    Ive been going to Amazing Lash Studio for over 4 years now and have had the same technician for the last two. Keyauri is the best lash tech in Tampa. I love all the ladies that work there including all of the ladies who work the front desk and greet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude!

    Great job. I got a full set of volume lashes. The staff is quick, professional and detailed oriented. They listen well and come up with solutions to give you the look you want. The Carrollwood manager goes above and beyond to help with scheduling and check im and check out. The studio is extremely clean and welcoming.

    My stylist was Cynthia at the Carrollwood location and she was amazing! So incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional. She was very patient and helped me figure out what style I was looking for since this was my first time getting lashes. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming.     The ladies at the desk are always friendly and helpful. The team is flexible with booking appointments and rescheduling with notice. I always see Kensie for volume lashes. Ive never left disappointed with the price or the service. I love this brand in general; but Amazing Lash Studio Carrollwood is a great location. Its clean and up with the trend of whats current. The staff is relatable to talk to or quiet if you need to relax and take a nap during service. They even offer you a fuzzy blanket. Cmon...thats hospitality. I name drop Amazing Lash Studio Carrollwood every time someone says my lashes look great.

    Rae is awesome! Not only is her work impeccable, shes personable and friendly. Her techniques are precise and she takes the time to evaluate each clients eyelash needs. My experiences here at this studio have always been enjoyable and pleasant. The receptionists greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcome when I arrive. I definitely recommend this studio for your eyelash services. You wont be disappointed!

    I didn’t have a bad experience with my Lashes. My technician was the best she dealt with all of my allergy issues Professionally. The only issue I did have is when I was checking out. I was under the impression that I was getting the intro price of $89 but I was charged for an up charge because I got hybrid lashes. I was never told that the price would be different or that I would be charged an up charge from the $89. I feel if you’re going to charge that introductory price you need to inform your customers ahead of time that it only pertains to the classic lashes, anything else would be extra. Otherwise good service I would definitely recommend.

    I absolutely adore Amazing Lash in Carrollwood! Ive been a member for more than two years and Im extremely satisfied with both the quality and longevity of my lashes. Im on the $139.00 monthly plan, which includes two fill-in sessions per month. Its truly fantastic - affordable, exceptional customer service, and attentive lash experts who cater to your specific preferences. I feel absolutely stunning after each lash appointment. Rae is my go-to master lash expert. She dedicates ample time to ensure an impeccable job. The facility is impeccably clean, and the reception staff is always warm and friendly. I highly recommend considering this place if youre seeking budget-friendly eyelash extensions.

    I was so excited having my first lash session ever. Even ready to commit to the membership. My stylist was so nice and I had an enjoyable service. But here’s the problem. When I walked into the location to book my appointment I repeatedly let the guest service ladies know that I DO NOT want long bold lashes. I told them I wanted short natural lashes with a slight flare to the end. They assured me I would be happy walking out. When I arrived to my appointment my therapist started the session but then said she forgot to go over styles with me. I sat back up and got to look at only three options. I pointed at the “natural” look and said, I really do not want bold lengthy lashes. I want short natural lashes. I let her know my concerns with not wanting bold long lashes and my concerns with an allergic reaction. The stylist agree so I trusted her and let her do her thing. After the service I was walked up to the reception desk and got to look at myself in the mirror. I was in shock. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t even say anything. I don’t like confrontation and I was worried the stylist would get mad. The reception was ready to start my membership like I told her I would but then I declined after how sad I was with the look of the lashes. Not even 30 mins after the service was over I had large chunks of lashes falling downwards to my lower lashes.. an hour after my service when I was home watching TV I felt something fall and tickle me around my under eye. I looked in the mirror and I had a large chunk of lashes that had fallen out. I did not touch nor wet them. Not only are the lashes way too long for my eyes but they are spaced out so when I am looking up you can see gaps. I’m so sad. Because these lashes were for my trip out of the country and now I’m contemplating taking them off before my trip and wearing false lashes. I’m really sad. Not only did I waste my money, but I’m sad for not being listened to and respected on what I wanted. I would like to be contacted please.UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager that was super kind. She set me up with a master stylist. Appointment went amazingly! I am so happy with the end result! I will continue to go to this master stylist from now on! Thank you for having me come back and make better memories!!

    Rae is the best of the best of the best. I had my first appointment way back in the fall of 2022. Since my first visit I’ve moved 2 hours away however I still make a trip once a month (sometimes twice). I feel at home at this location and I can’t think about going to another one. Everyone is kind and enthusiastic about the beauty industry or just simple small talk. I love the attention to detail and seasonal decorations. Text messages and phone call reminders. I love the compliments everywhere I go. “Who does your lashes?” People will even contact me weeks later and say “I’ve been meaning to ask, who does your lashes?” And I always say Rae @ Amazing Lash studio. The best of the best always. Thanks for keeping me beautiful. Also Rae deserves a bonus and a paid day off.

    This was the first time I got lash extensions and I absolutely love them! Everyone was super kind and professional and was able to answer all questions I had regarding the extensions. They have all the supplies needed for maintenance of the lashes at the store to purchase as well, which is convenient. They have a nice membership too. I will definitely be coming back to get my lash extensions done here again.

