    Love this place! I’m in town for a few days, this place is located close to my hotel. They did a spectacular job with my nails 💅 🤩 Highly recommended !!! Thank you so much guys for your great service

    It was a nice place and I enjoyed the work they did. My wait time was pretty long about 45mins but it was a Saturday and they were busy. Besides the wait I was happy with this place.For parking- I used a garage east of this building. The parking is paid parking however the first hour is free. Since my wait time was so long I did have to pay to park.

    Finally! After a year of trying to find a nail salon in Tally... This is it. They stand behind their work, they are friendly and professional. And they work with special requests for GUITAR PLAYERS like me. Very fair priced and they take their time. A really good expereince which I am thankful for after trying a bunch of local nail salons and having really bad service and poor communication. Looks a little funky on the outside and some folks complain about the parking (its not that bad) but clean and bright on the inside, cool decor and lovely people. My new salon, Yay!

    Amazing experience!!! I was taken care of by Melissa and she was super sweet and did such a great job with my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the way they came out. Great environment too!!

    My nails are everything! and T always does exactly what i like. I expirement with my nails and will throw my nail tech a curve ball every once in a while. She always does my nails just like the picture i bring or the design i want. Friendly staff, they have the latest colors. T is my go to nail tech. She is professional and makes sure i am happy with what i leave with.

    Love, love, LOOOOVVVEEEE the atmosphere, interior decor and the staff! The walls are lined with different paintings, posters, album/album covers and pictures that give the space a warm and peaceful feel to it. Makes me feel like Im in a friends bedroom getting my nails done. Its so spacious and inviting from the moment you walk in. I love the way Ming does my nails!

    This is my first time going and it was a very pleasant experience. My nails look exactly how I wanted them.Tammy was great! She was kind, made sure I liked what she was doing each step of the way. The atmosphere was chill and the staff was super friendly.I also learned something and that is always a plus for me.I will be back.

    Urban Nails is indeed the ultimate destination in Tallahassee. Situated conveniently near FSU, its just a short walk away. There staff is down-to-earth, engaging in great conversations, and the ambiance is filled with lively music, setting them apart from other nail salons. If you appreciate genuine vibes and a unique experience, youll love it there. However, if you prefer the typical fancy salon atmosphere with spa music and insincere interactions, Urban Nails might not be the right fit for you. One big plus is that Tee does an amazing job, leaving your nails and toes looking beautiful.

    First time here and the service was Impeccable!! Ellie delivered with the correct notion on what I needed to not only help with my natural nails but recommended GelX. Ms.Marsha and Mrs.Ellie went out of there way to restore and deliver in a full set that I am so pleased with! The atmosphere was great and the team is Awesome!! Will recommend and come back!

    Best nail salon in Tally. My nails always came out beautiful and the employees are very friendly and the vibes are great inside. Very clean and they do not rush what so ever, they take their time to make sure the polish looks perfect! The male nail tech was my favorite, but all are good!! Great spot and pricing is worth it because the service/people know what they are doing

    I just moved here from south florida and decided to come to this nail salon and i dont regret it, they have a great atmosphere, great service (they actually make sure you like how the nails are looking at every step) definitely coming back here!

    I originally wrote a bad review, because my nails broke off after only one week of having them on, which is very out of the ordinary for urban nails. However, after seeing this review, they were quick to reach out to me and offer me a new set to replace it and did a wonderful job as they usually do. Would recommend !!

    I moved to Thomasville from CA 3months ago and looked at Google Reviews for a nail salon. Urban Nails had high ratings so my daughter and I took a chance and tried them out. Im glad I did! My nails/fills last over a month and the atmosphere and staff are great. I wont be going anywhere else. If youre looking for great nails at reasonable prices, look no farther. But make sure to make an appointment, they are a busy shop!

    I adore Urban Nails, this nail spa/ beauty the bar is absolutely the definition of opulence. The nail specialists are skilled, professional, and very relatable. Their services are top-tier. When booked they follow the instructions given for services to the T. Every technician is very skilled and caring. One has to come in and experience the exceptional service/treatments.

    I went in for a full set of coffin shaped acrylics. My tech did an amazing job and spent so much time getting each nail to the perfect shape. I love the results and will absolutely be back!! I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time.

    This is by far the best place in town to get your nails done! I followed my favorite nail techs from other salons here. Ive been going to them for over a year and Ive never been anything less than happy with their work. And as an added bonus, you can walk here from campus. 10/10. If you want nice things, this is the place to go

    I’ve been going to see Doug for a while now and he always does an awesome job. I’ve been getting gel polish on my natural nail and have not had any issues. On the off chance that the polish lifts a little bit (only happened twice out of maybe 20+ times), they are more than happy to fix it for free. I have had polish last for 5-6 weeks with no lifting. He always makes sure to ask if I like it every step of the way, from my cuticles, to the shape, to the polish and even again before I leave. I think the pricing is great as well. The staff is all very friendly and it’s a very laid back and enjoyable environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    Visited the salon for the first time today, received a pedicure. Pedicure was awesome! Great atmosphere, nice decor and friendly nail techs. Didn’t get my tech’s name but he was great! Would recommend, and will be going back.

    Every time I have gone to urban they always do an AMAZING job and do exactly what I ask for a good price, and I don’t have to wait for longer than 5 minutes before being seated. They’re amazing at designs and I am consistently beyond happy with how my nails turn out!

    I have just moved from NY and been in town for about a month now…I have gotten my pedicure already done twice with Yee and I love the place. He does an amazing job with my cleaning and polishing my toes. Great great place, never had this experience in NY. I would recommend Urban Nails and Yee 100%. You guys are awesome 👏🏻 😇🙏🏻❤️

    Urban Nails is more than just a great place to get your nails done. Although, they are the best at that! I’ve been going to Tri for almost 3 years now and I know his whole crew! They are great people. Last time I went I had to bring my 9 month old with me, they knew me through my entire pregnancy and have seen him grow through pictures but this was his first time meeting everyone. When he started to get restless and fussy they put on his favorite movie (Moana!!!) and Carrie even took him and fed him snacks for a little while. They’ve got my business for life, I love those guys!!

    Nail salons really provoke my social anxiety so I was worried to try a new place, but Urban was great! Got a really nice pedicure from Douglas. Ill definitely be returning!

    If you live in Tallahassee and this is not your nail salon...IT SHOULD BE!! Every staff member is so nice, personable and T did an amazing job. I’ve truly never felt so welcomed and appreciated by a nail salon. LOVE!!!!!

    I’ve tried so many nails salons in Tallahassee and Urban is the BEST. The staff is so friendly and cool, the salon has a fun environment and I constantly get compliments on my nails after getting them done here. I always recommend Urban to anyone trying to find the best nail place in Tally.

    The nail technicians are truly the best, they do fantastic job & have so many colors and options to choose from. The salon is nice and clean and walking distance from FSU campus! Highly recommend

    The owners and the techs here are my FAVORITE people. I graduated FSU in 2017 and had been loyal to Thuy at her old salon. Anytime I visit Tallahassee I come to see her at her new spot, Urban. She recognized my voice over the phone!! After about a year or more of not hearing from me....if thats not good customer aervser, idk what is. 10/10 for all these gems here, they are the absolute best.
