Ajai was the best!!! I went to get a Brazilian wax (I never got one before so I was nervous). We held a good conversation and she talked me all the way through the process I felt very comfortable and it didn’t even hurt!! She was very kind and patient with me and she was very quick and gentle. 1000000/10 I definitely recommend and will be going back on a regular basis!I absolutely loved my service and the prices are even better. Area was clean and comfortable.!!!Ajai Smith she’s amazing!!!

Booked a last min wax because I didn’t have time to have it done before leaving home for the beach. I book with Ausha who was incredible.- So welcoming and kind! The studio was very clean and inviting. They even had adorable bathing suits to shop in the front lobby.Not only was she quick she was also very thorough. I also love that they use individual cups for each person. 10 out of 10 recommend

I have visited the center 3 times now. I was very nervous and a little self conscious & anxious as I had never had it done. Carley made the experience comfortable. I had heard the procedure was very painful. Surprisingly it was not. This will be my 4th visit and Ive been very pleased with the results. Ive had no reactions or skin issues.I plan to return as often as I can. The price was very reasonable too.The center was comfortable & very clean. I never waited more than 5 minutes.Im very pleased. Im so glad I had it done .

Went in to get my eyebrows done and the girl was absolutely great. (So sorry I cant remember her name)After I left and sat in my car I saw a small section on one eyebrow that I wanted trimmed a bit more. When I walked back in and asked her about it she was very accommodating and said no problem and then fixed it right away. Also there price was excellent.

Absolutely loved my experience! Great customer service from the moment I arrived and through out my wax with Karina. I’ve only had a Brazilian once before at a different location, but the results of this one left my skin much smoother and healthier. I also purchased their small kit including vanilla scrub, soap, and lotion and it smells amazing plus kept my skin in such good shape. Definitely would recommend this location, and was suggested that sugaring would be a more natural technique for any one with gentle skin.

Josee was fantastic. This was my second Brazilian wax ever. It’s been many years since my last. Josee was sweet and very gentle. She made sure I was comfortable and eased my anxiety. This experience was even better than my last! I live in Atlanta, otherwise, I’d be booking with Jose every month! Cannot recommend her enough.

I just had my appointment today at 9:30am. Karina was amazing! You can tell she has years of experience. I’ve only had Brazilian once before and the last one was great too but this one tops it. It was less painful and I could tell she got pretty much all the hair. She even would go back to get stray hairs with tweezer, which I think is a nice touch. I will definitely be going back again to see her and any other person at this location. They are are all professional, efficient, and really make you feel comfortable. The price is also reasonable for the services that are provided, in fact I may even have to try a full body wax next time. Definitely recommend the Brazilian wax and sugar center!

She then recommended Lisa at the Hair Salon next door and Lisa did an amazing job. I have very short hair so it’s hard to find a great stylist. She also came on her day off to cut my hair. Great ladies. Definitely will keep coming back to both places.

This is the first time I have used the services of this business. Let me tell you, it was a great experience. Owned by a mother and daughter, they really know their stuff. I did a full body wax and it was so reasonable in cost. It was the first time that hard wax was used on my service. It was completely explained to me and all my questions were answered. They use a gentle touch and do a complete job. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be dropping by.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair. The colorist is super important to me. I have very short hair and I like it a little edgy, I am a true New Yorker!! When I came to live in PSL, finding someone who could get it right was a challenge. I took a chance and had Lisa lifted my light brown hair and glazed it to a silver color. I cant begin to tell you how great it came out!! I am super impressed and extremely happy, not only with the color, but I also let her cut it, which was not the plan, because I usually have a barber do their thing, like I said edgy, she cut/faded it to perfection. I highly recommend Brazilian Wax & Suger center, its clean, its simple and elegant, the staff is professional and the prices are unbeatable. I will definitely be returning and this will be my salon going forward. Thank you guys!!

Effective communication to me was key and she was more than happy to explain every step and slow down when needed! and was always ensuring maximum comfortability. Wax was at a perfect temperature, application was on point, and any questions I had, she answered with no hesitation. You can tell she takes this seriously and it is her passion!
