    My second time at True Nails. The last nail tech I had left. I was a bit apprehensive about Tiffany because I hadn’t heard any comments about her work. But it was probably the best mani/pedi I have ever received! Tiffany was so sweet and kind and did a magnificent job!! Thank you True Nails and Tiffany!

    Anh! My girl for years. I can fall asleep and wake up to perfection every time. She does it just the way I like it, any shape. Im so sad that I have to move away and not have her as a nail tech anymore. Shes very sweet.

    From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed! Kim is fantastic and so is everyone that works there. We were told about the VIP pedicure and I have to say, it was Heaven! We were given a beverage and were able to watch anything we wanted on the TV and were treated like royalty. The chairs gave a full body massage! Think first class on an airplane. Hannah did my manicure and did a fantastic job. Tommy did my pedicure and was very good at massage and my nails look great! Thank you, Kim and staff for a wonderful experience! We will be back!

    Beautiful facility. Sonny is my nail tech and he is amazing. He gets to know you and actually remembers the things you talk about. He is super funny which is a great added bonus. Prices are competitive with other salons in the area in my opinion. The ability to make an appointment online is seconds is convenient. 5 stars for me!

    This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. They took their time with the pedicure. They massaged long and well, they did a proper pedicure tending to each toe and cutting dead skin and trimming the nails on all sides where needed.I will be back here again. Very impressed either way the service and hospitality.

    I have been a client here for a while. Tran has been extremely professional and understanding when I arrive. She is so convincing that I let her choose the color that she feels will work best for me. She is definitely a beautiful person and a wonderful asset to the staff. 😇

    New shop is bright and airy. Salon workers are professional and friendly. I’ve been a customer since the beginning of 2023 and have been very pleased with both my gel nails and pedicures. I absolutely love the new salon!

    Really upsetting when I get one price over the phone and get another in the shop…. everywhere I go this happens so at this point I am going to start saying something. They told me 40 for dip, 45 for acrylic. Then I get in and do acrylic and it’s 55. They said they charged me 5$ to remove the acrylic from my natural nail…. How else is the acrylic supposed to come off? I didn’t have nails on nothing. Could have just filled it in if you were going to charge me. Also,..what’s the extra 5 for, just because? I still give 4 stars because the guy had a great personality and he was quick. Nails were okay. Loved the color,

    Went here for the first time yesterday. Called and easily made and appt. For 1230(within the next hour from time I called). I showed up a lil late and there was no problem,they were very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They seemed to be expecting and ready for me as I was pointed to a specific booth and Sonny was already waiting on me. Sonny was very kind,talkative,and understood just what I wanted. I actually picked my color and asked him to just do something with my nails that he thought wld look simple but classy. I thought he did just that!(see photo) He was also very fast. I needed a full set put on so started out fresh with nothing and was in and out in no time! I will def. Be back soon and wld recommend this place to anyone who wants quality nails at a decent price and see Sonny for a speedy but well done service as well!

    Came in today for a VIP pedicure and a fullset by Jaileen. I must say I did have a very relaxing time. My nails looks beautiful. The salon is very nice and clean.Highly recommend Jaileen. Shes gentle and knowledgeable and truly believes in providing the best quality service. Im very happy with everything.

    Had a great experience with Sonny! Great pedicure with a excellent massage by him!!My only issue with this place is the bugs coming from the plants. They need to put a treatment in the plants so they dont breed in the soil or spray some peppermint oil.

    Yesterday, I decided to get a long overdue mani-pedi here. Didnt make an appointment. I just walked in. Took less than 2 minutes to be assigned a technician named Mai. Mai was courteous and cheerful from the moment I arrived until the end of the services. Ive had ingrown surgery on both great toes, and Mai carefully and professionally trimmed them.I was very happy with Mai and asked the receptionist to make a note that I would like her in future appointments. Beautiful smile and great skills. This is one happy Vietnam Veteran! Thank you True Nails and especially Mai.

    We came here for the first time as my partner had really bad ingrown toenails, we were warmly greeted by savanna the receptionist, and Lily proceeded to help him out. She did an AMAZING job, he had it really bad but she got even the deepest one, wonderful treatment. Thank you once again!

    After my no show appt with Jojo, I gave True Nails another try. ZAIDA was my nail tech and was such a sweet and talented young lady. She has done my nails a few times now. I loved my nails and her service. Thank you Zaida for turning my negative experience into a very beautiful one.

    My first time there and that on a Saturday. I was seated within minutes and Maya did my nails that had suffered from my recent move to the Ruskin area. She was polite her English was excellent and when she was as done my nails looked fabulous. Definitely will go to this salon from now on.Clean place and friendly personnel!

    First time coming here. I switched salons because the one I was going to messed up so many times. A coworker recommended true nails and I walked in without appointment, picked my color and was immediately seated. Anthony did a great job, very fast and professional and threw out a few ideas that I loved. Definitely my new go to!

    I LOVE THEM!! They are amazing, they made sure I was comfortable and had a good time! I just moved down from NY for college and needed to find a new nail tech I went to other places prior to coming here and let me tell you this is the spot! Thomas is great he pays attention to detail and gets it done perfectly I highly recommend him and this place!

    Ive been getting my nails done here off and on for 2 years. The girl who had worked there and which I loved, left and so I started looking elsewhere but then I came back because of its location and prices. The air in the salon is a bit thick and the dust always blows on my face and nose; and yes there are customers kids there often (why?) Ive had my brows waxed - Ann is the best. Ive had pedicures - Ann is also one of the best. Johnny is very very fast and I like how my nails dont come out too thick. Thomas is usually the guy who I regularly ask for - he speaks English well and has a great attitude. Dye (an older guy) is extremely nice, as is the owner, Ben. :-)Id give this salon another star if not for air quality. Also, theyve added more stations since I started going there so its a bit tight and theyre in desperate need of purse hooks.

    Thank goodness for Cindy. She did a great job on my nails and toes and when my husband had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come and do his toenails she volunteered to do it for him. Cindy was great. However they need to make sure when they send someone back to have their toenails done, that they are told how long it will take to wait to get somebody to do them.

    I got my wedding nails done by Anthony and I was so beyond happy with them! I showed him a picture of what I was thinking of doing and he matched the colors and design perfectly! It has now been 3 weeks since Ive had them done and not a single gem has fallen off and nothing has chipped or broken. I also spent a week on my honeymoon in the pool every day and my nails are still just as perfect as when I first got them! Definitely recommend true nails and Anthony!

    I had such a wonderful experience at True Nails, first I was greeted by Valentine who showed me to my pedicure chair (and even how to use the chair). The pedicure chairs were new and very comfortable. My nail technician was Van and she was so very sweet. I have been to many many nail salons ranging from Wesley chapel to Sarasota and Van was by far the most gentle nail technician I have ever had. She did my deluxe pedicure and the massage was amazing, my nails look great and I’ll be referring everyone I know to Van and true nails.

    Being that we moved to Ruskin/Suncity area there really isn’t much options for the younger population. That applies to everything from beauty salons to nail salons. Luckily I stumbled across true nails and my nail tech is Tiffany!! She is so awesome and the sweetest person ever. I see her every two weeks now ❤️

    The shop is clean and the techs do good work. Its often busy, so make an appointment, especially if you want a particular technician. I wish they had a storage system so that regular customers could use the same tools during each visit. Id be happy to pay extra for that service.

    I moved to Bradenton and I drove back there after having horrible experience with a new set of nails. Almost all of them was lifting. I would get my nails done here at True nails for over a year until I moved. I never had any problems with lifting from any of the Technicians.
