This is an amazing massage. Richard, explained everything prior to the massage; how it works. I did the Lymphatic Drainage Massage;; the environment is very relaxing.looking and I’m looking forward to the next one; I definitely recommend this type of therapeutic massage; I initially did it to help with water weight but from reading I know it has many benefits.A friend had mentioned/recommended this type of massage to me; I’m so happy I found this place locally.

Holy Moly Batman! What an experience!Today is the day after my first massage with the therapist/owner, Richard Hays…I received a head to toe intensive “workout” with some percussive (effective for getting deep without killing the therapist or myself) tools and some oil free hands on manipulation. It was equal parts relaxing and energizing and I feel like I’m in a new, less painful body. I made another appointment the same day and I look forward to more healing. I honestly thought that some of my “issues” I’d have to live with for the rest of my life…NOW, it doesn’t look like I’ll have to. Do yourself a favor and try this place, man & his massage technique yourself.

Fantastic experience. Richard is very knowledgeable about how to approach and treat pain effectively. The session was nothing like Id experienced before, blending manpower with machines that delivered immediate results. I was suffering from a locked back and neck stiffness that severely limited my range of motion and ability to do simple, daily activities. I booked a same-day appointment and by the end of my session, I could turn my neck and touch my toes. I highly recommend!

Went for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Richard was very careful as I was in some pain. I went in 4 times and could definitely tell the difference. Before my last massage I had a migraine and had to cancel. Richard was very nice about it, didnt make it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to have a session canceled. He was very understanding. Very affordable pricing as well.

Ive been going to Richard on a weekly schedule for about 1 year. As a lifelong fan of massages I have to say he is by far the best I experienced. Ive had chronic back problems which caused my muscles to cramp and Richard has been able to keep me in great shape. What I particularly like is that the massage is done with clothes on and no oil. The technique is terrific. I highly recommend Richard. You wont be disappointed.

What a lucky find happening onto Richard and his Tao Chi Massage!! Richard knows the muscles and there connection points. He has the skills and tools in his office to give you truly the best massage of your life!When me and my girlfriend first came into his office, we thought it was a great location right off of Ocean Blvd in Stuart FL. We werent sure what to expect because there was just enough room to come in and sit in the chairs provided. Our concerns quickly melted away when Richard came out. We found him to be personable, knowledgeable, professional and kind and the massage was INCREDIBLE!! We found out that his office is packed with holistic, wellness tools used to make your experience amazing. I would give him a 10 star review if I could and I have been to MANY massage practitioners. I highly recommend giving him a try!!

I visited earlier in May both on a whim and out of curiosity because I’ve driven by this place for a time… A yoga injury led me there and I have to say that it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. Richard took time to learn what was ailing me and healed that and much more!! I’m making an appointment for June today.

I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found Richard at Tao Chl massage. I had a very stiff neck and shoulder pain that had been causing several sleepless nights. I had a 1 hour 15 minute treatment from Richard and by that same evening I was 90% better and slept thru the night! He is extremely knowledgeable, strong, and really knows what to do to get the best results. I returned for 1 more treatment and was 100% better. I would highly recommend his services for any sports related injuries, muscle pain, or just all over well being.

Tao Chi massage is fantastic! Richard uses various modalities. Just let him know what you need and you will get a great massage. I especially love the vibrating table. He calls it Vibration Therapy and you can choose settings for stress relief, relaxation, energy, etc. it is incredibly relaxing and I feel great when I leave. I highly recommend Tao Chi Massage.

Tao Chi is the best place for deep-tissue massages locally! Rich really takes the time to work on problem areas in my neck and back. He defintely has a healing touch for those struggling with physical ailments. The price is more than fair for a 1 hour and 15 minute appointment. Any time my friends ask for a recommended massage therapist I refer them to Rich at Tao Chi!

Loved the heated stone table which relaxes your muscles before the massage! You are draped in a sheet the whole time, which certainly helped me relax. One of the best massages Ive had! Would definitely recommend!