    Amazing Lash Carrollwood has been a staple for me for the past four years. I appreciate they have blankets still and the technicians wear masks during service. Makes me feel safer to have them right over me lashing for both parties .I would like to see faster turnaround on items like reorder if the color lashes . I have been waiting for pink since my October service ! They keep telling me whey are ordered but they are not in each time I go .

    I accidentally booked an appointment at another amazing lash location but when I arrived reception was so nice and squeezed me in for an appointment. Briseana was amazing. It was my first time and I expected it to take a long time but it was actually really quick and my lashes looked amazing. Two weeks later and I haven’t lost a ton of lashes, they still look good!

    I have gone to several Eyelash extensión salons in New York and Boston and by far Amazing Lash Studio is top the best in my book #1.     Visiting Tampa from New Jersey, I found myself staying longer than I planned. Finding another eyelash studio was new to me but this place, amazing Lash, was referred by someone local. It was a wonderful experience. The people were friendly accommodating and professional. My lash technician was the bomb. She was so gentle I didn’t even feel anything and she was efficient and fast. I don’t know what else to say it was just a great experience.

    I was very hesitant about getting my first set of eyelashes, I didnt want them to be obviously fake. I didnt know if I would be a good candidate because a lot of my eyelashes have fallen out for menopause. I was extremely pleased with the product as well as the service.     I absolutely LOVE the culture at the studio!! I actually was training with the staff, and it turned out lashes werent my cups of tea. It was very hard to leave, especially with the culture ALS has created. It feels good to feel appreciated by the manager, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was extremely accommodating.If a manger/ owner feels this way about her staff, imagine her passion towards guests...If youre looking for a Professional, caring, and personable studio, youre in the right place. The girls are very well trained!

    Today was my first visit to amazing lash studio. The front desk was very informative and polite and as where they did explain the benefits of membership, I didnt feel forced to sign up. My lashes turned out well and Im happy so far with them. The only negative feedback I will say is the lady that applied my lashes seemed annoyed with me the entire time which didnt make it a pleasant experience. Yes I am difficult to apply lashes to, I get it. I blink, I wince which I warned in advance, but she just wasnt having it. I get it can be annoying from there perspective, but have patience with people. After all, I was courtious, polite and tipped 20%. Just my perspective.

    Such a huge fan of Amazing lash studio. Love them, always go to them for a nice lash glam ever two weeks or before any big occasion or holiday. I usually go to the one on South dale mabry and see Casey. She’s amazing! When Casey is not available, all other lash techs are able to assist and do such a great job. Well, this time around my experience was not so great. I got my lashes done with a new stylist at the carrollwood location on Saturday, 20th and by the next day (Sunday, 21st) half of my lashes were gone. I’m not new to lashes, I followed the correct techniques to ensure my lashes stayed full the guaranteed time frame; so I was shocked to see that most have all ready come off the next day. I called the studio to tell them what have happened and they informed me of their 72hr grace period, where you can get a 30 min refill for free; which I am aware of. BUT, I got my lashes done for the thanksgiving holiday and went out of town the same day I got my lashes done. There was no way I was going to drive 6hrs back to Tampa to get a 30minutes refill and drive back out of town to continue my thanksgiving trip. I am expected to come back to Tampa Friday the 26th, after my trip. But still, I was told I had until Tuesday 24th, or Wednesday 25th, to get the free refill. Once again I am not driving 6hrs to and from Tampa for a 30minutes refill. I didn’t expect half my lashes to fall off the next day when I drove away. I explained the situation and was told I would have to book a service and pay whatever my price is, and there was nothing else that could be done. I am extremely disappointed cause I have the membership and tip appropriately ever visit. Will definitely only be sticking to Casey in south dale mabry Cause I would not want this to happen again. Canceling my membership because I am not guaranteed a session with Casey ever time so who knows how much money will be pulled out of my account and pilled up waiting for an available session.

    I was visiting on Tampa while on leave since I am stationed in San Antonio, Texas. I have been an Amazing Lash customer for a year and have always been somewhat disappointed with the service and results. I had a full refill done ten days before I came home and my entire right eye had only ONE eyelash left and it was horrid. I made an appointment here at the Carrolwood location and Heather did such an incredible job. Three weeks later and my eyelashes still look phenomenal whereas Im usually refilling them every two weeks. Not to mention the incredible environment compared to where I frequent here in San Antonio. I mean, lights off and soothing music and a leg pillow and everything! I cant thank Amazing Lash Carrollwood and Heather enough and the only con is that I cant have her here in San Antonio!! You guys rock!! Give that woman a raise

    All Amazing Lash Studios are NOT created the same. This Carrollwood location has been my favorite and absolute best. I have also visited South Tampa as well as the Brandon location. At the Carrollwood location, they are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and properly trained. I hope the management here can go and help the other locations, especially the Brandon location. Lord knows they desperately need it!

    Very nice place, they give you a blanket and pillow during your eyelash application. The receptionist was very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the burning of the eyes immediately after she finished but they apply eye drops that remedies it.

    If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in her work and is very patient you have to see CHRSTINA her work is FLAWLESS and the lashes don’t fall out so fast as I’ve experienced before prior to coming to amazing lash, another benefit is their prices are affordable and the environment is very comfortable.
