    Charlene has been cutting my hair for the past two years. I have never had to tell her how to cut my hair since my initial visit. She always does an excellent job and has made wonderful suggestions about products and changes to my look. The salon is very clean and I love the ability to check-in in advance.

    I’ve been to more than one Great Clips locations and always got great service by professional stylists! This location is no different but Charlene did an awesome cut! I get very short cuts and my hair is grey mixed with my natural color. Her cut brings out the colors beautifully! Got to add the prices are awesome! If you have short cuts like me - go see Charlene!

    My son wanted to cut 10 inches off his long hair to donate to wigs for kids and we went to great expectations in vista plaza. Taylor did an amazing job and was even excited about the transformation. You can also make a reservation on line and they will hold your spot for an hour. I would totally recommend this place.

    This was the first time my mom and I stopped at this location. My mom was the one getting the haircut. The stylist was so nice. She engaged in conversation with my mom the whole time, and listened to what type of cut she wanted. She even said my mom could donate her hair since she was having so much taken off. This was a plus, because we were definitely interested in this. The haircut came out great. My mom loved it. We will definitely go back

    It’s hard to find a great barber that’s still a barber in six months! We have been with Jacy through 2 locations of great clips and will stick with him. If you need a great cut ask for him.. for me and our 11 year old boy he’s been amazing👍👍

    Let me tell you something! Michael is my #1 hairdresser hands down. I 💗 him. Even my niece came down from NYC and her hair cut with Michael. Use the app and book your visit and youll just wait a few minutes if that. Try them!

    Decent service. Sometimes the cut isnt perfect but its not about you anyway. Its about the money you leave behind. Like all chain store hair cutters the extra push to sell you shampoo and conditioner etc. is a big money source for them. Go to Dollar Tree and buy Suave. Save about $30.

    If you download the app on your phone or go to the website and select your preferred salon, you can see the real time wait. Even better, put your name on the list, so theres a minimal wait when you arrive. Appointments are taken before walk-ins... the stylists are all great! Been there several times and havent seen a bad cut leave. They are good with children, and in a few minutes time, customers leave with a new hairdo. The prices are fair, and you can do a few add-ons for additional. Note: no hair coloring

    Ally did an amazing job with my hair. It has been over a year since my last hair cut at a different salon where I received a horrible cut and my hair was hacked off. I had gone in with long hair and wanted to keep it at least long enough to pull it into a ponytail but ended up with extremely short hair that was uneven and just a mess. I have been letting it grow out and have not even had the dead split ends trimmed until today. Ally did a great job trimming it up, evening out the ends and fixing some of the areas where it is shorter on the one side. I will definitely be returning here! Thanks so much!
