being awesome every time!

    So I normally don’t do reviews unless I am extremely satisfied. I go to the salon because it’s convenient and I’ve always been pleased with the service. However, today I had John do my nails and pedicure. He is definitely a Nail Master. Therefore, for the first time it was a five star visit.

    I have been coming here for 4 years and they are still the best. Scott and Kim have the best nail salon in Spring Hill. They do it all…nail designs, mani/pedis, eyebrow waxes, etc. it’s best to always call to make an appointment. They treat customers very well especially if you are a longtime customer. They are the best!

    Service ordered: deluxe pedicure - booked with: Taylor - all around great experience. Taylor was an absolute gem and was very good at her skill. She comfortably helped me make decisions from the color to the type of pedicure and was transparent about any price increases. It was so easy to book my appointment online and it was confirmed pretty quickly by the salon. I will def be booking again but specifically with Taylor!

    I absolutely love the atmosphere at nails star the owners are amazing and have been there for over 14 years there workers are great as well all my services I had gotten were perfect I will be definitely going back that will be my permanent spot for now on and I love that they do $2 raffle tickets for a basket filled with amazing stuff and they pull a ticket every first of the month I love that they really care for there customers 😀 ❤️

    Kim is excellent. I had an issue with my original set of nails done here and she reached out to me to correct the problem. She fixed my set and I am very happy with them and the service I received here. The salon is very clean, everyone who works here is very nice and wants all of their customers to be happy and have a great experience while there.     My first visit to this salon, after a painful and horrible pedicure somewhere else. I was greeted cordially and taken care of promptly. A clean and update place with comfy massage chairs. Maddie cleared my ingrown nails and all around did a beautiful job! Looks like I found my new nail salon.

    So honestly I’ve only been here like twice to get my nails done I just moved across the street from this place and decided to try it! The people that work here are very nice!! Both times I went I was happy with my nails. And even one time I came when they was about to get ready to close because I broke a nail at work I am a housekeeper and I tend to Break my nails a lot. But they had no problem fixing it for me and was very nice about it! I also had my eyebrows done here before and the woman did a great job on my eyebrows! I don’t always have extra money but when I do have the extra money I don’t mind tipping because they definitely deserve it!!!!

    I just moved to the area and they have been really good so far for my last 3-4 visits. Very similar/ Average pricing for pedi and full set, polite and professional. Eyebrows are also a huge plus, loved the way eyebrow waxing was done on me and the details, will continue to use :)

    They do great work and are indeed very detailed. If you have a problem they are understanding and quick to fix. I as an individual get nervous to correct someone and ended up telling them after I had left that the color was off and they offered to have me come in and fix the color. I know it must have been frustrating but they were very nice about it.

    Two months looking for a Salon that is dependable, reliable, good at what they service. Our Go To place had faulter, our first New Try Choice was poor. We have seen Nails Star during our journeys to Publix in that Plaza, made appointments for us for Pedicures, Eyebrow waxing arrived ontime they were busy which is nice waited but nothing to be upset at to a very good service. A always concern for our safety, no pain, was frequently asked to which our service was above par. We are going to continue use Nails Star for our monthly stop since we do this service and manicures when needed on a regular basis. Thank you Nails Star for great service today see you shortly.

    I LOVE them. All the staff are amazing! They squeeze you in when needed. And I wanted Disney themed nails for my Family trip. Kim did amazing!!! I brought in the pic and she did it! I have never had ANY issues with them. I also get waxed there. They do a great job all around. 😊💗

    Nancy was awesome she gave me extra massage on request and I tipped her well. She was very nice and seem to take her time. Im very happy and will go back as soon as I can.i have gone to other place and was not happy. This was my second time with her and she is awesome.

    My first time Tony at Nail Star and Tony did my nails. I am very pleased with how they turned out. He wasn’t rushing and his technique is similar to the way the tech’s in Ohio did my nails all these years. I will call Tony again, he can expect me in about 3-4 weeks.

    UPDATED 12/13-The owner as you can see below reached out via this platform. She was extremely nice and concerned from the photos of my nails. I went in and she fixed them all. They genuinely look good and what I wanted now. Moral of the story pick the owner.Had high hopes with the reviews but my acrylics are all different shapes, the paint is uneven, and the acrylic is glued to my cuticle.my pedicure was rushed and I had to remind them to get my ingrowns. im 9 months pregnant and cannot bend to do them myself.the amount of cuticle that needs to be trimmed not only on my fingers but my toes too is unnoticeable.so sad.

    Gel nail polish by Tony. What an excellent job. NO gel on cuticles. None. AND the gel stays on until I return AND it still remains on the entire nail until I return. Yes, I do dishes, no dishwasher. No, I dont use gloves. Yes, I dig in dirt with my hands, no gloves. You get the point. Love him. Im from NJ and NY. Hard to satisfy me. Yup! Wonderful place.

    I had a great experience this time. Im from out of town and had a not so great expierience last summer when I last visited. Fortunately i did not see the same nail tech today. This time around I was seen to right away and my gel mani and pedi came out great. The female nail technician was nice, professional & provided great service. There are also tons of color match options at this location which is always nice to have! The price is the same as up north trip state area prices so Id say it was fair based on my regional price point.

    I have been going to this place and Kim is great I am usually short on time. Kim gets me in and out and I am very rough on my nails and they always last. I flip flop back and forth between polish and gel. Clean and well managed between walkins and appointments.

    Of course my daughter wanted her nails done for her bday party Saturday, Thursday at 6pm and Ill be super swamped this Friday.. didnot know if it was possible to fill her request.. I called Nails Star to see if they can get her in .. I am not a person who ever had fake nails so I am very new to any salon experience ... And Kim said come on in... My daughter had her heart set on an google image she found that each finger is different and cow print and flames on 4 of the fingers .. and they stayed 40 mins after closing and Kim made my daughters bday Xtra special with her first set of nails..     Ive been going to Kim for over 10 years she and Scott have a very nice and clean salon Ive never had a bad experience there and their pedi spa is amazing my fill on my nails last over a 2 week period and I wish and sanitize my hands all day I work in a doctors office I highly recommend nail star and the staff Im a very satisfied customers.
