My first time here. I got a classic pedi & manicure with gel polish. Wow! The polish job on my manicure was Immaculate! The whole salon setting was nice. The price point is a bit higher than the average but its commensurate with the service & quality. Ill have to add to my review once I see how long the gel polish lasts.

I am in town visiting my daughter and her family and she brought me here. We got manicures while enjoying a beverage. Anna was so sweet and did a great job on my nails. She took extra care to massaging my forearms, its like she knew I needed that! I havent felt this relaxed in a LONG time getting my nails done!! I got to spend a nice time unwinding with my daughter and my nails look great!!

Absolutely love this nail salon! I went religiously while I lived in the area and every nail tech I had was meticulous and did a perfect job. Even when I showed up with broken nails, they fixed them so that you couldn’t even tell. I did gel polish every time and would highly recommend. I could go 3-4 weeks without a single chip. I’ve since moved and miss this salon so much!

NEVER in my LIFE have I sat in a pedi chair like the one they have. The full body massage I experienced was out of this world. This thing literally did compressions on my forearms yall..COM. PRESS. SIONS.Lisa (my nail tech 💅) let me know they just got these in Sunday and she had me try one out. Idk where y’all are going for a relaxing pedicure but if it isn’t here? Change that.

I did a lot of research on nail salons in Tallahassee since I’ve had some not so positive experiences. Royal Nails is by far one of the best. I don’t often get my nails done but I had gone in for a pedicure just to see & ended up returning again. Crystal is awesome! My nails have looked fantastic both times I’ve been in. Recently for a manicure. She takes her time and even remembered the last time I was in. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely now my go to place.

This was the best nail salon I ever went to. My nails turned out perfect and the pedicure was absolutely amazing. They also did my eye brows real quick. I got to kick back, drink wine, and relax and enjoy my time there. They were very clean as well. They sprayed and wiped down everything after each customer. This is for sure going to be the only nail place I go to from now on. They can do designs on nails too perfectly.

My coworker referred me to this nail salon, and I am so glad she did!The technicians are so warm, welcoming, and considerate - oh, and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Julie, Samantha, and John took care of me on my first visit here.They gave me the cutest Disney manicure and relaxing pedicure! I highly recommend and plan to visit again!!!

I recently moved from Tallahassee and I have to say Royal Nail Spa is the best Nail Spa I’ve ever been to I miss my nail tech Michelle so so much! I lived in tallahassee for 21 years and spent the last 6 years only going to Royal Nail Spa. Their customer service is always on point (same day appointments, appointment reminders, free beverages, etc), their nail techs care about what they do and want to ensure you have a great experience, and they’re always willing to fix breaks or chips which were incredibly rare in my 6 years of going there. Michelle is incredibly talented and always made me feel beautiful with her work! The photos below are of her work. Going to Royal Nail Spa was always something I looked forward to and I can’t find any other salon that matches their quality! I highly highly highly recommend Royal Nail Spa to any and everyone, people always complimented my nails and asked me where I got them done. I miss my time there and I’m so grateful for Royal Nail Spa!

Love,Love, Love! I had been to a nail place before this one and it can’t compare. The work that they do ( i got a full acrylic set with gel polish) is astonishing. They take their time to make sure their work is the best it can be and when i asked to get a flower design they were not only able to deliver. But it looked better that i expected. The absolute BEST manicure with regular nail polish that Ive EVER had. It has lasted almost 3 weeks without chipping! I had been to another salon right before I went to Royal Nails, and my nails started to chip after 2 days! When I called to talk to them about it they stated that they dont guarantee their manicures. So, I went to Royal Nails and will not go anywhere else. No one else can compare and Ive been to a lot of salons in town.

Best nail salon in town! Ive been going there about four years with Brandon as my nail tech and wont go anywhere else! He always does such a fantastic job and exceeds my expectations. The facility is so welcoming, up to date, friendly, and CLEAN. I have never had a problem here. They are also great at accommodating groups, so you can be sure everyone will sit together.

I came here with some of my girlfriends and I was pleasantly surprised. The salon is really big and can accommodate a lot of people if you were ever planning to have a bridal party here etc. The staff are so nice and accommodating and they have a large variety or colors to choose from, including gel and dip. Theyve recently renovated their entire salon too so everything is pretty much new and clean, which is awesome. The new pedicure chairs are really nice, they use liners for the tubs, and you even get a complimentary drink (including mimosas or wine) with your service. Ill definitely be coming back!

My mom and I had the most fantastic experience today! We walked in and at first were suspicious of how good it would be because of how big it is and how many people there were. We were so wrong the nail artists were thorough and kind and listened to what you wanted. They took their time even though there were so many other people there as well. I got a design on my nails and Lindsey was so sweet and got so many details right! I’ve never had a better experience getting my nails done before.

I had a very good experience. I went with a friend of mine on a very busy Saturday before Mothers Day, and the pedicurist said they are usually busy on the weekend, so I recommend making an appointment like we did. We didnt have to wait long before we were seen. We were offered a complimentary drink, which included wine or champagne, so we each got a delicious mimosa. My pedicurist was very friendly and did a really good job. I got a more expensive spa package, that was about $50 I think, which is a bit pricey I think, but it was a very pleasant experience and my pedicure turned out great! I would definitely return!

