    The team at the governors marketplace location is amazing. The office manager has changed, but the hospitable nature of everyone has not changed one bit. Charlene (the nurse practitioner) is super detailed and very helpful also. 11/10

    Overall my experience at Milan has been pleasant with a welcoming atmosphere. They’re also pretty responsive and when you contact them with any questions/concerns you may have. Lastly, although this service is VERY expensive they’re accomodating by offering payment plans so it’s accessible to everyone.

    I love the staff of Milan Laser Tallahassee location Charlene, Dot and Jazmin. I have to travel about two and half hours, they have been so helpful with my scheduling so I get the treatments I need. I am very happy with my results, I mean to never shave again….I just wish I had done it sooner!

    I started going to Milan over the summer for a skin condition that was not fixed by any medications. It was a last resort for me. Y’all! They are amazing. I have no flare ups anymore, like ever!     If you are on the fence about having this done, DO IT. I have gone to multiple other places including dermatology offices with minimal success. I have seen more hair reduction in one treatment at Milan than all my other treatments from other providers combined!! Jazmin is a gem with a wealth of information and Charlene will make you feel completely comfortable and safe during the entire process. Amazing staff, amazing results.

    Love that Tallahassee finally have a location. I’ve been a client for years but has been unable to finish my treatment since I moved and during the pandemic.     The ladies at Milan are the absolute best! They make you feel comfortable and can give you first hand knowledge about the experience.     My laser experience at Milan was exceptional! They gave me 1 free session of laser treatment, and what’s good is that you get to choose what body part to treat.     This was the best experience ever. I came in nervous because I always heard getting lasered hurts way more than waxing, but to my surprise it was the complete opposite. With the state of the art technology that was used for my treatments I barely felt any pain. The nurse practitioner and everyone who was present were so welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this place a million times over to any and everyone.

    The ladies at Milan are so sweet! Not only are they consistent with making sure you are comfortable with the pain level, they also try to keep your mind occupied while the treatment is happening by talking to you about different things. Love this place even though the pain is not fun:)

    Today I went in for a consult and Glenda showed me around discussed the benefits of Milan Laser Vs other centers, payment plans, and the treatment process. They have just opened up a store here in Tallahassee but are known nationwide for their services.The staff was very friendly during my visit. Glenda was relatable when it came to unwanted hair struggles and made me feel very comfortable.Let’s face it shaving, waxing, and razor bumps suck. Why not look for a permanent way to get rid of unwanted hair? I can’t wait for my appointment this weekend!
