Hello Kisha Queen,If I remember correctly, you came in for something simple service (needed eyebrows waxing?) yesterday.I know apologize is not enough satisfied for bad service and bad attitude.I also know that personal issues such as family circumstances and health problems should be separated from the business.But I am sorry for the unexpected problem that made you upset because of our family circumstance.Sometimes, we need more time to heal our deep wounded scars. Sometimes, we cannot hold tears back. Sometimes, we have a bad day. Sometimes, we did and do not expect what will happen today or tomorrow. Sometimes, we need to close the shop early. Sometimes, those people who try to take an advantage of us and we try to prevent from this happening again. Sometimes, we try so hard to keep thoughts positive.The Bible says “I have seen something further under the sun, that the swift do not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle, nor do the wise always have the food, nor do the intelligent always have the riches, nor do those with knowledge always have success, because time and unexpected events overtake them all.” - Ecclesiastes 9:11However, we were and are still trying our best to open the shop and to make sure everything organized, despite our own circumstances.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