I refuse to go anywhere else. This is the best service in Tallahassee. Even now that I no longer live in Tallahassee, nothing compares to Royal Nail Spa. I come back every chance I get. They are literally the best to do it. The attention to detail is astonishing. The quality is five star. You cant go wrong with any service and every specialist is amazing. Not to mention everyone that works there is super nice and professional. Speak note: the drinks are on point too. I love this place. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I am giving a 4 from a combo of 3 experiences in the past two months or so. The first and second visits i would rate higher, as I received better customer service from Technicians Mike and Lindsay. I would give them both 5 stars. My most recent visit, I received a dip set of nails by Michelle. Michelle’s customer service was horrible. She didn’t offer me anything to drink. I asked what the ladies on both sides of me were drinking and then she asked me if i wanted one, and i said yes. She continued to file and shape my nails and took about 20 min before getting me the drink that i had to ask for myself. In my opinion, you should never have to ask your nail technician for a drink as its pretty much a standard complimentary part of the service at any salon. At the same time, she waited till after my nails were filed and shaped before she even let me see my colors i had chosen. So i feel like her time management was not good. I feel like the end result was not worth the $70 i paid and Michelle definitely didn’t earn her 20%+ tip but i’m too gracious even if people have bad attitudes and give per service. I normally want rhinestones to finish off my look but i was too irritated with Michelle to ask her to do anything so for $70 i feel my nails are boring and basic and if i do come back, i will not let her do my service. If she is the only one available, i’ll wait until someone else becomes available. The woman who usually answers the phone and greets people at the door (idk her name) is always super sweet and helpful, and i enjoyed my experiences with Mike and Lindsay so much so i was really disappointed with my latest visit.

Came here for the first time to get dip done on my nails and I can seriously say that I’ll never be going anywhere else again. I had such a great experience that I decided to stay for a pedicure. My nail tech did an awesome job on my nails. She was meticulous and got my nails looking exactly how I wanted them. Not to mention, its been 2 weeks and my nails still look good. Wish I got her name... But thanks so much! This salon is super clean and they were able to get me in right away as a walk-in. Im bringing my girlfriends next time for us to get pedis together!! :)

Many, many years ago, I found Samantha, Peter, Lisa, Ty, Julie, Tracy, Lou, Kevin, Andy, and all the other wonderful people at Royal Nails after suffering through several years of true mistreatment at several other nail salons here in town. Samantha and I still laugh that it took me almost a year to stop flinching when she filed my acrylics after they set. I am a chronic, horrible, lifetime nail biter, and my nails and nailbed need very special attention. From the moment I started going to Royal Nails, Samantha and the team have always treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. They know nails, waxing (not bikini!), and pedicures, and they do great work. If you want to chat and visit, they are always up for a conversation, but if you’d prefer to just watch TV while you have your nails done, they will leave you alone to do so. If you want to have a drink - alcoholic or non - while getting your manicure or pedicure, they are happy to bring you one. Samantha not only does amazing nail services and manages the salon masterfully, but she also makes a mean cocktail!Before I found a Royal Nails, I dreaded getting my nails done. It was a painful, miserable experience, and I left feeling as if I’d paid money to be abused and mocked. Now, I look forward to getting to spend time with people I consider friends. I’m leaving in a half hour to go have a pedicure with Peter, and I already know that I’ll spend most of the hour laughing. I also know that when I walk out of the salon, my toenails will be perfect, and I’ll feel that I got my money’s worth.

Love love love this shop! It gives off fancy vibes when you first walk in.. and it’s SUPER clean! Which is a must for me when it comes to nail salons! I really like that most of the employees speak pretty good English so the lines of communication are open and understood while the employee is performing services! Everybody in the shop is so nice! Always smiling and will converse with you if you’d like.. if they pick up the vibe you want them to let you enjoy they will do that as well! Quick to get you whatever you want and will go above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations! I don’t have a favorite technician here because they’re all equal and so talented! I have never left this shop unsatisfied! Best to make an appointment before you go in because normally there’s always a wait being they’re so popular which is a good sign that the service you’ll receive is TOP KNOTCH!

I have been visiting for nearly two years now and will not go anywhere else to have a manicure/pedicure! The salon is beautiful and the staff is always wonderful and extremely kind! I have extremely small nails and found that most salons had trouble, especially when getting acrylics. Everyone has always spent extra time to make sure the length and size were to my liking. I always leave with my nails looking exactly as I requested and has no issues with chipping or breaking. I definitely recommend Royal Nail to all my friends!

Best nail salon I’ve been too. I called about 3hrs ahead to book an appointment. From the second I walked in I was greeted at the door.They had me pick a color then They were ready for me to be seated. He asked me if I needed a drink and if at any point I changed my mind to let him know. He let me know step by step what he was doing to. A little on the expensive side but so worth it with the attention and quality that you get :)

By far the best place to get a mani and pedi! All of the staff is wonderful and friendly, but Lisa and Julie are fantastic. My gel manicures last for 3 weeks with them. It is always clean and they keep the decor updated.

Youll like it.Hell, whats not to like?p.s., call me petty, but the mimosa included a sparkling (certainly not champagne) that was seriously sweet. Id suggest the house looks at Freixenet Brut in bulk. Not champagne, but the Spanish cava (to me) is virtually indistinguishable and pennies on the value-dollar! It would make a better Mimosa.
